This goes to both Buffalo Wild Wings and DoorDash. placed an order and saw it was picked up at 5:47 PM and was not delivered until 6:34 PM. The pick up picture showed three other orders. After the first delivery the driver went to another restaurant and picked up another delivery. After making a delivery the driver went to another restaurant for another pick up. The driver didn't head to make our delivery until confronted about this. By the time the food arrived it was cold. The driver blamed it on DoorDash. Neither Buffalo Wild Wings or DoorDash have been helpful an any compliant. Can't request a refund thru DoorDash because it was thru the Buffalo Wild Wings app and Buffalo Wild Wings tells us to contact DoorDash. Will not use this order app again. read more

Placed a take order for boneless wings and potato wedges online I show up about 15 mins before the time it was supposed to be ready and they tell me it's not ready which is fine so I wait I get my order and get home(which is only about 10 mins away) and the wedges were great but the wings were absolutely atrocious it tasted like they were made that morning and they just heated them up and threw them in the sauce and gave them to me. They were so tough I couldn't even chew them so I had to throw majority of them away. The waitress- 5 stars. I think her name was Mia. She was so friendly and not a fake friendly. She's really good at her job, efficient and quick. Way better than the waitress we had a year ago when I left a one star review of this place. I didn't see the rude and slowwwww waitress we had that night (it was all you can eat wings for $20 night) so maybe she doesn't work there any more. I got there and they didnt even have my order sent to the kitchen yet. The girl at the pickup counter flippantly said "10-15 minutes at least, maybe longer". Was not very happy with service at all. 4th time coming here and tonight was the worst. Time of service was horrible. Our waiter looked like a caveman that had been digging in the mud. You could see in the kitchen and the cook had double D boobs with no bra on. There were maybe 7 tables occupied at the time were there and it still took over 45 minutes to get our food. I'm not going to lie, I was a little cautious of coming to eat here just because of all the horrible reviews on this app. Fortunately I can say that we had a fabulous experience and a fabulous little waitress. We were offered a booth or the high top tables as soon as we walked in. We sat down and our waitress was at our table within a minute asking us for drinks. We ordered two things off the kids menu an appetizer and some wings. The appetizer came immediately and if I was going to remove part of a star it would be only because the guacamole has basically no taste and the taste I did find seemed like avocados that were starting to brown. Everything else was delicious and the cheese curds were superb. Our waitress was back very frequently and it was very pleasant. Definitely will return. read more

This review is based on a take out order. We were hoping for a good meal despite some of the negative reviews but man oh man here's another one. We had a few orders of wings and they forgot to pack all the ranch sauces. They also didn't include the salsa for our chips and one of the buffalo wings order was completely bare ! To top things off our mozzarella sticks order wasn't even fully cooked (the cheese was still stiff in the middle). My son and I got BWW about once a month. About two months ago we discovered (I think they were new at the time) the Mango Habanero. Wow! They were hot but really tasty too. It was a fruity sweet and savory sauce with a hint of sesame oil to. We couldn't stop talking about them so we went back for more today. It's our third time to get them. They were definitely hot but not overwhelmingly so. We were so motivated by them I fermented my own habanero and mangoes, in a 3% salt solution, for two months. I just cooked them a bit today...added brown sugar and sesame oil and a touch of honey. It's fun but the BWW version is far better. read more

Much to my surprise, I had forgotten to thaw anything for dinner so we opted to go out for the evening. This is rare in our house. We elected to allow the children to pick and they chose the infamous Buffalo Wild Wings. We haven't been to this location prior and thought we would check it out. The wait was short and we were seated immediately to the left of the front door. Our tables were separate from other patrons for social distancing but we felt like we were in a major walk way. Our chairs were bumped frequently from others walking by. The tables were sticky and the rag used to clean it after we complained was dry... it stuck to the table. Our table wobbled. We spilled a full glass of tea. Our nine year old raves about the BBQ coated boneless wings and gives it five stars. My salad, the side to my order, was wilted and had several slimy brown pieces. I'm familiar with "bar" food but why offer a salad if you can't keep it fresh? I love the ranch. Maybe I'll take some home for my own salad. My husband inhaled the bone in wings and had no comment on the flavor. I'm unsure if he can even taste the spicy any more. Overall, I'm underwhelmed. Our waitress was timid but nice. She refilled our drinks and smiled every time we made eye contact, regardless of how busy she was. There was an issue with my ticket and the manager adjusted it without a problem. The service gets five stars leaving an average of three, in my opinion. If you opt for to-go check your order before you leave. read more

We have ordered "to go" twice over the last few months and have to say not much has improved here. The online tracker is nowhere near accurate. We will show up right on time and still have to sit in the lobby waiting. Our first go order was actually decent quality wise, which is what lead to the second one a few weeks later. Unfortunately, the second one was terrible. The wings were room temp and several did not have ANY seasoning on them. Let me start by saying, I like Buffalo Wild Wings. I think they're food is good, and their lunch special is a great value. Today my friends and I went to have lunch here. We found a feather on one of our traditional wings. When we alerted our waiter, he was very apologetic and went to get the manager. The manager didn't even apologize. He just asked if we wanted another wing. We, of course, had lost our appetite. He then very rudely said "Okay well what should I do then?" Our gracious waiter asked the manager if he could at least discount our meal and the manager reluctantly took $2 off the ticket. Cameron Brown is a poor manager without good customer service skills. My husband ordered traditional wings and he got boneless. Then when we brought it up she asked if we want to get it corrected he said no it's okay. I asked her for a second time for the veggie boat.
