In that time, several orders placed after me were served and sent on their way, along with several Doordash/Uber Eats. No communication from the staff on what was going on, no attempts to do anything from their end. Terrible service and communication by the server. Her name was Maleigha she was decently nice but our food took 45 minutes to get to the table and we were the only table in there for about 20 mins!! we ordered wings, burgers, and tacos. nothing that should have taken that long to prepare. we ordered refills on two of the all you can eat when we ordered the initial order, the server never brought out our refill. we had to ask another server to go find our sever to let her know that we wanted them boxed up. one of our orders of food (street tacos), came out several minutes after everyone else was already eating and when the server dropped it off she said nothing, let alone an apology. some simple communication by the server just letting us know what was going on, would have went a long way! I got the ultimate nachos that are definitely in need of a rename. It was a heap of tortilla chips with a DRIZZLE of sour cream and small amount of cheese and 4 pieces of peppers. I mixed up the chips hoping to get some actual toppings on the chips but it was bone dry. This is now the 2nd time in a row we were either missing items or they were just wrong. 1. No Parmesan Garlic - Really? 2. Order both celery and carrots - didn't receive either. 3. Should have received 8 sauces and only received 5. 4. One of the orders should have been traditional and received boneless. Then when this girl comes to seat us asks us where we want to sit we say a booth and i say preferably next to a tv playing hockey and she scuffed and rolled her eyes. like don't ask where we want to sit and then be disrespectful about it, you don't work at Karen's Diner. We order 20 wings; parm garlic, orange chicken, and teriyaki. When the girl came out with our food she looked like and the vibe she gave off was she was judging us for not getting more; and they only gave us teriyaki and parm garlic. Like my bf and I weren't even hungry we just did it for my sons bday birthday bc that's what he wanted! Oh while we are waiting for food, i asked if they did anything special when it was someone's birthday; this dude says, "i can ask if the staff want to sign happy birthday to him." i say that would be awesome and he replied rudely, "that was a joke. i'd be embarrassed if i asked that" (i'm not sure how he meant it but i took it as he would be embarrassed if he were me asking about that.) i didn't know you were suppose to stay at the table to pay bc he brought the check set it down and then walked away when i had my card out when i asked for the bill. i walked up to the front and waited and felt (probably looked too) like an idiot. i go sit back at the table and the guy walks back over takes the check with this "princess" attitude brings it back says just sign this and walks away. not "have a good night" or "thank you for coming" or anything! Took it straight home only to find out that my chicken was ice cold like it had been out for an hour. I have always eaten at BWW without any issues. But I had a semi-bad experience at this location. So start to it. First off, the service here is decent. The food here I would take caution after my wife and I experience our first time at this location we eat everything was wonderful until we came home. both of us had to use the restroom due to a stomach issue. I am not positive if it was the chicken not being cooked well. I had no doubt it had to be because that was all that we ordered. So next time you check in at BWW at this specific location. check your chicken first or you'll be friends with the toilet for a while. read more

To go orders are very hit and miss. I have gotten incorrect orders quite a few times but food is generally solid.

Definitely not a fan. Ordered a few things to share while we were here and none of it was very good. The food was actually kind of soggy. It was pretty disappointing. We hoped to go there and watch the big game and eat some good food, but it probably would have been more fun watching it at home. At least then we could have made something good to eat. I will say that I am open to at least trying it again and hoping for a better experience next time. read more
