They have a very spacious patio. It's clean and well maintained. Chairs and tables are a comfortable wire construction - nothing fancy. And yes...it still feels like a bar as a bouncer will check your ID at the door. You can balance the bar feel with the opportunity to hang out on a warm summer evening...on a patio. Our waitress was very friendly. She hustled as much as she could though she had a lot of tables. The bouncers were all business. The menu is pretty large with pizza, salads, wraps, wings sandwiches and lots of appetizers. Prices are fair. And, to me, the overall food quality is better than your standard bar food. Here is a run down on the things we ordered: -Quesadillas: extraordinarily cheesy. Soft shell. Easy to pull apart. Comes with salsa and sour creme for dipping - nothing special here. -Chef salad: very fresh and piled high with meats and sides. Two breadsticks were also tasty. -Chicken Ranch wrap: fresh tasting. Tender chicken and wrap. Fries were good. -Onion rings: lots of rings in the basket located on the premium side menu. Rings were inconsistent. Some pieces had a very thick onion piece with a softer batter. Others had a thin onion piece and a very crispy outside. In general the rings were fried to a heavier crisp and a bit oily. Not my favorite. -Cole slaw: very smooth, sweet and creamy Mayo based dish. Small slaw pieces. Not soupy. Tastes almost exactly like KFC's cole slaw. Very good taste! -Wings: I ordered grilled teriyaki and spicy buttery ranch wings. About 50% of my wings were tough and chewy. The other 50% were moist, tender and perfect. All white insides and slightly crispy skins. Love the grill marks. I would recommend double dipped as the grilled skin was thinner on flavor. The teriyaki sauce was thin and had a mild teriyaki taste. The spicy buttery ranch sauce had a slight buttery oil taste with a moderately heavier spice taste. No spicy after taste or burn. The ranch flavor seemed to get buried in the spicy flavor. This review focuses on the patio dinning option. Corner Pocket does have a fun and spacious interior, with lots of pool tables, if you want to shoot some billiards with friends.

It was so loud on this night that we struggled to have dinner conversation. The fry flight was fun for the party to sample. The tots were nice and crisp and meaty. The sweet potato fries had a bold sweet potato taste but were disappointingly limp - first time they have been this way. The flat fries were uniquely thin and crispy. The cheese sauce was a unique blend of different cheeses that didn't taste like cheese. More of a smooth, mild and somewhat plain sauce. The ketchup had a nice bold tomato taste. The ranch dip was fairly unique with very faint ranch and oil taste. My wife loved the Southwest bowl. Very fresh and with lots of healthy add ins. The marinaded chicken was very moist and seasoned nicely. The guacamole was very tasty. The short rib beef stroganoff had an outstanding beef taste. The meat was moist and tender - easily pulled apart. The sauce was very light so that it let the natural beef juices dominate the taste. No heavy sour creme taste here. I knew that I was addicted when, after walking into the bar during one trip with a friend, the bartender (Michael) recognized us and immediately offered up two Blue Moon schooners, our usual. That extremely impressive level of service is likely possible because this location sees a relatively low amount of foot traffic. Despite patronizing this location dozens of times on different days at different hours, we have not once waited for a table. What can be said about the food that hasn't been said already? The wings are spectacular. You can expect them to be large and swimming in sauce. Speaking of which, the sauce choices are overwhelming: their classic BBQ is a go-to, but try out the Say It Ain't Tso or Me-So-Spicy for something a little different. If its alcohol you're after, its hard to do better on this side of town. Their draft selection isn't quite as extensive as Buffalo Wild Wings down the road but it gets the job done without the large crowds and strange chlorine smell. They will certainly do mixed drinks much better. The first time we visited Wings Etc was during a big game night. Buffalo Wild Wings was completely packed, so we continued down the road a bit to try this other place which ended up having a few open tables and spots at the bar. Life is full of strange mysteries; among them I add "Why will people wait thirty minutes for mediocre wings at BWW when there's Wings Etc a half-mile down the road with better food and better service?" Easy in and easy out as there is parking close to the store. The store is kinda large (at least seemed that way today as it was empty) clean and in good repair. The team was very friendly. The place was slow so we had very attentive service. The food and drink menu is fairly large. They gave a full bar with lots of TV's. Nice place to relax, talk and watch a game. As for the food...I really don't expect a lot from these type of franchise places. I did find the onion rings to be pretty good. Nice meaty piece of onion with a thick batter. Slight crunchy breading - not too oily. No special sauce served with this. Just ketchup if you need it. My wife really liked the grilled chicken bacon wrap. Fresh ingredients and tasty.
