We came in on Thursday evening. Our server was Jolie. She seemed uninterested in our table, focused on other people and things, and stood near the register/drink fountain. Why show up to work if you're not interested in your job and serve the people who come in to tip you and make sure you're paid? The food was okay; it took a while, but that happens on promotion days. Service could've been so much better if she had seemed interested. I have no clue what was throwing her off. She pondered towards the doors and the front booth where you wait to be seated. Visited many B'dubs in my travels, this location was on par with others. Service was a bit faster, and the wings were well sauced. This is probably one of the worst locations. They're never staffed for Thursday nights like they should be. There was 1 server in the bar area handling all of the tables plus outside. We barely saw her & the mangers working weren't helping her at all. She was taking on way more tables than she could handle. We waited 20 minutes to order because she "wasn't ready". I have a feeling the first woman thought we were her table, and then the second woman took over. We noticed there seemed to be tension or something between the two. I ordered a cocktail called a Blueberry Lemonade, and it was a total fail. It didn't taste like either blueberry nor lemonade. I can't really describe the flavor other than maybe cheap vodka tasting? Not worth $7, for sure. My husband and son both ordered burgers and enjoyed their food. It was the snack size, boneless wings with Asian Zing for me. My wings came with carrots and celery, and the look of the aged celery grossed me out. I didn't want anything to do with the veggies because of it, and I really do enjoy eating celery with my wings. I bit into one of the lemon pepper wings and instantly spit it out. they tasted old with zero seasoning, and no lemon pepper, I tried another one to give it a chance and ate some of it but it started to make my stomach hurt after a few minutes. I'm going to start this review with a disclaimer: I'm a vegetarian. Therefore, it might seem unfair that I'm reviewing BDubs (as it's fondly called). But hey, they have potatoes on the menu, which I figure means fair game. For a picnic earlier today, my cousin picked up to-go potato wedges with LOADS of their signature ranch. I'm relatively forgiving with potatoes, mostly because it's kind of hard to ruin them beyond retribution. BDubs, on its first try, has proved my theory wrong: I have no problem being critical here. Not only were the wedges hard, dry, and relatively difficult to make our way through, but the 'sour cream and chive seasoning' (according to the menu description) was less-than-favorable. After about 3 wedges, I abandoned my attempts: I had found a potato that couldn't win my heart. The ranch, however, I would recommend: we used it as a dip for some other fries that had relatively gross dips come with them for a beautiful marriage made out of unpleasant circumstances. read more

The food was great, and I've seen reviews for here saying the food was less than par, but ours came out hot and perfect. It was just an accumulation of slow service and drinks being forgotten that made this experience less than savory. They also have $5 pitchers on game nights, so it's a good place to go to watch football. However, the last time we went my husband ordered his thai curry wings wet.
