Look at all the empty tables.
Juan G.

Slowest service of my life!! Been here for 1.5 hours. Still haven't been seated. There are at least 5 empty table available from what I can see. Here's a picture. This place is trash I could only imagine how long my food is going to take. I'm out of here!

Wet seats

Poor experience. I walked out. Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a table when there were several tables open. Why did we wait so long? When there were tables clearly open and not reserved. Asked the front hostess if they still had the wing challenge; she said yes. Later, after being seated, the waiter told us that was not true. Bad customer service. We came for the wing challenge only. We were seated at a booth with a leak in the ceiling. The booth was wet. They had to move us to another table. It just went from bad to worse. The service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a table that was already open the whole time. Staff not knowing what is on the menu. Sitting us at the leaky table. That was strike 3. And we all know that strike 3 means you are out.

Nachos, shredded cheese never melts they're so cold

Now I know why this location has such a low rating. How to order to go because they only had ONE server. WTH? Nachos bad Chicken wings bad Over cooked they were hard to eat

Only the second time I have eaten at BWW. Can't say enough about the good service. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. It's the first weekend of football so I know the kitchen is overworked. But, you are a chicken wing place. You would think that they would make amazing wings. Nope, overcooked, anemic wings. Wing stop has this down to a science. I would advise BWW's cooks to go learn a little something about how to make wings. Changing the oil is a great start. We had a classic chicken wrap, 10 piece wings, chips with guacamole and a chicken Cesar salad. Not good, guys.

We were seated right away, but it took 15 minutes to get drink orders -- not even from our server. Drinks took another 10 minutes, and we waited over an hour for food that came out cold like it had been sitting. We ended up canceling the food and missing our movie. The manager said he was in the back helping, but as someone who's served for 5 years, if that were true, cold food should've never hit the table. It wasn't even busy. Just a horrible, disappointing experience all around.

The wings are great!! Love all the TVs around the restaurant and bar to watch the main sporting event during that day. Our server was very friendly.

Walked in this to get seats , this foo didn't even look my way whole 20 minutes,

The service is by far the worst of any BWW or any other chain I've been to. Went multiple times due to location and I will not return.

I think we went on a Wednesday around 4-5 pm. Not too many people then. Few tables inside, bar section and high tops. Some more tables outside which was nice. Lots of Tvs, good ambience. Now, for food we got the sliders with fries and the stuffed mushrooms. I ain't a mushroom person, never liked them, but my brother made me try one, and leme tell you.. they were really friggin good! Wow Super soft and tasty. The sauce they use is hella tasty and flavory. I'd definitely get them again. Sliders were regular beef sliders with cheese. Can't go wrong with that. We also ordered a pizza, it was okayy. For drinks we ordered their 10 bucks old fashioned I believe. Service is all you can expect from a bartender. Fair, plain and simple lol As the night fell, restaurant got packed. Felt like they were understaffed tho, think it was only 2 people working the whole floor. Took a minute to get cups of water and more drinks. Over all 4 solid stars

Good amount of tables, high tops, and bar seating. Service was pretty good, the girls were helpful and friendly throughout our time here. Food was a mixed bag: the chicken tenders were incredibly good, perfectly cooked, good sized, and juicy. The Asian zing and buffalo sauces on the side are BOMB as well and I'd highly recommend you get both on the side with whatever you order. The burger was just okay, nothing spectacular. The onion rings were good, but we got one in the batch that was undercooked and still had raw bread crumbs inside. Prices are decent. One thing I'll note is that they implement a $10 cover charge after 8PM for UFC fights. We got our table at 4:45PM and we're not notified of this until about 7:30, which I wish they were more transparent about up front. All in all, solid place to come watch sporting events with decent food and drinks.

Sign on the front door instructed you to use a side door since the AC was on. Entering I found a dozen people, either at the bar or shooting pool. Definitely a regulars hangout. It was loud, but mostly due to a "jukebox" (a newer, electronic kind mounted on the wall where you could play a digital version of most anything for a fee). Seemed to be a full bar, with a half dozen domestic beers on tap. Plenty of bottled beer. That seems to be the go-to. No food, per se, but when I asked I was directed to a crock pot on a shelf against a wall that had ground beef that was clotted and drying out. There was a bag of Kirkland tortilla strips, a package of small tortillas, and some shredded cheese and toppings. It was on the house. Pizza would've been a big seller here. Not sure if they have a lunch truck show up on weekends or not. They do have a website that mentions entertainment. There's a stage and a dance floor. 2 pools tables that I saw. There were over a dozen screens showing whatever you wanted for sports. Service was actually great. Heather took care of me and was the only person behind the bar, so she was juggling everyone. Very attentive. Everyone else was very friendly as well - even the patrons. Great security guy.
