Someone told me this chain was great, so I decided to Grub Hub it to my home. Well one word: T E R R I B L E The deal I ordered was to have dipping sauce, carrots, and celery. No in the bag. The food was barely warm. The fries were unedible....stale and barely warm. I didn't realize the boneless wings were a hunk of chicken with too much breading and soggy. I was super impressed with the food and the service at lunchtime today. Kids got chicken tenders and fries and Mac n cheese and all Was delish. Son and daughter had a variety of chicken wings and seasoning and chili fries and it all looked and tasted great. We also got 2 appetizers; deep fried pickles and cheese curds. The curds were lightly battered and delicious and the deep fried pickles were "spot on". The dipping sauce for both was amazing. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4 is because the place is dirty! I couldn't believe the dirt and muck on the chairs and that was the light part where you could actually see the mess. This makes me wonder what I can't see because a lot of the furniture is on the darker side. Please get some professionals in there to do a deep cleaning! read more

This place obviously needs new management, because they have none. We try this BWW's only about once a year because the experience is always terrible. We get there at 4:45 on a Saturday night ahead of the rush, almost no one seated in the dining room. The host is nowhere to be found and there are a few groups of people waiting to be seated ahead of us. The host appears after 10mins looking around doing nothing, eventually he seats a couple at a table that had been sitting empty the entire time. Eventually he gets to us after standing there completely ignored for 20 mins (my wife wasn't willing to walk out like me and my sons). Again we were seated at a table that was ready the entire time we were standing. If the guy was clearing tables I'd be fine but he literally did nothing but look around and wander. I hope this was his 1st day because this guy was clueless. I watched him for the next 2 hrs, he would leave the host stand for 10 mins, people would pile up, he would go up greet people, turn & look at an empty dining room, then wander off, come back after doing nothing, & seat a group at a table that was ready when they walked in. We finally get a waiter after sitting for another 15 mins & we order immediately bcuz we see where this is headed. We order our food & drinks. The drinks come back relatively quick except for the 1 cocktail which took quite awhile. The food comes out no less than 1hr later, & my wife gets her meal, 10 mins later me & 1 son get our sandwiches, 10 mins later another son who just ordered a side of potato wedges, got a side of cheese curds (he decided to just eat them & not wait longer) the last son got his burger when we were all done eating. We had to go get a staff member for refills. Good this The son with the alcoholic drink wasn't there to get lit because he never got a 2nd drink. The food was all fine, the experience was just too bad to enjoy. I checked the bill & it said wedges, so it wasn't like he misheard us. Bill was just under $100 B4 tip, which I still left 18% even though some of this was the server's fault We got here at 4:45 & left around 7:15, for sandwiches MANAGEMENT PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF! Our server took our order then proceeded to talk to another table for 5 mins then seat another table then take another tables order then finally after watching him wander around the dining room for 15-20 mins he finally put our order into the kitchen. I know he will be here for his full shift but I don't want to be. If you're looking for a relatively quick dining experience stay as far away as possible. No urgency no pep in his step just wandering around like he has never been talked to by a manger or nothing and he probably thinks he's doing a good job! I'd put money on the fact that my Grandma would've ran circles around this dude and not broke a sweat. Edit: finally got the food and it was pretty good. However we didn't see our server for refills and also we went to every table for ketchup and all of them were empty. I feel like I'm being over critical but it's just the truth. I suppose the bad experience would be more of a reflection on the manager or owner or both but it does surprise me that a young guy (20-30) could have this level of lack of awareness. I would be embarrassed to go home at the end of my shift with a feeling of accomplishment. Just bad all the way around other than the food. And then the other half of our table got their food 30 minutes after us and it was fine. It didn't make any since that our food was cold seeing that we over 2 hours. I got here to try and enjoy their 3pm-6pm Happy Hour special and the service I received was terrible. They guy who greeted me was great, however the Bartender seemed kind of stand off ish. I received my water then she never came to check in on me after about roughly 15 minutes. The special ends at 6pm I understand but at least cater to a customer. I called the store after I placed the order and received a message saying no one was available to answer my call. I waited a few minutes and tried calling again, same voice mail. when I went to the restaurant to pick up my order, there was no one available to speak to. I wait around till about 7:30 and I ask the server where my burger is, she told me they never even put it on the grill. I finally got my burger around 8:25. This place pays no attention to detail. Twice (once before COVID-19 and then tonight) my wife ordered the BBQ chicken salad. The first time was dine in and tonight's was delivery via EatStreet. Both times the salad arrived with no BBQ sauce on the chicken. As a bonus, tonight's salad also did not have the bacon or cheese and was not cooked all the way through. When we dined in, they offered a coupon for a small order of wings. Tonight, it isn't even worth calling them about it. They have lost our business and as far as I am concerned, they can leave town. I really love the wings and wish I loved this location, every single time we order take out we have missing items, first ordered through door dash, when we received our food we had missing items, I looked at the receipt and looks like the Person who took the order put it in wrong. We had 34 dollars worth of missing items!!we contacted DoorDash and were told we would receive our money back, door dash never returned our money! So then I ordered online and had my husband pick it up, our receipt showed the order was put in correctly but we still had missing items... like wow! What do we need to do to get the order right!??? We came here on Saturday around noon, while the wait for a table wasn't bad the service was just terrible. When she asked how we were and asked we her and she said "well I didn't have an obituary today" it should have been a sign. She was prompt for the start, but virtually disappeared after that. The food came out after about ~35 minutes. So much for the "fast break lunch". The food was good, standard bdubs. The chicken quesadilla was about half full but since we also got wings I wasn't too concerned. Then once we were done we asked for a snack sized to go because someone at home wanted one. That again took ~20 minutes and the server had been missing that whole time. She finally dropped off the wings then we had to wait about 10 minutes for the check.
