Okay. Went back to Buffalo Wild Wings to give them another shot after not having a good experience last time. Again, after the Friday night football game we went to Buffalo Wild Wings. When we came in, we were informed that we "had" to eat in the bar area. We went to the bar area and found a large enough table for the 6 of us. Our waitress seemed to having an extremely difficult time dealing with the amount of work she had. She was extremely rude. We had her before and she was nice and helpful then but this time, was not. She was taking our order and a few of us couldn't hear her and asked her to come to the other side of the table so we could but she just acted like we didn't say anything. We got our drink and food orders in. We were set. Within like 15 minutes, food was brought out for 4 of the 6 of us. Another 15 minutes later, we still hadn't gotten the rest of our food. My husband went to her and asked if she could please check on our food and she said, "I haven't had any time at all to check on your food." Ummmm.. this was crazy to hear. After about 5-10 more minutes, our food was brought out. Needless to say, we were never able to get refills on our drinks or extra items we might need. It was very bad. While the food at BWW has gotten better over the years, the management and staff need to figure out if they're going to invest in making this restaurant better. Lack of friendliness and greetings up front, lack of a descent attitude of wait staff, lack of enough servers so they are not burnt out, and just an overall lack of caring about what they're doing.

$11 for a 'large' cheese curds

$11 for a "large" cheese curds and the container isn't even full. Watching B-Dubs decline like this is painful. I should've ordered Wingstop instead. At this rate, the only thing larger than the portions is the regret.

I ordered 15 wings for takeout and only got 9. This joke of a place Needs less than 1 star

Spicy passion fruit margarita no spicy and no tajin by request lol

I'm only giving this a 4 star rating because Molly was not behind the bar...had she behind bar with her Grace, personality and professionalism it would've been a 5 star experience. I did see her waiting on tables though so maybe tonight was just an off night. My spicy passion fruit marg and mozzarella sticks were good but Molly is truly an asset to this location and belongs behind the bar!

Now the bar is full (of white people?) But we are Latino people, maybe we weren't good enough for her.

We were five people trying to have a drink, eat some wings, while watching the game. It's been 15 minutes and no server came by. I came to the bar and asked the bartender if I could order the drinks from her, she refused me the service and told me to wait for a waiter. I asked her if we can sit at the bar and her response made me feel this. was because of our ethnicity, she said she couldn't have too many people at her bar table!!

My food did come out 15 minutes later than my pal. Was kinda weird. My only complaint is their service process. You have to go up and order at the bar your food and drink. Yep! Spent $50. By myself and I had to stand in line if I wanted another drink/water or if I needed anything that wasn't on the table. Asking questions about the menu you have stand in line. Ridiculous process. They lose 2 stars for that alone. A restaurant/bar is about the food/drink and service. They only have half of that right. I hope they change this. I've been in the service industry most of my life and it's one of two things. 1. Servers/bartenders cannot handle doing both tasks. Or. 2. They're lazy and rather make you wait.

I had driven two hours and was hungry, but I was also committed to making good decisions. Or at least mostly good decisions... The hostess offered me a seat at the second-floor bar rather than the quoted 25-30 minute wait. Great! Solo diners love surprise upgrades. Unfortunately, when I got upstairs, the one "available" seat had apparently been claimed by a diaper bag and a giant straw sunhat belonging to the woman sitting next to it holding a too-little-to-walk baby sitting at the bar. Uhhh...this isn't going to work. Back downstairs I went. I gave them my name and number, found a shady spot outside, and settled in for what I assumed would be a long wait. Five minutes later, my table was ready. Thank you, Universe! My server greeted me with water immediately, explained the QR code menu situation, and told me not to order through the app because she'd be right back. No worries, friend. I'd already done my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted. One Martha Stewart's Prison Pizza ($22), please. (Sausage, broccoli, ricotta, Calabrian chili peppers, lemon oil, and sea salt.) I asked for the chili peppers on the side because I know myself. I like adventure. I don't enjoy possibly setting my mouth on fire. And a Diet Pepsi ($3.50), because balance. While I waited, I people-watched, which is one of my favorite hobbies. White Rabbit was PACKED. The patio was full. The downstairs bar was full. Upstairs was full. Couples, groups of girlfriends, older folks, younger folks, families, solo diners...everyone seemed happy to be there. The place itself is pretty small, which explains the wait. Six tables downstairs, maybe eight bar seats, more seating upstairs, and a constant dance of servers carrying food through the same front door customers use. Add the "please wait to be seated" crowd gathering in the narrow hallway and I'd describe things as organized chaos. But once I was seated, I was perfectly comfortable and out of the traffic pattern. One cool touch I noticed: outlets and USB ports built right into the front of the bar. Maybe that's common and I've somehow missed it all these years, but I thought it was pretty neat. Then my pizza arrived. Oh good lawd. OH. GOOD. LAWD. This pizza was SO GOOD! I knew from the first bite that I was in trouble. There was no sauce, which surprised me at first, but after approximately three seconds I no longer cared. The sausage was plentiful. The broccoli added texture. The ricotta was creamy and rich. And that lemon oil?! That lemon oil set it off! Everything just worked together perfectly. The Calabrian peppers arrived on the side exactly as requested. I bravely sampled a very small amount on my fork before desecrating my pizza and quickly determined that folks with stronger heat tolerance than me will absolutely love them. They were just a little too spicy for my delicate tastebuds. Thankfully, the pizza was incredible without them. And those slices? MONSTERS. I ate one and seriously contemplated a second before reminding myself that I had dessert plans elsewhere. A box was requested. Self-control was exercised. Barely. As a solo diner, I also want to give White Rabbit extra points. Multiple staff members checked on me throughout the meal. I never felt forgotten, rushed, or weird sitting by myself. Everyone was warm, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated that. My total bill came to $32.44 including tip which felt really reasonable given the amount of pizza I consumed and brought home. Worth every penny. I'm already scheming my next two-hour drive back. Maybe a smashburger. Maybe those Brussels sprouts everyone keeps raving about. Maybe another pizza. Maybe all of it! I highly recommend checking out White Rabbit. Make it a destination, not just a stop while you're in the area. Don't let the size of the place or the wait scare you off. It's totally worth it. PRO TIP: If you park in the Church Street Parking Garage, look for the staircase labeled "STAIR 3." White Rabbit is literally right outside the door at the bottom. No hide-and-seek required!

The ambiance is cozy, and our server was friendly and welcoming. She made sure we understood the menu and checked on us regularly. The mimosa was made with fresh orange juice, which was also a nice touch. Since our coffee and mimosas arrived pretty quickly, we assumed the food would follow shortly. However, we ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food and easily finished our drinks while waiting. My Eggs Benedict had good flavor and nicely runny eggs, but the Canadian bacon was way overcooked and rock hard. I could barely cut or chew it. The English muffin was also overcooked and difficult to cut through. The coleslaw was served warm, which gave it a strange texture. The chicken was crispy but under-seasoned, while the waffle was dense and dry. The small side of succotash was the highlight--it was well-seasoned and enjoyable. I was pretty disappointed by the experience, especially considering the price and many good reviews. There are plenty of other places in the area I'd rather try next time.

I'm not the type to start shit with someone who's working, I'm incredibly respectful to those on the clock, but I'm also not going to let someone rag on me. My two friends and I (25 years old each) were at this bar a few years ago, and the experience stuck with me so I'm posting the review now. My one friend was in the bathroom, and another had left a beer bottle on a pool table. Bad guy, for sure we screwed up there, someone came over and told us to move it and we did. So I go to the bar to get a beer, and I hear one of the waitresses calling us stupid and ridiculous for the beer bottle incident. I was like "whoa, actually that's my table and you should be careful when talking about customers... especially if you're right in front of them" and it was a really embarrassing incident. From there, I tell my friend at the pool table what happened and the owner (apparently) who was very drunk, overhears and starts yelling at us for initially having the beer on the pool table. Obviously, at this point, we'd moved past that and were more bothered at the waitress calling us names, so I tried to explain my point and she kept bringing it back to "you all don't pay for it, you have no respect, yada yada" -- and mind you, despite my age, I work in customer service. I excel in conflict mitigation, I was talking her down and she was not having any of it. She threatened to have some strong man beat my ass, she said we have no respect, she didn't hear my point at all and she had a posse of older people who were also blindly backing her up. Frankly, I should've called the cops because I'd never been threatened in my life, I'm not that kind of person. I really tried to bring this conflict to a resolution, and we had like 4 people all screaming at us that night just because I had the gall to tell my friends that the bartenders were talking shit about us. It was an awful experience and I recommend that, to anyone who might accidentally break a rule, really avoid this place. For the record, we still paid our tab and tipped the bartender/waiter (which I've been using both words to describe one person, whoops.) even though that'd ruined the night. We weren't rowdier than anyone else, weren't being loud or disrespectful, but they engaged in a screaming match with us and felt the need to stand their ground WITHOUT HEARING WHAT WE WERE EVEN CONCERNED ABOUT. We weren't arguing to keep the beer on the pool table, we didn't want to be disrespected about it AFTER we'd already corrected the situation, but that (to the owners) was worth SCREAMING AT AND BERATING their own customers over. Absolutely awful experience. Trashy owners 100% ruined it, hope their hubris leads their business to ruin. PS: I've never been called "privileged" and I literally laughed in the context of it. I calmly ask the owner lady, in the middle of screaming at us with her friend, to please calm down so we can explain our side to a rational person. And out of left field she says "you know how PRIVILEGED you sound??" I come from a very poor background. My stepdad was a plumber and my mom was mentally ill and couldn't work. We didn't have money, I grew up around this kind of trashiness and I know how to deal with it, just never dealt with it as the owner of a pub with a chip on their shoulder. It wasn't an "oh we owned the rich kid and now he's complaining on yelp" moment, it was just a hostile drunk woman harassing some younger men having fun at her bar. It was atrocious. We walked away from the situation to try to salvage the night and after a few minutes, laughed about it saying "that was so crazy" and apparently she was still hovering around us, listening, cuz she comes out of nowhere and says "IM NOT CRAZY" -- just to show she's still listening to us. At that point we knew we had to leave. She'd effectively chased us out because we didn't want to be disrespected over a little mistake on our part. Mind you, it wasn't my friend's mistake, not even mine, yet I faced the brunt of her criticism. Owners to a bar should have more decorum, this was just pathetic. I never speak out about these kinds of things, but this was really awful, I woke up today, years after the incident and said "no, people need to know." I'd never been so targeted, so maybe I am privileged, or maybe I just follow the rules and do everything I should and these people are outwardly more irresponsible, getting hammered on the clock and fighting patrons without stopping to hear what they're even upset about, than any business owner should be. The food was good though I mean, just keep your head down and be good for the owners if you're not ordering takeout I guess. Any amount of 'acting out' and they'll seek muscle man on your ass like they did to me.
