I went to Buffalo Wild Wings because a friend told me she enjoys it and I read the reviews so I decided to try it. I ordered the Bacon burger and boneless wings. I ordered online and specified no tomato or pickles on my burger. When I picked up the order, the container had stickers on the outside of the box with my instructions. So when I got home and unpacked my meal, I was surprised to see tomato and pickles. The pickles had soaked the bottom bun so I had to throw it away. I'm allergic to pickles. I paid extra to get the potato wedges. They looked dry and leftover from a prior order. I would have given one star but the boneless wings were good. The burgers are not cheap. It costs $17.00 so you want it made to order. I know employees think they just prepare same order for everyone and people can remove items. But this is not a fast food joint where you spend $5 or less for a burger. Do better! read more

Well managed and trained staff here, I was able to quickly put in an order for six boneless mango habanero on their fantastic app. Quickly realized this was a newer location and could park anywhere in the large lot, not too far from the interstate, and there is an obvious entrance to put the dining room at hand and bar further back. This place has really gone downhill. We use to eat there all the time, but have slowed our visits. Just dined in yesterday and my wife ordered the naked tenders. First of all, the stopped serving the Hot BBQ sauce, huge disappointment. They replaced it with a pizza sauce! Yeah, pizza! Anyway, my wife's tenders were slimy and undercooked. So, she never ate any of them. We told the manager, who happed to be the general manager. Instead of removing the naked tenders from our order, she gave us a military discount, which was 10%. She didn't eat the meal because it was horrible and undercooked. Paying for a meal that you didn't even eat, due to no fault of your own, is maddening! The kicker? This particular location was ridiculous!! I read reviews about this place not being very good but based on an experience and another location we felt confident about our choice. We walk in behind another couple and begin the waiting game. There is only 6 active tables in the dining area. There wasn't a single waitstaff on the floor not was there a greeter/host. I made note of a teenaged boy sitting on the wait bench from the time the we arrived until after we left. The couple in front of us got tired of waiting. They grabbed menus and sat themselves. 15 minuets later we were acknowledged and seated by Ashley. There was a team member that apparently had 10 of his family members in the booth behind us the were obnoxiously loud. It was odd that all of the wait staff would disappear into the kitchen for long periods of time. The radio being played in the kitchen was so load it was as though they were competing with the TV's in the dining area. It took an great deal of time to get our appetizer. When it Arrived it was cold. A clear indication that it had been ready for some time before being brought out to us. The aforementioned team member with the large gauges in his ears spent more time with the family members than assisting on the floor waiting tables. The length of time to get our wings again was unacceptable. Something clearly was amiss. Each time Ashley would come from the kitchen there was a grimace on her face until she turned the corner and put the fake smile on. The question of the hour is where was the waitstaff and the you would have to ask where was the managers. Clearly they could of heard the loud radio playing from the kitchen that didn't match the dining area.
