One star because their curbside pickup is very poorly executed instead of just calling and letting them know what car you are in you have to wait at a spot that is numbered and then call, this caused me to wait for a numbered spot to become available while my ready order was getting cold, not sure why they wouldn't expect customers to show up before their food is ready and wait in a spot or to assume their parking lot is large enough to execute this. 20 minutes after it was said my food was ready I finally got it, after I sat watching it get cold on the table from my car. I came to BWW with a few friends after work. Unfortunately I can say that I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The food was decent.. after waiting for over 90 minutes at the table. It was only mediocrely busy at the time of our wait. We were told multiple times that our order was the next one coming out. We watched multiple different people be seated, get their food, and leave by the time we were able to get our food. I do not recommend this establishment. The staff was generally kind, but much improvement is needed for this to become a place that I would come to often. read more

Once the server comes he too also looks and smells like if they had a drink or two starts out by saying it was his first night which is a lie because I've came 2 weeks before tonight and he was my server. Well he then starts taking our order didn't ask what our drink order was so we settled with just water. 45 mins go by and still no appetizer nor food, few more mins go by we finally get some Food just to see 3 ppl I came with never got the order at this point we are ready to leave. So I have been in often because its recognized by many and with the location easy to get to and meet others for a drink. Prices are a little high especially the wings. Burgers are usually what I go for and they are nothing special but not bad because I have had several over the years this has been in business. Lots of TV's and lots of noise at all times. The wait staff is never anything overly friendly but they are helpful on deciding what to order. I usually leave feeling full but not completely satisfied that I would not recommend this to guest especially from out of town. My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience at this location Thursday night. To start, we sat at the bar around 8:30. We were the only guest to come in at the time. The bar was a complete mess with empty glasses, food plates, and trash scattered throughout. The bartender took 5 min to greet us or even say hi. We ordered our drinks and food. My burger came out in a timely manner. We waited 15-20min for my boyfriends wings. Once the wings came out they were cold. "Sometimes the kitchen is slow" is what we were told. We went here for lunch and both of us ordered the chicken salad lunch special. The lunch special was guaranteed to be delivered in 15 mins or less and it was delivered in 8 mins. This was good! However, the salads didn't have much chicken at all in them. The chicken was so small it was difficult to see if it was a crouton or chicken. Overall,not delicious and I wouldn't recommend ordering this. I'm a fan of BWW's and have been to many different locations. This location may be one of the worst I've been to yet. I placed my order over the phone and was told the typical 25 min. wait time, so I left after 20 min. to go granny food. 1 hour later I finally was given my food, and the order wasn't even correct. When I asked to have it fixed I was told they were busy(They were having a standard dinner service, no more busy than normal). I received no apologies or consolation for my extended wait and incorrect order, the manager wasn't even up front to speak with the rest of the inconvenienced customers. Having worked in the service industry I can understand that things happen, but customer service can make all the difference, and this place has none. read more

I sat at the bar to catch a basketball game and I may have sat there for 10 minutes before being helped, though they were kind of busy. The food was pretty good but the wait was bothersome and the staff seemed to be flustered and arguing. Though, I gotta give it to em, it's a huge place, tons of Screens for about any game you're looking for, tons of drink options. We went to BWW on Merle Hay before a movie at Flix Brewhouse. We were in a bit of a hurry and we let our waitress know. We ordered a bunch of wings as well as a salad. The food and drinks came fairly quick. Unfortunately they messed up all the orders. Not sure how all 4 people eating got their their order wrong. I hate complaining but my girlfriend isn't afraid to say something. We told the waitress about the mishap. She seemed like she didn't know what to do so the manager came to our table. He fixed everything and even brought more food than we ordered. We left satisfied but slightly late for our movie. I would like the thank the manager Chris for making everything right. No one greets you, they just walk past you when you're clearly standing there waiting to be helped. There's no sign as to whether you can seat yourself or wait to be seated. EVERY single employee ignores you unless you say something first. We've tried to give them chance after chance but today really made it clear that this location is not where we'd visit again. With that being said, the service is hit or miss, the food takes insanely long for fried foods, and we're usually lucky if the wings or fries come out hot - one of them is always cold if not both. We have ordered out a few times and overall been pretty good! We had an online promo code for 6 free wings but the online ordering didn't have a place to put the code. That was pretty disappointing. We were told our wait time would be an hour. Went to check out and the computer froze, so called to order and the wait time was only 15 minutes. Not sure why there was a huge difference in online ordering and calling in for the pick up times. The wings have been really good! This last time they could have used more sauce. Couple of friends and I went to this location after we order a Togo while we were waiting for it we asked if the bartender was still servering and she said "yes for 15 more minutes." When one of my friends decided not to get a drink the bartender (whom was rude the WHOLE time) made a rude comment saying " that's the kind of customer I like one I don't have to do shit for" so we said if it was a problem that we didn't need to get drinks and she just walked away from us. We stopped here just to have something different from our usual go to mid day lunch not too long ago. Service was prompt and adequate. The problem was that I Ordered a pizza that normally comes with chicken on it but I asked for them to make it without chicken. I ate a decent portion of it and then bit into a piece of..... Chicken. Ugh. It was hiding under the cheese. Just one or two little bits. I told the server and she didn't seem to think it mattered, and also never tried to make it right.
