Me and 3 of my friends walked in about 3 hours before they closed it was not busy at all we have never ate here before keep this all in mind. When we walked in they came up to us and said what do you guys need I said we are waiting to be sat down she went over to a group of them talking and asked one of them to serve us the girl that got picked looked over at us rolled her eyes and looked annoyed for no reason. We were later sat down and she asked us if we wanted drinks then every other time we needed something we would have to raise our hand because she wouldn't come back she would take forever to do anything. The the food was definitely cooked a hour or so ago (it was cold) and it tasted burnt before our food was out they were complaining to the cook about us we could see and they kept looking at us and then he started pointing at me I'm a 16 year old he's a grown man so theirs no way we know each other so on horrible bdubs go to Jordan creek instead. I told them my name and I was here to pick up an order. No biggie. I was told my order would be ready at 4:20. It was 4:30 when I got my order. It take 30 minutes for a takeout order to be prepared? Okay then. But that wasn't what bothered me. When I arrived at the restaurant, I had to use the restroom. When I walked out to wash my hands, someone was changing a baby's diaper at THE HANDWASHING STATION!!! Her reply to me was "sorry I'm a mommy." Yeah lady we know. But there was a baby changing station behind you. It's just disgusting. Now on to the food. The fries really had no flavor. I had better fries at McDonalds. The sauce on the wings were good (which they are known for) but the wings themselves? Meh. They were dry. I could've gone to the grocery store, bought a bag and made them myself and saved the money. Now I'm kicking myself in the teeth because that's what I should've done. It's sad though because your sauce is great. It'll probably be the only thing you'll be known for. I'm done. Buffalo Wild Wings is the most inconsistent franchised restaurant I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, when ever I'm ready to throw in the towel, I'll end up having delicious and HOT food, so I'll give it another try, thinking it is better. I should have just stopped when I was ahead. My sig other and I stopped at this location around 5:30pm and each ordered six boneless wings and a large order of tots to share. Our food came out and my wings were tough to cut with a fork and my first bite was cold. Nothing like spending money on food that's been sitting in a warmer all afternoon that is completely dried out, doused in cold wing sauce. Still waiting for our appetizer AFTER we were done with our wings, it finally came out because they forgot to make it ... I guess this was to our benefit since it was actually fresh. I want to support businesses in my community and I understand the staffing shortage but when you can't serve a quality product and skimp by, by serving food that was left over from earlier in the day .... no wonder customers are frustrated. Our server was even frustrated with the quality and service level from the kitchen. Save your money, buy their sauce at the grocery store and invest in an air fryer. BDubs is at half capacity due to the pandemic and they still can't get it together. The carry out line is massive. People are waiting for tables and leaving because no one comes over to greet them and take them to a table. People are coming in without masks (DSM has a mask mandate), and no one is around to tell them to mask up or leave. We showed up right on time to pick up our food that we prepaid for online, but we had to wait ten minutes while other who came in after received their food. And then when we got home, the food was room temperature at best--we live eight minutes away and have gotten other takeout home successfully warm. We had to nuke our wings in the microwave to make them edible. The place is a hot mess. read more

I have multiple feelings about this place. I enjoy their options on their food and chicken. If you like sports bars, this is a big one. You can not look any direction without seeing a TV. A little over priced I think but still good flavor overall. They have games you can ask your server for. They are a little machine and you can play long with the tv... or you can zone on your phone like the rest of the population. I went ahead with the Honey BBQ Chicken Salad. Grilled chicken breast finished with their signature Honey BBQ sauce and served on greens with carrots and bbq ranch dressing.- I did really enjoy the BBQ ranch. My dinner date got Screamin' Nacho Burger Chipotle BBQ seasoning, corn tortilla chips, pepper jack cheese, fresh jalapeños, house-made pico de gallo and a drizzle of southwestern ranch dressing. This I had to take right from the menu because there was a ton of stuff on it that I wouldn't have been able to remember. He didn't really enjoy this burger at all. I got the bone in wings with Asian zing, hot BBQ, teriyaki, and desert heat. I'll mix up the sauces here and there since they have alot. Wings are decent in size, and they're cooked very well. I picked up my order right at the time they said it would be done but it seemed like they cooked it earlier since the wings were cold when I ate them. In our booth the table was so far away from the seat we had to move because we couldn't reach the table. Several tables nearby all had the same problem. Worst part was they changed their menu. Didn't have a happy hour menu on our table, wasn't provided with one, and had to ask for it. They took off fried mushrooms and fried pickles. They stopped serving the fried mushrooms (which were my favorite and the only reason I came), but still offer fried pickles full price. Wings are done right here. We're regulars at this location. Get the Garlic Parmesan wings - either with bone or boneless - both are great! Teriyaki and Asian zing are also our regular flavors. The place is kid friendly with their kid menu and tablets to play. My H likes his wings done a certain way and they usually get it right. We've had our orders messed up a few times, for the amount of times we come here, it's bound to happen. They are really kind and professional in handling mess-ups. We usually end up getting familiar servers and they're great. We've become friends with many of them and they're down to earth girls. The manager is usually around when we're there. He runs the place pretty well and checks up on customers from time to time which makes it personable. I'm not a fan of how loud it is in there with all the tvs and music blasting. Brought the family here tonight, all 7 of us. First off I realize everyone is short staffed, I get that. But the place did not seem busy, or under staffed at the moment. We actually got our drinks and ordered our food pretty quick. First good to arrive was two orders of French fries, followed shortly after with 1 order of wings. What seemed like about 10 minutes later 1 more orders of wings arrived. Then another 10 minutes 2 more orders came. Then 5-10 minutes I had to ask for more napkins and to have them check on the rest of the food. 2 more orders came and I sent back 1 order of fries that went with the order that still hadn't shown up. Finally the last order arrived after I asked for it again, by that time the first two kids were already done and ready to go. The waitress was nice and I don't blame her directly. There were employees around, but the service was simply bad. Our party waited 10 minutes to be seated. Someone came by and advised we can sit in the bar if we didn't want to wait to be seated.
