Went there with my wife, and the place was packed. Really did want to see what the games looked like on their screens. So we stayed, and the food itself wasn't that amazing just regular food, nothing to go crazy over. The service however was really great, our servers name was ty and he was super nice and he made the experience worth 5 stars. While it's not the BEST chicken I've ever had (I'll reserve that honor for Church's Chicken), I do love coming here once in a while for some boneless wings, onion rings, and a mixed drink. Their mild wings with ranch are my favorite (I can't handle really spicy food). One of the biggest pluses I can think of is the outside seating area. They were AmAzInG!! We got mozzarella sticks, garlic Parmesan and honey barbecue wings, they were amazing. The place was full and the service was still very fast. We were in and out and we're almost never waiting longer than five minutes for lunch. I would definitely recommend this place for a party. This is a great place to go and watch the game. I dont like the people who frequent it as they are usually a bunch of Lieutenants and Privates with no lives or girlfriends and like to oogle the women who come in. Once you start talking about the food though and this place is one of the best out there. The wait staff is friendly, just be prepared to wait no matter what day of the week you go. A friend and I ate there last week. The carrots were almost white from being so dry and the fries were cold. Worse than that, I seen 2 huge cockroaches crawling around in less than 5 minutes. I just moved from California and i go to the BWW in cali and always have a good experience. This is my first time here to this buffalo wild wings and I have to say it was the worst experience. I had went to the bathroom to wash my hands before i eat and I witness one of the waitress use the bathroom and not wash her hand. I visited this location while on spring break with my kids and it was not what I expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. My wings were fried so hard that they were cutting my gums and they were extremely dry. The waitress spilled my drink on myself and my son which means we had to move to another table because everything was wet. Needless to say I was uncomfortable eating as I was wet and sticky. The waitress kept repeating my order wrong. When it finally came out the number of wings was off from what I ordering but I was only charged for the nuns era of wings she brought out, thank goodness. We had the worst experience on a Friday night. The place was barely sat and the wait for the food took an hour and a half. Our waitress started avoiding us. Asked for the manager twice and had to walk up to her when we found her. The manager on hand however was amazing. She didn't defend what was going on but apologized and did the right thing. Ate here recently. The wings were typical bar wings- nothing stand out. I hated that the ranch did not taste homemade !!! I won't say the name of the other restaurant, but I hope that the new wing place has homemade ranch! I think that's a MUST in a wing joint. This by far the worst place to eat in Columbus...we stopped in around Thanksgiving and were told to just go up in the bar area...we sat and waited...no one came to our table to take any kind of order...15 minutes later we left...went back tonight as my son was headed off to Florida to complete a degree in engineering and had relatives and friends...6 of us in all...took 25 minutes for food...server was absentee...messed up in serving the food to the wrong person...messed up the tickets when she brought those back and had to redo them...I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
