Our waitress didn't even entertain the idea of writing our orders down, which was very baffling because she had already gotten our small amount of drink orders wrong.... I was pretty puzzled because we all like to try multiple flavors of wings, and as we rattled off many different combinations and flavors she just nodded like she processed everything we said. For this restaurant to be in this specific location I honestly would expect better service. The waitress service and kitchen service are absolute crap. Came in at noon and specifically ordered off of the 15 minute or less menu. That menu states the food will be free if it takes longer than 15 minutes to get out to you. We came in with a party of seven. The waitress took our drink order, which consisted of five waters and two teas. It took her five minutes to bring those drinks back. In that five minutes the party of seven decided to get their orders to go since they're on their lunch break for 45 minutes. We all decided to get our orders to go due to the slow service we were immediately receiving. We all ordered off the 15 minute or less menu. It took 30 minutes for us to receive our orders. And we were brought our checks before ever receiving our food. Upon receiving our food my particular order was drenched in sauce and the salad was already wilted from the dressing. The boneless wings were a little under room temperature and the bread that came with my salad was stone cold. I suppose unless you're just a diehard Buffalo wild wings fan I would highly suggest never eating at this restaurant. It's seem like a waste of time and a waste of money. I've worked at the Santa Fe location a while before it had been shut down and although I found another job, I still enjoy having BWW's wings. The experience at this location has always been awful for me. Sometimes it's because of the food. Sometimes because it's the service. The past 3 experiences took us longer than 15 minutes to be greeted by anyone besides their host staff. It's understandable when nights get busy and sometimes places can get understaffed or stressed, but there has to be some sort of management to keep a watch in their dining area for new seats. I love bdubs but this location especially needs to double check and make sure they're replacing their bottled sauces. I bought one on Friday night and when they handed it to me it was so liquidy it was like water (which is not the consistency their sauces is) so I asked them for another bottle. They supplied me with a better bottle visually but when I got home and opened it up it REEKED of spoiled milk. Ain't no way in hell I was taking my chances on that. I just come here to have some food, have a few drinks and watch the games as usual, after a hard day of work. It all started with a very bad attitude from the bartender (Ashton - Drama Queen). Everytime, I come here, she just doesn't want to serve me at all. Whenever I come in, I always greet the employees I know, and tip when I leave with no problems. The rest of the employees are always very nice to me. Why have a business if you don't want to serve your regular customers? I called the manager and explained the situation to him. I Had A Mojito/A Strawberry Vodka Drink(Can't Remember the Name ) Hubs and The F5 IPA -- For The Table We Ordered Wings-Thai Curry Smoky Adobo and Caribbean Jerk Sauce.. The Thai Curry Was Our Favorite But The Adobo Was A Close Second. The Wings Were Baked/Cooked Perfectly. I'm unsure of their process.. Also Got The Potato Wedges. Occasionally my husband or I will get a craving for BWW. Last night this happened, so I ordered for pick up. I ordered 18 boneless wings for him (honey BBQ) and 6 boneless (mild) for me. I also ordered two side potato wedges. We had been working all day on renovating our house and were starving! Should have checked the bag after I picked up the $35 worth of food (lol $35 for that...). What we ACTUALLY got was two boats of potato wedges that were probably made 2 days ago. They were miraculous so hard to eat around the exterior and disgusting mush on the inside. The boneless wings. We received a total of 16 honey BBQ, but that's only if you are also counting the one that was completely raw in the middle. So basically we paid $35 (plus $5 tip)... so $40 dollars for something we threw away and possibly contracted food poisoning. I get that this is a big box fast casual, but come on. We had James the server with the bright blue hair and the gross septum piercing. He did not have more than 2 tables and he cane over twice! We are regular customers and love coming here. But this visit today was pretty bad. Me and my husband brought our 3 year old grandson there for lunch today. We asked the hostess for a booth and a booster seat. As she shows her irritation that we asked for a booth, she takes us to the table and never brings us a booster seat. She did not want to be there. Then our waiter comes. (He's very nice) and i order a salad with dressing on the side and my husband orders a 3 piece chicken tender and a kids chicken dinner. I got my salad with ranch dressing all in it. And i wanted vinaigrette on the side. He brings it out and offers to take it back. I think he knew I'd take it any way and i did. New BWW located in East Edmond off of I-35 next to Sams is delicious! True to form, BWW has big screen TVs from wall to wall and playing every sports game. This BWW has a heated porch that faces the South and a nice variety of arcade games. Competent staff and excellent appetizers like mini corn dogs, tacos, and prezetals. For wings, I recommend (and I always order) ordering the paramsian garlic sauce with blue cheese. Don't forget to downloaded the app for the BWW reward program.
