It was a lot of people cheering for Norway and everyone seem to be having a good time. Rather loud with all the tvs and light chatter but the cool AC beats sitting in the outdoor patio. Some seats had reservations on them too. Theres a large couch too for large groups that seem fun with friends. We ordered a beer, ginger ale, chicken wrap with fries, and cauliflower. It was a lot of food for two but the average person that comes here probably appreciates the large portion size. The chicken was coated with sauce and had a spinach tortilla. It was so satiable. The servers were all prompt and seem to juggle many roles like bartending and bussing as well. They were quick to take our order and easy to waive down to ask for a side of pickles since they were always moving around even if they were a few. Two single stall bathrooms. One per gender: Place seems very clean and the bar looks well stocked and organized. Floor was a bit sticky near the bathrooms. I would come again.

They weren't friendly and weren't paying much attention to us folks at the tables. Worth going for a specific beer or a game. Cleanliness and service need to improve before it becomes a regular stop.

There was such a fun atmosphere, with different tables bantering with each other, laughing, competing, and getting into the music. We enjoyed it so much that we even brought prizes for the host to give away. It was more than just playing bingo; it was the whole experience and energy of the night. Unfortunately, since the new Music Bingo host took over, the experience has completely changed. We even tried talking to him about it, and he told us that as long as he is running Music Bingo, he will never use the app and will continue doing everything on paper. He uses the same card for the entire two-hour game, which means that even if you arrive late, you essentially have no chance of winning. That takes away a huge part of what made the game exciting and competitive. I do want to be fair and say that we know he also hosts trivia on Tuesdays, and we actually like his approach to trivia. His style seems to work well for that format. Unfortunately, that same approach just doesn't seem to vibe with Music Bingo. Music Bingo needs a different kind of energy, interaction, and flair, and sadly, that has been missing. The host has also been rude to us when we've tried to discuss our concerns, which has made the experience even less enjoyable. The difference in the Thursday night atmosphere is very noticeable. Thursdays used to be packed and full of energy, and now the place is often nearly empty. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie we used to look forward to are simply gone. We understand that he runs the game on his own and is entitled to run it how he wants. At the end of the day, though, the format and the overall vibe have changed enough that our family no longer wants to make Thursday nights a regular part of our week. That's especially disappointing because this was something all four of us genuinely enjoyed doing together. We are still giving The Brass Tap five stars because the restaurant itself, the food, and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. We will definitely come back for those things. We just won't be coming back as often for Music Bingo. Hopefully, at some point, Music Bingo can become the fun, lively, interactive experience it used to be. We would love to have a reason to look forward to Thursday nights again.

The first bartender that served us wasn't very nice or talkative, but the second one was the one that gave me a taster of the chocolate hef. He was nice and checked on me and my friend the whole time we were there. It is a big space and plenty of seating. They had a good menu for lunch and dinner and good specials for happy hour. I tried out the blackened cod fish tacos which isn't on the happy hour menu but it was okay. Overall, it was good and would come back again.

Didn't get any better this time around. Showed up at 9pm expecting that it wouldn't be very busy and we would get in quickly. It looked like they were not busy but the hostess said they were short handed on servers so there was a 45 min wait. We ended up waiting, which isn't that bad at a place like BWW because of all the tv's with various sports programming (I'm a guy that likes sports, I could go home and make something while watching sports or wait a little and watch sports then have someone make my food for me...easy choice). When we were seated the server quickly took our drink orders and quickly brought them out to us. I ordered 10 boneless honey bbq (my favorite flavor) and 5 asian zing (second favorite). Frustrating part: We had already waited 45 min to be seated at 9pm on a Thursday night. I was hungry when we arrived and even more hungry once seated. I expect when I go to a wing place and order wings that it won't take terribly long before I'm eating. We waited close to an hour before getting our food! This blows my mind how this could happen. In a place that primarily cooks wings and everyone there is eating wings and everyone that comes in orders wings you would expect that they are constantly cooking wings in the back and just mixing in the various sauces depending on the order. Went here with my young daughter and boyfriend for lunch, we were put on a waiting list and were told that we would get a text when our table is ready. We received the text and walked back into the restaurant within 5 minutes and a young woman asked if we had been helped yet and we told her that we were waiting for our table because we had received the text that our table was ready. She said that she would be right with us and left to never return. We then waited another 10 minutes for another employee to ask if we had been helped and we told her the same thing and she asked us to please wait outside for a second due to social distancing. We went outside and waited ANOTHER 20-30 minutes FOR A TABLE THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN READY. My daughter is now crying because she's hungry, so my boyfriend goes inside to say something and the "manager" had the audacity to tell him that we didn't arrive soon enough and to put us back on the list and have us wait once again for another table. WTF. We were there in time and if that was the case WHY NOT JUST SAY THAT INSTEAD OF NOT SAYING ANYTHING AT ALL AND MAKING US WAIT ALL THIS TIME. Dear Zhemyr, It's always disheartening to see a review that misses the mark, especially when it comes to a remarkable establishment like Buffalo Corona. Your negative experience seems to be an outlier, as the restaurant consistently receives accolades for its outstanding service and vibrant atmosphere. Given your tone and the manner in which you expressed your grievances, it's hard not to wonder how you interact with others in daily life. Professionalism and courtesy go a long way in any dining experience, and perhaps that was lost on you during your visit. As for your comparison to Wing Stop, let's be honest: they're not a full-service restaurant and simply cannot provide the same level of attentive care that Buffalo Corona prides itself on. My advice? Stick to your Hungry Man dinners and perhaps practice your etiquette at home until you're ready to engage with the world of dining out in a more respectful manner. I visited the bar last night, and unfortunately, my experience was severely impacted by our server, Jasmine. From the moment we sat down, Jasmine displayed a terrible attitude. She seemed annoyed to take our order, and when we asked for recommendations, she gave short, unhelpful responses. Throughout the evening, Jasmine was inattentive and slow. Our drinks took forever to arrive, and when we tried to get her attention for another round, she seemed to actively avoid our table. When she finally did come over, she acted as if we were bothering her. To top it off, when the bill came, there were errors, and Jasmine acted like it was our fault. Her overall demeanor was rude and unprofessional. It's a shame because the bar itself seemed nice, but Jasmine's terrible service ruined the entire experience. I won't be returning anytime soon, and I hope management addresses her attitude and lack of customer service skills. read more

This place is horrible! Maybe it's because of my server her name was JASMINE. JUST PLAIN RUDE! She has a foul mouth and took forever to take care of me and my family. I recommend anyone who visits this location and gets her as your server, ask for someone else. I heard her talking to the hosts up front about disgusting things that shouldn't be heard by people ESPECIALLY kids at that matter. Worst service that i think could ever exist. I told multiple employees that i was there for an order to pick up for takeout. It's clear that the hosts have their heads else were. As a previous employee of this location, highly disappointed in the lack of help. It's not hard to acknowledge that someone needs assistance. Only good server would be Jacob and Tegan. Ask for them when you go in they will make sure you are taken care of. Get it together. read more

Our waiter, Valentino, was the best. we sat down and he was right there. We told him we needed some wings right away because my sister was starving, he had them to us with a couple of brews in just a couple of minutes.We asked them to turn down the music a little because we had to yell at each other to hear over the music. This was my first visit to a BWW and will probably be my last. Would be a good place to have drinks but the service was horrible. Took forever, almost 2 hours, for the food to come out and even then it was all cold. They got all the orders wrong and after we were pretty much done eating they finally brought out the remaining missing wings. It wasn't very busy so I don't see how it took 3 hours for the wings come out. read more

Major staffing concern here. Not only quantity but quality of team members. Manager either needs to be fired or he or she needs to terminate about 10+ employees TODAY! Move slow, watch more of the games than most guests, spend most time telling other employees what to do....etc etc etc. good thing this place has more demand because of the mall or they would be bankrupt at this location. read more

The food is great, staff is great. only area I'd say they need to work on is seat times- Sometimes there is a huge line then you look over at the dinning room and it's half empty yet there's no reservations. This morning on this humid hot day, my mom ordered food through Uber Eats for my kids. The burrito she selected clearly stated it came with fries and a drink, yet both were missing. Uber Eats issued a refund, so this was never about the money or getting free food. We're regular customers and genuinely enjoy the food, which is why my mom called the restaurant this morning simply to make them aware. The employee who answered was very kind and relayed her concern to the manager working this morning. The manager's response was that it was "not their fault and they can't do anything about it". What bothered me most was how the manager chose to handle the situation. If your Uber Eats menu is advertising something customers aren't receiving, I'd expect management to at least acknowledge the concern and look into correcting the listing. A simple, "Thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it," would have been enough. Good food matters, but the customer experience outweighs it. There are plenty of other restaurants on Uber Eats and local businesses we can support. After being regular customers, we won't be ordering from or returning here--not because of missing fries and a drink, but because of how management handled such a simple concern.

They did mention that they had a ribeye special for $13. The guy next to me had two of them. He seemed to like it, while ribbon was a little bit thin. But again it was a great special. His came with fries and I don't know if you can make changes to it. I asked if they had any other specials during the week and the guy mentioned something about a hamburger and beer on Monday, and tacos and beer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But I cannot find anything showing that. She did mention they don't have a specials menu. I found that kind of odd. If I were hungry, I would definitely have tried it, but we had had lunch with a client and then drove back north from making our sales calls and so we just had a couple drinks. Service was good and the place looked like a typical Irish pub.

The seafood ceviche - was flavorful in its broth or caldo. Im so use to having to add a pinch of salt but this was perfect flavor through and through. Texture and taste of the octopus was great. My only complaint on this dish is the serving dish, its should come in a bowl rather than a jumbo schooner. Made it a bit challenging to eat in my opinion i asked for a bowl and our well attended host accommodated our request. Roasted corn and miso soup - Aaammmazing what a combination of flavors. Very well balanced and presentation was great. Garlic Gochujang fried edamame - if you like edamame you will enjoy this asian inspired dish and the spice level was just right. Main entre - Prime arracha Steak I order my steak medium rare and paired this with the roasted corn and asparagus. I did opt to add ginger garlic shrimp. The steak came with a chili oil (not spicy). The steak was well seasoned and cooked to the temperature i ordered. Service 10/10 Staff was polite and very attentive from the moment I walked up. Ambiance 10/10 - come experience it for yourself Food presentation 10/10 - Sorry my pictures were taken after digging into each plate. Food Overall taste 10/10 - I ordered a large variety because everything sounded good. Drinks 8/10 im giving this lower only because I enjoy drank beer and they did not offer smaller size. They were tasty but dry and for $150, I was wishing we ordered tacos. Menu is a bit confusing as it's Asian fusion. Not a huge variety of dishes. I think we would come back for Tacos and cocktails but it's not at the top of the list.

Even the pizza was underwhelming -- the crust was very flat and thin, and the toppings kept sliding off. I will say the bathrooms were very clean, and the arcade area was also well maintained. It's definitely a place where kids can freely play and be themselves, which is a big positive for families. Overall, I don't think we'll be returning.
