A really good test to see how the service is at a restaurant is to go in with a large group and see how it goes. Well I ended up doing just that with a large group of friends all dressed to the nines in our ugly Christmas sweaters. Our server did a great job of separating everyone's checks even with some couples being on the same check and other's with their own checks. The food arrived fairly quickly and all came out at the same time for our group. I enjoyed my salad and my boyfriend really enjoyed his burger. Yes, we skipped out of the "wings" but I've had those so many times here and I wanted to try something else. read more

It's hard to think this place could get any worse but today the outdid themselves. We decided to see if they improved and went in at 2pm on a sunday. We were seated promptly but took a while to see our server. When she finally came, my wife ordered ice tea and was told they were out. After getting our drinks, the real wait started. 10 to 15 mins later she returns for our order. My wife goes to order the chili quest and is told they are out of chili, which eliminates at least 3 items on menu, 1 of which I was going to order. Asked wife if she just wanted to go elsewhere and ask for check. We ended up paying $2.78 for two half drinks. read more

Ordered beers and it took over 20 minutes to get them and had to go up to the bar and get them. My buddy ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and when I ordered I pointed to the menu and said I wanted the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. Food took forever got my order wrong gave me the wrap. Didn't come back at all to check to see if we needed refills until they corrected my order over 30 minutes later and my friends were done eating. Said I didn't even want it anymore and was just gonna leave. Then they tried to get one of my friends to pay for my pop! Worse service. Everything's too expensive there and food mediocre anyways. I visited there today hoping to see the Packers game and there was limited seating. We were told to wait outside and we would receive a text when a table opened up. We were told we were the next in line. We then witnessed another group getting seated, and went in to question this. To make a long story short....they were friends of the waitresses. This B-Dubbz is above your average B-Dubbz. Went in at noon to watch the winter classic and was seated right away. Waitress came up immediately to get drinks. We ordered an appetizer and it came up right after we ordered our main course. One of my biggest pet peeves is when appetizers take forever but they passed the test. My two favorite flavors are Mango Habenero and Asian Zing. The wings were really good but some of them had less sauce than I would like. The fries are also a little plain so I would recommend the potato wedges or chips. They also have plenty of TV's to watch whatever you want. The wait staff was super friendly and fast. The boneless wings that I sampled tasted great. I sampled the hot, mild, Parmesan garlic, Caribbean jerk, honey BBQ sauces. I enjoyed them all, but my favorite probably was the Honey BBQ. I'm not a big fan of hot food, but surprisingly, the hot was manageable. Also, one of the employees came over to my group to ask us if we needed anything while we were waiting. She mentioned that we could sample some of the sauces and taste some of the beer. Also, the cashier offered us free drinks from the vending machine while we waited, which was nice. Perhaps if we go back, we will take advantage of some of their offerings. No real downside to this experience and would come back again if in the area. read more

I have been to this BWW location 4-5 times and the food has always been good and the service was very friendly and fast every time. I have always had a good experience hence why I keep returning. Plenty of TV's up and running. My server today Erin was FANTASTIC (and very cute:-)) I get the same thing every time (honey BBQ boneless and onion rings) - so good!!! We came here for a birthday and our server was mediocre. There was 14 of us and we waited over an hour for our food. Mind you this was 3 in the afternoon. There was also chicken bones under our tables from the customers before? I hope. My grilled chicken was bathed in pepper and i could barely eat it. It seems to be good for large groups of people. Ordered 20 boneless wings on EatStreet and at first we had no complaints. The order was correct and arrived just after the estimated time frame. Upon taking the first bites of our food, we realized it was cold. It wasn't slightly warm like would be expected, it was room temperature if not colder. Then, after inspecting the wings a little further, we also realized that most of the wings had hardly any sauce on them. To top it off, most of the "wings" were so hard that they were inedible. We did not finish eating our food, and we will not be ordering BWW again. The one good comment I have is that I love their parmesan garlic sauce. Since you can purchase bottles of the sauce and not have to deal with the subpar food preparation, I will be making my own wings at home. read more

Horrible. Ordered takeout, house sampler and grilled chicken buffalitos. Everything was cold. Onion rings were over cooked. Mozz sticks were completely hollow. They over cooked all the cheese out. Nachos had very little toppings. Boneless wings were ok but had a bunch of bare spots with no sauce (no biggie) We struggled through most of the meal (only because it was late and we were starving) til I found a long blond HAIR in the nachos. Used to love BWW before they started cutting corners to increase profits. First off they have these new trays now that gives you a substantially less amount of food than they used to, and they even raised their prices on everything as well. I remember when you would order fries and fried pickles, you would get a large amount to share with the whole table, now there's barely any food on the trays. Also the boneless wings are a lot smaller than they used to be, so at the end of the day you're paying more money for less food. read more

I have ordered the Nachos at over 20 locations and have always received the same quantity and quality. Went to this location and was very surprised when our Nachos came out with very little toppings. When we complained the waitress said she would get us a different order. Well we think they just added more Nacho chips and a minimal amount of toppings. After all the topping had been consumed there was still 70% of the chips left. Wings were very good but still left disappointed. read more

Carry out was SLOW!! Ordered online at 6:10. Earliest available pick up, per their website, was 6:50. No problems, it's dinner time. I can wait. Arrive at the restaurant at 6:50 on the dot. I stood there until 7:20 for 8 boneless, 10 boneless, small wedges, and pickles. If you have a mechanism in place, on your web orders, that tells me when to expect my food, then 30 minutes late is a problem. And this isn't the first time I've had issues with this store and carry out. You can guarantee lunch in 15 minutes so I know that food doesn't take long to cook and plate. And there we a handle full of empty tables with nobody waiting, so it wasn't busy. I know I'll go back. but man that's some piss poor planning or time management. read more

I like the restaurant. Its very fun and the food is good. However, the service at this location is not very good. I keep in mind that it is a college town but I think they could do better. Probably one of the worst buffalo wild wings locations in terms of service. Very busy 5-6 days a week. The high rate of business adds to the excitement and fun for sporting events and games that you come to expect with this chain of restaurants. Should check out a UFC fight here at least once. Food comes hot and they may charge separately for most items, but it comes out to par with most sit down restaurants at about 8-12 bucks/person including drinks. Best bet is to sit in the bar area. Very very very environmentally unfriendly. read more

Went in for a benefit dinner about 730p. About 10-15 EMPTY tables and were told it would be 15-20 minutes wait time. The empty tables were clean already so why the wait? ? Also ordered drinks and waitress brought our adult drinks but forgot our daughter until we had to ask her for it and she couldn't even remember what she ordered. Plus I had told her a reg glass not a child's and she still brought a child's cup. I wouldn't have thought any thing of it but she offered the bigger glass when I ordered it. There was hardly any sauce on the wings and they didn't bring extra napkins or the empty trays to put the bones in. I will not be returning to this bww. Stopped in after work with a friend for a quick drink. Sat at the bar. First drink, my glass was dirty. He dumped it out and rewashed it instead of just giving me a new one. I finished my drink first. Set the empty on the rail. Bryan, the unsocial, sad panda faced bartender, ignored me. My friend sets his empty next to mine. Gets asked if he wants another, yet I'm still ignored. Finally I get my second drink. Moral of the story...smile dude! Life isn't so bad! At least you have a job...for now! read more

The food and drinks are way overpriced. My family of five had a $90 bill for what tasted, and was served, like a $50 dinner. The service was almost non-existent as the staff seemed to either ignore or hide from customers from the moment we walked in, to when we were walking out the door. The beer "special" as they claimed was $5.75? Even a beer in Chicago is cheaper. While the place is nice, the food, drinks, prices, and drive is not enough to go back. Not impressed. read more

The burger I received was supposed took go to a different table, the wings had been sitting out and were lukewarm and my wife's sandwich had the wrong sauce on it. They did bring out fresh wings, but never offered to replace the burger. The server was 'kind enough' to take $5 off of the order. I have been here often and only had one bad experience because of the wait time. Food has always been good. I would suggest that if you are a not a beer drinker to avoid the expensive drinks. The bartender will literally measures every shot in a drink. I used to serve so I know how it is waiting on your typical Jim, Tim, or Nan. They are servers, NOT servants. We entered bdubs and said we had 5. We said, "Yea, we would love to sit outside." We then made our way outside and found a spot in front of two TV's. We patiently waited AT LEAST 20 minutes outside, and still nothing. We were dumbfounded. Just confused. We then made our way inside and waited another 10 minutes. Still nothing. As a group, we then decided to go to chili's. It was incredible, simply amazing. The server was a LORD, certainly much better than any Bdubs server. Lol, this place is trash. read more

Got sat immediately, however, my fiancé and I waited 15 mins for a waitress to come to our table and greet us. We let her know we were ready to order our meals AND drinks, as we had been waiting a while. Even after verbally letting the waitress know we waited a while, there was no "I'm sorry" or even pointing out the fact that I said anything at all regarding us being irritated about the wait. Floors were covered with trash, and at one point a waitress actually walked by, kicked a large piece of cardboard, and continued on and left it on the floor. Salt shaker was so sticky and dirty, it was truly disgusting. Finished my ENTIRE meal and the waitress had STILL not been back to check on us. When she did come back after our entire meals were finished, I asked for a check. We waited 20 mins for her to come back with my card. The entire process was terrible and this is NOT the first time. This is simply the first time I'm saying anything about it. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. DON'T waste your time coming to this location. read more
