I had a an issue with Buffalo Wild Wings the last time I went in and they told me to give them another chance so I did. This time I ordered carry out thinking I could dodge at least the bad service but instead I still ran into it. I usually order my food carry out during lunch hours due to the fact that my job is so unpredictable. So I had a little bit more time than I anticipated when I called the order in. I asked nicely if I could sit at one of the tables and the young girl said "No... you ordered carry out so you have to eat at home. That would take a table away from a server." If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Via doordash they consistently leave out parts of our order. I promise if you try to order a drink it's not going to happen. You can ask for extra sauce on your wings( because they will be bone dry if you don't), and you may see the sticker on the box but, those wings will be bare. It's like they baked some grocery store Tyson nuggets and served them up straight. Tonight I paid over $50 for dinner. We received no veggies, no drinks, no ranch. Girl. Horrible experience every time I go there. Seriously. Waitress (Maddison) last night was super rude to me and my friends. We are teenagers, and I get it. Usually teens aren't good to serve but I'd say we weren't being disruptive at all. There were only four our us and one of my friends ordered chicken tenders and she judged him hardcore. Said "I mean, I can't tell him no" like that's just rude. I ordered the wings and she asked if I wanted the dean where you get 6 for 6 wings and I said no, because I didn't want that many fucking wings that taste like cardboard. She said "are you serious? I haven't had great experiences here but thought I would give it another try since we could watch the UK game here yesterday. I walked in and asked the manager if we could watch the game and he immediately replied "I'll put the game on whatever tv you would like." I found a spot and he did change the tv without hesitation. As far as our food - our appetizer came out cold. We ordered Chili con Queso dip and the bowl wasn't even warm. We sent it back and it came back out warm, not hot. Everyone's food entrees were warm and not hot at all. However at this point we were nervous to send anything else back. For the most part our waitress did an okay job however toward the end of our visit she was the only waitress in the entire bar area so we were pretty neglected towards the end of dinner- about 45 minutes without any contact with her- no water refills, dessert offers, box availability and certainly no check presentation. They just have the worst service. Period. I love Buffalo Wild Wings food, but their staff has always been disrespectful and is very poorly managed. If it weren't for some really good wings, this place would be the worst restaurant of all time. I went in today and asked for a table for two and was told it would take an hour and a half for food! I came in around two thirty in the afternoon there were a couple people in the bar and two people at a table in the dining room. I stood at the podium waiting to be seated fir a bit the finally went to the bar and asked the bartender if I should just seat down. She was obviously quite bothered with me interrupting her organizing glass and told me to go to the podium and someone would seat me. Again at the podium waiting to be seated finally someone came out and seated me. I ordered a burger and fries. It came pretty quick but both burger and fries were soaked and dripping grease. I can't think of a tome I had a more greasy burger and not greasy in a good way . I was so disappointed this burger was no where near worth the $12 it cost not too mention 3.20 for a soda over $20 with tax and tip argg better off at McDonalds. Food is pretty bad. There was a massive wait time for the food and the food that came out was room temperature and tasted old. I'm okay waiting for food, if the food that comes out is good, but this stuff was old. You can taste it. We did eat in the restaurant so the issue was not delivery. We could not eat the wings and had to send them back. The food left a pretty bad taste in my mouth with how dry and old the wings were. Somehow the fries even managed to be bad too. Not sure how they are staying in business with this type of product, but if a competing restaurant that catered to wings and sports opened up, bws would be gone. Over the years Buffalo Wild Wings has gone down hill from the quality going down and the cost going way up. Over $12 for 6 traditional wings is a joke. Only way to make it worth your while is to go when its buy one get one wing free. Additionally, the reward system is a joke also. Its setup so that if you don't activate your rewards prior coming to the store you cant use your reward points, its almost like a bait and switch when you get handed the bill "oh sorry, you cant us that since you didn't activate it prior coming in." Would've been nice to know prior me ordering food with intent to use it. Only reason this place is still open is because it satisfies sports fans and the need for 80 televisions playing at the same time. Last time I went on a Tuesday buy one get one night maybe 6 tables in the entire store were occupied by people. When ordering I requested my wings to be made well done. I was told they don't do that on Tuesday due to them running the special and being busy.... A couple week ago we picked BW's had a pretty large order and tipped well above 20%. But he was very friendly and as accomodating as he could be when not clearly audible. The service was very fast.
