This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings, I have been too by far. Rude, not understanding employees and management. I am a blazin rewards member and receive a coupon that they refuse to honor. I told the waitress why we came in, she knew. We had a coupon that she refused to look at. After, they messed up my order. The rude manager said since it was fix! Um no it's shouldn't of been messed up in the first place, but I get things happen. I am very understanding, since I worked in the food industry before. This wasn't the first time with this location that I have been dissatisfied. I will never give Crown Points bdubs my business again, so thank you for that. I live in Crown Point, so now I will go out of my way to go to portage location which is okay, or Valparaiso location my favorite everyone there is so welcoming and nice. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings is very close to I-65, and while traveling back to Chicago from Nashville, we were hungry and the typical road stops wouldn't suffice. The wings were the BEST we've had at a BWW. There weren't any dry pieces, and when we ordered our wings "wet," we definitely got what we ordered! The menu at this BWW is slightly different than that in the Chicago 'burbs. For one thing, brews from Evil Czech are available. Outside of Evil Czech, I've never seen their beer listed on a menu. Second, the wings are offered in different portion sizes. Instead of your typical 8, 12, 18, etc. you order wings in "small, medium, large," and it gives an approximation of how many wings you will get. This is really strange since this is a corporate chain, and even though it doesn't make much of a difference, it was worth noting. This location looks pretty new, so I hope that their quality won't slip like so many other locations. read more

We like BWW, but their quality has gone waaay down. We got tenders and wedges to go, but when I opened the containers, the tenders were so small I almost didn't see them. They were practically the same size as the wedges. I guess we're not getting them anymore. I know the cost of food has increased, but I still feel ripped off. read more

Whether ordering through doordash or picking up, they constantly forget something in the order. I'm not sure why but this location does not check the order in front of the customer and they definitely should. I checked my order and received dirty looks when doing so. If their employees are incompetent of doing their job effectively then they should not offer doordash. read more

Came to Buffalo Wild Wings for Game 2 of the National League Division Series to watch the Cubs win again. Had to wait 15 minutes which was no problem they were pretty packed and I arrived 20 minutes after the game started. Once seated our waiter Luke came right over for our drink orders. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was just ok. I dont know how they determine how much sauce to put on the wings but today it was extremely light. Other times it is just right other times it is too much. Really need to work on that. read more

Food is always great but service not up to par. Almost every single time I'm here, we always sit at least 10 minutes before a server comes to the table....even on slow nights. My biggest problem with bdubs is they have "strongbow" listed as one of their ciders, but the last time I went, the waitress informed that they don't have it and that they never have had that hard cider. We dined in the bar on wing Tuesdays. It wasn't crowded at all, which was nice because we were hungry. There wasn't a hostess to be seen so we sat ourselves. The bar area wasn't crowded at all. It was a surprise to see some of the tables dirty given how slow it was. Our server came by right away and set the drink napkins down on the dirty table. I had to ask him to clean it before doing that. Other then that, he was very attentive. The wings were good as usual. I ordered 6 Asian Zing. They were tasty and zingy. We tried the jammin jalapeno which was less hot then the Asian zing. I wish this was my local bdubs because of the friendly servers. I will come back next time I'm in the area. read more

This is one of my family's frequent places to visit. My son is a picky eater and will eat their pretzels and loves playing trivia (mostly just asking my wife and I the answers :) ). It is however, getting harder and harder to convince my wife to go and for good reason. The wait times here are just unacceptable, the restaurant is 1/4 to 1/2 full and we often have to wait 5 minutes to be greeted and then often 10-15 minutes to be seated. To me this means they are more interested in managing profit than in making sure their customers are happy. Additionally the portion sizes are all over the map, sometimes is to more than anyone could ever eat, other times (like last night) it looks like you ordered the child size. The servers are always very nice, which is why I gave it three stars instead of less. read more

Second, their stupid policy of going to weight instead of # of wings - STUPID. Third - and this is peculiar to this particular BW3 - no drink specials - EVER. Yeah, really. 2 mediocre "tall" draft beers and 10 wings ran me $28.00 - ON TUESDAY WING NIGHT. BW3 and their scumball CEO, Sally Smith, know their time is limited too. As they have kept failing in trying to introduce new menu items - due to the fact that they are cheap a** F***** who could care less about the consumer, but want to keep their ridiculously inflated stock price up there - they realize themselves that failure is near. That's why a few months ago they sold off about 45 BW3s in the St. Louis area to another company, who continues to run them, but you don't know they do. Service in a restaurant is little more than a minor factor and can't make up for the massive overall disappointment in the main items. read more

I'm giving this place only one star because of absolutely terrible service. If you're in any kind of hurry, avoid this please like the plague. Wednesday afternoon, lunch hour, the place is empty. Waited 10 minutes for the waitron to take our drink order and another 10 minutes for iced tea and water to arrive at the table. 10 to 15 minutes later our food order of wings and fries was taken. Nearly 30 minutes later the food arrives, just barely warm. I ordered Caribbean Jerk sauce and it wasn't even close. I got some kind of overly sweet bbq sauce mixed with an obnoxious amount of black pepper. And for this delicacy, consisting of 6 wings, 6 nuggets (so-called boneless wings), fries and a tablespoon of vinegary slaw, I was charged $19.99. There is no communication between the front and back of the house and even less among the service staff. A manager was nowhere to be seen. Bottom line: If you want wings, go to Hooters. The food is better. The staff is friendly and courteous. Managers and servers regularly stop by your table asking if everything's ok and checking for drink refills. read more

This is one of the strangest Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. It's in a weird location in Crown Point. It's bar food. If you've ever been to Bdubs, then you know how it is. We have patronized this spot many times and iy always been hit-and-miss (my order will be fine but my wife's is wrong/bad or vice versa) but today really took the cake. After ordering our usual order, they screwed-up my wife's food, which was somewhat typical... But when we called to have it rectified, they told her to bring food in and they would replace it. Cool, no problem, especially in 10 minutes, as she was hungry already. As she arrived to pick up her replacement wrap, not only was it not ready but they had not even begun to make it. If the store was busy, it could've been passed-off as an unfortunate situation but it was a slow evening at the Crown Point location, so it only added salt to our wound. Needless to say, this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I gave up on BW3'S months ago but my wife wanted her wrap for Mother's Day, so we gave them one-last chance. My wife and I prefer to go to BW-3 whenever we can but the last two times have horrible. We just ordered takeout and our order was wrong. We ordered the BOGO boneless and were given hot instead of hot bbq. We ordered garlic parmesan that hardly came with any sauce and we ordered spicy garlic which came medium. I never usually write any reviews but something needs to change. The time before we ordered and our food was cold and it took me over 30 minutes to get a beer. I was there for a pickup order on Thursday. On the door is posted a sign that indicated that masks were required by all patrons. In the time I was there, three different people walked in without masks and nothing was said or done. I mentioned to the server and was told that they are required to wear masks. There a few times in life when you have a good experience at a restaurant the wait staff is nice and accommodating. The food is timely and the tables are clean. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. Met my wife here after work for a bite. It took 20 minutes for chips to get to our table and the wings took forever as well. They can't even claim that it's busy because a lot of the wait staff is just standing around doing nothing. If we start with the premise that any BWW overall would get 5 stars because I love their wings..the crown point location gets 1 star removed because the waitstaff was pretty lousy. Took forever for the waitress to take our drink orders and took forever for her to bring them. There were 2 in our party. In general all the waitstaff stood around doing nothing which brings me to the next star removal. The place was filthy. Tables not bussed, the floor had all kinds of food debris, straw wrappers and the like. Ladies room was out of soap. There was plenty for the waitstaff to do. Last star removed because the music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think much less have a conversation. I mentioned this to the waitress who said...yeah it's loud. Oookkkkaaaayyy. Guess that bit of info won't make it up the food chain. If you like the food at BWW, the crown point location is on par.
