This was probably one of the worst experiences ive ever had at a resturaunt before. Even though my server was very good and the food was good as well its what jappenes that made this one of the worst. I went with my girlfriend and we were sitting where we were able to see into tje kitchwn. Whole sitting there for 15 min there were two seperate servers who ate out of two seperate platea of food that was taken to a table. I was one of those lucky people and received fries that were previously eaten by one of the two servers. I findbthat completely un acceptable so i was sure to inform the manager. You could even come here and order the "mild" buffalo wings which is coated in a slightly watery version of the hotter sauce while still retaining a great flavor. BUT... where is the fun in that? Instead, come and order the "hot". I know what you are thinking. I can't take hot. I'm going to order the mild or BBQ instead. Well fear not young Yelper. This place's "hot" wings have been fully tested by me and one other professional non spicy tolerant amautur people, and is certified to be "not hot at all". So go ahead, bring that special someone that have been calling you a wimp all your life. Impress them with your new found ability to swallow a whole order of 10 pieces of the hottest buffalo wings from this bar without even breaking a sweat, then go ahead and laugh at that special someone's face. Buffalo Wild Wings on Dupont is pretty middle of the road in terms of any sort of Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. This doesn't make it a bad location by any means, but the issue becomes that no matter what time of day it is, it's always busy, and always cramped, being a popular location in Fort Wayne. Because of the high price, cramped space, and noise that is constantly going on it makes it very hard to enjoy an evening out with friends if you're looking for something quiet and simple. However, if you like action, if you like noises, and if you like frenetic energy with your chicken wings, cold beer, and constant stream of sports inside and outside of the bar, then this place is perfect for you. read more

Just another chain restaurant that fails to wow me. I suppose this place would be nice if you wanted to come watch sports and get the ambiance. The drinks aren't the greatest, so order beer. The wings aren't the greatest either, but not terrible - I still eat them! I wouldn't mind coming to the bar to mainly watch sports, and just order up some food and drinks while doing so, except that there is limited room in the bar. If your looking for draft beer and wings, this is a good spot. Service can be spotty in the family seating area, but I have had no problems when ordering in the bar. Drink prices are reasonable for the Fort Wayne area. Can be busy on weekends, don't expect walk in seating, but being able to sit in the bar definitely helps. Absolute trash service. Ordered carry out for pickup at 6:40, arrived at 6:35 to find a line 25-30 people out the door, assumed would be for dine in. Much to my dismay this was the line for carry out. Waited over 45 minutes in line in the absolute COLD! Granted it was New Year's Eve and BOGO boneless night but seriously, if you can't have the food ready and the staff to assist then stop taking orders. We were not able to actually pick up our food until 7:35. It was lukewarm at best. Not sure what the issue was here but BWW needs to step up their game if they want anyone to keep coming back. Have always like B-Dubs food, but very rarely have good service. Visited this location the other day, and received great service, and great food, so I had to leave a great review. If you like your wings saucy, like me, order them wet, and they'll have plenty of sauce on them. The server we had anticipated our needs, and was the best service I've had in a while. My husband and I had date night. Tonight was a horrible experience. We had to wait 15 minutes to order a drink. We didn't get any menus until we asked. We asked to have a sports channel changed to boxing only for staff to say they didn't have the channel available. We ordered appetizers and meals. We had to wait 50 minutes to not get any appetizers that we ordered. Only when I requested to talk to the manager did they bring our food out. Manager came out stating that all orders we 40 minutes behind. I watched several people come I. After us and get served before we did. I will never eat here again. Services is horrible! Have visited this BWW location several times over the past year. We usually sit in the bar in order to enjoy the multitude of events televised. Service here hit and miss; At times it can be great CAN BE great and at other times you can wait and wait and wait to get attention. Seems worst when the business is busiest (so call me captain obvious). Food here can be hit and miss as well; On occasion we have perfectly cooked, perfect temperature bone in and boneless wings. At other visits the boneless wings are overlooked and dry. For a BWW it's an average, A-OK location. But I don't find it a place that I'll call myself a regular at anytime soon. read more

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on New Years Day at 1pm. Not very busy at all, seated immediately. Ordered 2 items from the lunch menu, then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes! The waitress only came by once to refill a drink, never let us know about our food. We finally left after 55 minutes, no lunch for us! Terrible service, the food is not worth it! 12 of us descended hear after a tennis match a few weeks ago. We ordered about 80 or 90 wings of various flavors and intensity. All were tasty. The Mandarin spicy ones were good, but the hot-hot ones were probably my favorite, and I am glad we ordered some mild ones so that I didn't need to go the ER that night complaining that my stomach had a hole in it. They guys seemed pretty happy about the beer selections as well. Service was good, and delivery of food was quicker than I thought it would be seeing as we were such a large group. I've never had an issue with this establishment until today. Came here to celebrate my two younger brothers birthdays. We all sat down at 7:30 ordered by 7:45/7:50. After an hour went by we asked our waitress what the hold up was. She said let me go check. Came back and said it should be 8-10 minutes. 15 minutes later she came back out to say it'll be another 5 minutes. 5 minutes after that she came back to our table, saying they were traying our food. 10 minutes went by our food finally came out all in all we waited an hour and a half for our food. The service has really gone downhill at this location. The food is taking 20+ minutes to come out - and this is when the restaurant is empty. The servers either don't care or are powerless to do anything about. When directly asked about the slow cook times, my server answered "I don't cook the food." Unbelievable. The problem is that Sunday is football day and they have one game on with all the other TV's having motocross with the audio high so you had to listen to that while trying to watch the one game they decided to show. The wings are fantastic, prices not so much. We normally enjoy when we go to buffalo wold wings. As a sports bar, it is a given that drinks can be pretty high ($7 for a tall beer). We "normally" enjoy, but there has been the multiple times of mediocre service and mediocre food. It wouldn't normally be a problem, but when you are paying a premium for your meal it tends to become frustrating. Another kicker about this franchise is that they advertise their cheap wing nights (around 50 cents), but they charge you for extra dipping sauces such as ranch! Who does that?! Not to add within the last year they have changed their pricing to a portion basis, a small constitutes 10 wings. I now feel like I am paying more for less....As a college student I want to be able to invest the money I have into something that I feel is worth it, so BDUBs is not my first...nor last choice. Coming back from out of town late and decided on some of our favorite wings then decided we were going to try their burgers. NEVER AGAIN. If you want even a decent burger don't get it from here, Mcdonalds is better then what we had. Reminded us of the bag of frozen burgers you get in the store and they were soo dry. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location is trash. First of all we were seated before 3 party's were and we got our food last. There was only 3 of us but our food took over an hour to get to us and when it did it was cold. As if they forgot about us. As for the other 3 party's they got there food within 15 mins and ours an hour. Secondly they put BBQ sauce on when I asked for hot. Thirdly the wings tasted as if they were weeks old. They were as dry as if they had been in the sun for a whole day. And still had feathers of the chicken left. This is a horrible place. Please do not waste your money on this half ass place. The more I experience other local sports bars and wing joints, the more I realize the mediocrity of B-Dubs. The food is impressing me less and less for the price, however, it remains 2nd to none for a lively game day atmosphere, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to grab a cold one and watch a game. Service has always been friendly enough, although if you've been there for a couple hours and ordered multiple drinks with a group, we usually have to hash out the checks and try to correct them amongst ourselves. They certainly boast one of the biggest varieties of wing sauces you can find around town, but the preparation and quality sometimes pales in comparison to local competitors. I've also recently been pretty underwhelmed with their signature wraps...I'm not a huge eater, but they've become too small for my liking, whereas years ago, these things were stuffed and satisfying.
