Boy oh boy. What a place. I've only been to Bdubs twice prior. One in an airport and one for take out. This one really took the cake with how bad it could be. Which makes me sad. It was semi busy but the staff didn't seem to work together whatsoever. It took nearly 10 minutes to get the drinks were ordered. We almost got up to just get them from the bar. Meanwhile, other servers and the bartender weren't doing much of anything. Chicken wing shortage meant they weren't honoring large orders of wings unless you ordered multiple orders of 10 wings. TV's were turned off while quite a few customers were still dining, that's a no no in most places, not sure how this would be an exception. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been here 3 times now, and I cannot stress how shitty the service has been each time I will not come here anymore. This last time was ridiculous, we came in and asked for a booth, and there were 6 booths open, just needed to be wiped down. The host Kept trying to push for a table and we said we didnt mind to wait that we would prefer a booth. Had us wait for a while when we can clearly see all these open booths. Each booth had like only one item on it, cup on one, tray on another, etc. and saw the host go up to a girl pointing to the booths clearly talking about how we wanted a booth and it was an issue for the girl she was talking to. Seems to me the girl was trying to reserve the booths for her friends/ larger party. Which i have seen on the website you can make a reservation so why not do that rather than go about it in this unprofessional manner. So again, had us waiting for awhile till we would finally say its okay to just do a table. I finally asked if there was a reason why we couldnt sit in one of the empty booths and she mumbled with annoyance I couldnt even hear her response. It was very rude, and confusing why clearing a booth was such an issue. We ended up walking out, and going somewhere else. The other times I have gone, the wait on the food was ridiculously long, over 15 minutes to be greeted and even get just a drink. My husband ordered a beer and finally got his drink 15 minutes after ordering, and it was waiting in the window the whole time at the bar. So again, the service is terrible, and this last experience was very rude and treated like we were such an annoyance for asking for a booth? I disagree that it's "overpriced" as the "first to tip" person said. It is priced along with every BWW I've been too. Many people from this small town have never been to a BWW and wouldn't know that. I'm not a "fan" of BWW but am thankful to have it here due to so many of the same ole small town restaurants. I will say this, my food a majority of times is correct and not bad. Today is not the case. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and the chicken came out old and not very warm. I toughed thru it bc I do that often. I will order it again (with Parmesan garlic) but I will make sure I tell them to verify the chicken is freshly cooked. This location needs a little work but not out of the ordinary from other BWW. I have eaten at multiple Buffalo Wild Wings and have enjoyed experiences elsewhere. However, I placed a large order for takeout and it started out bad over the phone. I started my order and after the first item the person taking my order was trying to rush me off the phone. I had to ask twice if I can add more to the order as after each item she tried to rush me off without asking if I was done. They said they couldn't make the large twist pretzel at the time so I asked for a large order of fries instead. When I got my order I was very disappointed to see my "basket of fries" was merely a small container of less fries then I would receive on the side of a burger for dine-in. I would have given half a star but unable to do so. First, my family and I stood at the hostess station for three minutes while the hostesses had their backs turned to us knowing we are standing there. No "hi" or "welcome". Then one server is yelling to other servers that there is a 20 minute wait in a very disrespectful way for everyone in the restaurant could hear. It's b-dubs. Their food is the same everywhere for the most part. It's average bar food. Barely worth writing home about but sometimes it just hits the spot. As for the other reviews on service and what not...I saw no issue with my service. Bartender was prompt and quick and my food came out way faster than expected. Granted I came in 1pm on a Tuesday so they were by no means in the middle of a rush. 5 star experience for this type of restaurant but I knocked it down to 4 stars because my burger was slightly over cooked for my personal taste. I've been to this location twice and while it's nothing to write home about, I've enjoyed myself well enough. The food is pretty good, I love all the different sauces. Service is hit or miss; one night we had a super friendly waitress, one night a pretty rude and inattentive one. The wing deal nights are a pretty good deal - 60 cent wings on Tuesday, Thursday for the boneless wings, I think. If you like sports, this is definitely an awesome place to watch a game with all the TVs. They have live trivia on Tuesday nights and while the host has trouble pronouncing some of the words in the questions, she's personable and funny. The questions are multiple choice, there's at last five rounds in each game, and the prizes are $20 and $10 gift certificates and pint glasses. read more

Unfortunately because the metropolis of Columbus, Mississippi there are few other alternatives, this establishment has a monopoly on the sports bar market. Why is this the worst? There are two simple answers to this question: food and service. Service. I have never spent less than an hour and a half in this establishment. Regardless of the time of day or the level of urgency I placed on time. As I write this I've been waiting 20 minutes for water since I walked in. This has become standard practice here at BWWs in Columbus. A work colleague spent three hours here one lunch break to get a drink and some poorly cooked wings. Which leads us to food... Food. When food arrives at B-Dubs, 6 out of 9 times it comes out cooler than room temperature. It was if these wings arrive from the Antarctic, left out in a dirty microwave while you wait, then pelted with whatever sauce you choose from afar. Rarely do I find wings with more than a smattering of sauce. As I sat next to a friend on one particular occasion that ordered cheese fries. The BWW translation of "cheese fries" includes some microwaved wedges from Walmart and a slice of craft cheese that someone forgot to remove the plastic wrapping on. I would stay at home and go through the pain of making your own wings and watching a game of your choice without having to wait 30 minutes for a drifter, or server, to visit your table to ask to have a channel changed. read more

Okay most times I go I let my wife lead the way and I go wash up, because in the past I was always seated at a disgusting sticky table. Once I was given a rag to wipe down my own table. Then one of the assistant managers said I had to pay $10 per person $50 total because they were going to show a paid preview fight. When you have a manager arguing with you, asking for "patience" and "cut us a break" when your order for a table of 5 on a Tuesday night takes 80 minutes to deliver... unbelievable. I left my designer sunglasses on the table and called back an hour later to find they were retrieved by restaurant staff and put away for me. I was sure they'd be gone.
