Over the years, I have been to BW3 many times. In many different cities. They are always solid in the overall food they make. Are they epic? Not really, but in the time of comfort food, they are a go-to. 1. Boneless wings were perfect 2. Regular wings, as always, just the right mix of spice and flavor 3. Absolute the worst experience I've had in years at this restaurant we go there Friday night there was some kind of party I assume we walks in a lady at counter says you can sit anywhere on the right side me n a party of 7 of us starts to walk towards bar area a guy stops us n says can I help you so I said we was told we may sit anywhere on the right side he huffs n goes oh ok so we continues we sit there for a good 10 to 15 min before anyone comes near our table n the restaurant was not busy we kept thinking we was gonna see ppl walk in to the left for a party , never happened there was a few ppl not more then 5 tables at most had ppl , anyway as we gets up to leave cause the vibe was not cool a waiter comes over n shrugs n says don't guys have menus we so we have nothing so she goes gets us menus we order the queso came out freezing cold the mozzarella sticks also came out cold at that point we just wanted our food yes I could have asked to heat it up but honestly it took our waiter so long to come back to check on us we felt wasn't worth it I ordered chicken quesadillas witch is not on menu but they said could make them I ordered them just cheese n chicken nothing else they came out with tomato's as you see in pics Freind ordered some kind of burger sliders that came out burnt n had as rocks as she said we was all extremely disappointed in start to finish we all said we would never go back food was absolute garbage not with a single dollar n the waiters we encountered was in the was just clearly not happy doing the jobs we will not be retuning to Buffalo Wild Wings it has surely went down hill read more

Regarding the seating, there is a good number of options. It was a "have a seat and a server will come to you", there wasn't many people so it was relatively quiet and the server came by occassionally. The place itself was quite typical or a sport-centered establishment. The food was also pretty good. It was an enjoyable meal. The fries were not too salty and the burger itself had good flavor. The price is typical of what you would typically expect at a chain-restaurant. Overall, I would go again if I was with a group of friends and couldn't find a place to eat. read more

When we came in, we were informed that we "had" to eat in the bar area. We went to the bar area and found a large enough table for the 6 of us. Our waitress seemed to having an extremely difficult time dealing with the amount of work she had. She was extremely rude. We had her before and she was nice and helpful then but this time, was not. She was taking our order and a few of us couldn't hear her and asked her to come to the other side of the table so we could but she just acted like we didn't say anything. We got our drink and food orders in. We were set. Within like 15 minutes, food was brought out for 4 of the 6 of us. Another 15 minutes later, we still hadn't gotten the rest of our food. My husband went to her and asked if she could please check on our food and she said, "I haven't had any time at all to check on your food." Ummmm.. this was crazy to hear. After about 5-10 more minutes, our food was brought out. Needless to say, we were never able to get refills on our drinks or extra items we might need. It was very bad. While the food at BWW has gotten better over the years, the management and staff need to figure out if they're going to invest in making this restaurant better. This BWW is actually pretty good! There is great room for seating, but not TOO much room.The menu is pretty extensive for the most part. I have never had wings that make me want to throw up every time I try them, that is until I have tried this place. I have been to some other buffalo wild wings locations and have had really good experiences with the wings,but the wings here at this location are so chewy/rubbery and I feel as if though they're not crispy at all. The service here feels non-existent with an abandoned ambiance and by that I mean you have no workers at the front desk. So when you are picking up an order you must wait so long until someone finally notices you (even sometimes they notice you and ignore you). It's so sad I wish this was a good b dubs but sadly it isn't  I have had the same experience for years since I moved to Frederick. Order took 10+ minutes longer the expected (not really an issue except restaurant only had 5 tables seated and a few people at the bar). Two of the orders didn't receive fries. Two orders of wings, both were chewy and unappealing, the skin was soft as if they weren't cooked long enough. This BWW in Frederick MD is just like all other BWW as far as setup and their menu. We went on a Sunday afternoon and I was really (pleasantly) surprised by the diversified NFL audience. I fully expected it to be packed with Ravens fans. But there were fans rooting for every game that was being televised! It made the atmosphere really fun! There was only one bartender serving EVERYONE so she was working her butt off - and it took a little longer to order. But she was really good and super nice. I ordered a small (approx 12 count boneless wings which a server will literally tell you) and received under cooked disgusting chicken.
