I will start with saying that just to be seated when the restaurant was empty took twenty minutes. Then to have someone take our order was forty minutes. Food came out in an hour , cold and hard literally giving us a stomach ache as soon as we finished. Not only this , but it was a cherry on top when i had to use the restroom and .... there was a cherry .... on top ... I mean there was so much poop in not just one stall , but two , TWO STALLS out of the three were completely disgusting, human feces on the seat . I wasn't able to go to the restroom. Split my small order of boneless wings (Mango Habanero and Hot BBQ), because I like my food spicy, but I knew I could not finish a small order (11 wings) on my own and that my husband would not be able to handle the Mango Habanero, but would eat whatever I could not finish. Anyway, I was very surprised by the size of the "new" style wings being served here! I did not come to a BWW to be healthy! The wings were either from premie chickens or they weren't chicken at all. The flavor just wasn't the same for me and it was just an overall bad experience. I ate two wings and let my husband tackle the rest. We sit down to be sat and the host has the audacity to give me attitude because I didn't tell her in got the notification about my table being ready... Had the worst experience in a restaurant ever today, it's very disappointing to me as I enjoy and have as had many great experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings. So it all started shortly after arriving, the hostess asked if me and my friend would prefer the bar area as it is def seating so we took the offer and found a table. The table was dirty that we chose. We stranded by the table for over five minutes, in that time frame waitresses walked by us as if we weren't even there. It came to the point where I had to stop a waitress(turns out it was the bar tender) to ask her to wipe down the table. She gave a slick attitude and said the system was down and they weren't seating anyone. We went back to the front and the hostess said again no sit down and then the hostess wiped down the table for us. I thank that young lady hostess she was more professional than the other employees. I spoke to a manager and told him the situation, he said he would make it right, however he ended up doing nothing. We ordered some beers and they weren't the correct beers we ordered the server said maybe it was the wrong pour. The experience was less than one star it was a waste of money and most importantly a waist of my friends and my time. We came to watch the UFC fight and eat some lemon pepper wayyyyngs:) we were greeted with a smile and asked our name for the 30 minute wait. We were offered menus and to sit at the bar. We opted to wait for a table. We were seated to a clean table (as some other establishments have Dirty tables), the team member was courteous and professional. The carry out people hide in the back the corner avoiding customer contact at all costs. You can stand for up to 15 minutes without anyone coming out. This was our first time going to this location, and right when we walked in the host, Ashley, gave us the "are you lost" stare. I got there in 10 mins and my order was ready. Great. Got home ( 5mins away). Wings were Luke warm and out of 20 wings, 5 were flats. Fries..... Luke warm. I get it, Covid, everyone is short staffed. This is the closes bwe near me and have been a patron for years. The service and food are always inconsistent but never have i had such inedible wings. I think this place gets a 3.5 stars at best. They did many things right which other places do not but failed at some of the major areas. To start off, surprise, surprise, the wings did hold up to the hype as multiple people in my family said they were very good. The service was also very good, the waiter came back multiple times to make sure we had everything with excellent speed. The ambiance was alright, the outside could use a remodeling and the inside can use less TV's but other than that it's fine. Clearly though, wings are their only specialty. As i tried their burgers, they were okay but felt lukewarm and bland at best. The fries you could tell were laying there for a while as they were almost cold. The amount you get for the price is sad too, especially because they aren't even the typical big fries you'd usually see at other places. Tater tots also very crispy, almost completely getting rid of the potato inside. Overall, if you're looking to join the people at the bar to watch a game and you don't care. This is the place for you, otherwise, there are many more restaurants I'd choose over this in the area. read more

When I walked through the door on a busy Friday night, my jaw hit the floor. This place was SPARKLING clean. My amazement was soon disrupted as I was immediately greeted by a beautiful blonde host. With out even asking my name they told me the wait time was 25-30 minutes???! When my Order came out it was all wrong. Pickles came back, no salad. It took 20 mins to get a salad here.. and of course no silverware. I ordered a kid's meal which comes with a bottle of milk. I went to open the bottle to give some to my toddler when I noticed it felt light. The food here is hit and miss. You have to specify how you would like your food cooked. Majority of the staff is accommodating however there is a specific employee who seems to not like her job and make the customers experience level come down to the rating I gave. Bad food, bad service. Took 35 mins for mozarella sticks. Wings were cold and dry. Waitress was very indifferent and never even refilled our drinks. We cancelled one of our orders because service was so slow and we were all done w the bad wings. I told her cancel the order that never came out and her attitude was so dismissive. We never got the drinks from 2 kids meals and literally got them at the end of the meal. Her answer: " well you all got water already" * the kids meal comes with a milk!
