I was meeting coworkers for lunch. They were ordering when I sat down. I ordered a beverage then. As soon as the server came back with my drink, I ordered. Due to the timing of other tables, my order got behind 2 large tables. Probably 20 at each table. My table got their food and ate before I ever received mine. I wish they could have bumped my wrap to where I could have eaten with my table. I ended up getting my food to go. At one point, the manager came by to ask how things were, but she didn't even wait for a response or notice I had no food. Oh well. I realize it was busy and odd timing. As far as the food, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap but received just the regular chicken wrap. At this point, I just wanted food so I did not mention it in store. I've only been to this location once. Hadn't been to a BWW in years. The service was very fast and friendly at the bar. I had traditional wings, half with Thai sauce, half Asian Zing. The Thai sauce is extremely good. Only negative about this place is they allow smoking in the bar. Although it's closed off from the rest of the restaurant, you can still smell it. It didn't really bother me but I would obviously liked too not have to smell it with my food. read more

We were reminded why we quit coming here so long ago. We had 2 servers, one trainer, one trainee, so we were hopeful. It quickly went downhill after we received our appetizer. We ordered chips and queso and had to ask for plates and even napkins! About halfway through, two of the four of us were completely out of drinks. Still hadn't gotten napkins. They were nowhere to be found. After we sat with empty drinks and finished appetizer, they finally showed up with our food. We had to ask for drink refills and silverware. Finally came back with our drinks but no silverware. The manager had come over during this time and we explained what was going on. He went over and got us a ridiculous amount of napkins and silverware, obviously being a smart a. He proceeded to stand over in the corner and watch us for the rest of our meal. Let me tell you something, this place gets a bad rep. I get you can have a mishap or something goes wrong, but that's everywhere. This is probably the best BWW I've gone to in a while. Food was good, beer was cold, and our server was fantastic! She was very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything. Even gave us a recommendation with our cheese curds. Terrible service. I very clearly ordered naked tenders to go with Asian zing (was noted on the ticket). My boyfriend ordered 20 traditional wings. 10 minutes after placing our order, the server let us know the Thursday deal was for boneless only. So he clearly hadn't placed the order yet. We finally received our order and went home. I received breaded tenders with NO sauce. The boneless wings were smaller than what you'd get from Tyson. The $1.50 charge for any sauce is for a 2 ounce cup. I remember when it was 40 cents for 4 ounces. We definitely won't be back. This was not a complicated order and they screwed the pooch. I downloaded yelp again just to write this review. If you're planning a fun night eating wings, find another location. The wings are undercooked and the managers need to be replaced. I have eaten at many BWWs over the years and have never seen the lack of quality in both food preparation and management. The manager Amy Bell, was rude and unhelpful. The other managers just cover for her. Maybe wait until you see a "under new management" sign up before you eat here, or you may be praying to the porcelain gods as everything you've eaten in the last month violently makes it's way out of your system. I've filed a complaint with the corporate office, so we will see how far this franchise will push friendships over quality food and service. read more

The sign should have been my first clue. If your grammar is this terrible the service can't be far behind. We waited for an unusual long time to be "sat" at our table, which was dirty. They hadn't even bothered to clean it properly or remove the booster seat from the previous customer before seating us. Then we waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. They never came to take our order before we got up to leave. I saw several of the waitresses socializing and not wanting to serve customers. My buddies and I went to the Del City location to get wings and watch the Tennessee vs Ohio State college football playoff game. We walk in and every tv had on the game, but when we sat down they turned all but two TVs to women's college basketball. I asked three different waitresses to change just one tv, in the area we were sitting, to the game, and not one of them did it. We also sat for a solid 45 minutes before we got refills or were even checked on at all. We then waited almost 30 minutes to get our checks back after we paid. The food was meh at best, but it was kind of hard to eat a meal with nothing to drink. This was possibly one of if not the worst dinning experiences I've had. 0/10 read more

I do not like the bone in wings at all. They cook them fine, They just are like hard and greasy. * not the cooks fault just the way they are* The food makes me feel good however.. Buffalo Wild Wings is consistent for tasty food, a huge variety of television screens, and decent service. Some servers are better than others. The chicken wings, cheeseburgers, wraps, appetizers, and beverages are always pleasing to the tastebuds. Every location is usually on target for a good time if you are hungry, thirsty, or want to watch sports. Wifi is a little weak at the Moore and Norman locations which are normally where I go. What did I walk into? I am from Moore so I normally dine at that restaurant. This Buffalo Wild Wings has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Especially at the To-go bar. First of all, curbside pickup wouldn't answer the phone. I walked in to the Togo counter, i saw the lady (super short colored hair) on the phone. I sat down right in front of her, waiting for her to get off the phone. She ended up ending the call and completely ignored my presents. Let me remind you, this place was NOT busy when I walked in. There was about 4 other employees standing around in my proximity. I had to eventually speak up to get someone's attention. I'm never coming back to this place. I'll spend my money in Moore. Ps. WOWOWOWOW. We ordered our beers 3 separate times and they never came. We ordered our appetizer twice and it finally came out after over an hour with our food. After we ordered our appetizer we never saw our waitress at our table again. Asked the girl who delivered our food for some ranch - she never came back. Ran up to the front to get some from the girl working the to-go counter. Finished our food and waited another 10 mins for our check - it never came. Again went up to the ToGo counter to request a check. I've never had to seek someone out to give them my money...the girl working the desk went to hunt for my waitress. I then asked to talk with a manager because at this point I was beyond ready to just pay for our food and get out of there- he came out of the kitchen, didn't introduce himself or care to know what was going on. I told him I was trying to get our check and about the experience we had and he didn't seem bothered. Asked me what table we were at, asked for my credit card & took it to a back computer to tab me out. He walked back up and handed me my card and receipt and right back into the kitchen he went. So I then got to waste even more of my time trying to hunt someone down for a pen to sign the dang thing. As I was finally filling out the receipt I realized that the manager had printed and charged us for THE WRONG DANG TABLE. The entire experience was a crap show and some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I one star for the cashier having a smile on her face. I ordered a boneless wings, potato wedges. They gave me Lil small crunchy prices of fried flour and wedges looked old. The cashier said she would get more and she was sorry because she didn't cook it. I walked out and I just left. The store had a weird smell to it, it was about 9'oclock at night. The staff was seated socializing. I had to yell hello to get my order because no one was at the counter during my arrival. But she came from the back not the front of the store. They say the third times a charm....it's not. We have gotten carry out from here once which was a fiasco. (Don't order online), and this weekend we ate in for the second time. The carry out and first time eating in were just ok. They really aren't ever that busy and service seems to take awhile. Our waitress this last time was sweet, they weren't busy at all and it still took about 30 minutes to get our food (it was just two of us). The wings were tough and some of the skin appeared old and rubbery, the worst part was the celery (see the picture). Absolutely disgusting. Our server was great, but this other server literally walked up to our table and stood adjacent to us (like where our server would stand) to watch TV. After a few moments, she realized she was being super unprofessional and left, but still... I get that it's also a bar, but that's why there's a super deliberate divider between the bar area and the family area. Anyway, the sauce is overpowering. The fried mushrooms taste like 90% batter and 10% mushrooms. I used to love this stuff as a college kid, but either the quality has gone down or I have grown up. read more

I love chicken, I can put down some chicken but when I choose their little wings this isn't the place I'd go to for flavor. Why do I eat here? Well, that answer is easy to figure out. It's close to my house, has a lot of beer on tap and has a HUGE TV. The wings aren't horrible, they just aren't as crisp & fresh as I'd like them to be. The sauces are nice, especially the parmesan garlic. Ignore the Buffalo Chips, they are just sliced fried potatoes with no stuff on 'em. Instead, get the Potato Wedges, they are seasoned and crispy. Not a bad place for a chain, go mid week for some of their specials, otherwise this place is kinda spendy (for wings). read more
