This is an update of an update - update. In all fairness, when a business heeds the advice or opinion of its customer(s), then credit should be given where credit is due. Yesterday (06/23/15), I ordered 50 carryout wings (25 Asian Zing & 25 Hots) on their Tuesday's wing night ($.60/wing) special. The family really liked the wings and scarfed them down. BWW has definitely improved the quality and size of their chicken wings and is now much tastier then two or so years ago, when I swore off BWW. Well, BWW turned things around in regards to their wings; which are now very good. So much so, that Tuesday may officially become "wing night" at our house/ As for their other dishes, I'll have to check it out and reevaluate. read more

I actually think this might be one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been too as they are really nice. I mean the servers go out of their way nice. Like they meant it. I love their wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and playing trivia. This is my go to sports bar and have never had any issue with any BWW location. I read all the 1 and 2 star reviews and am sorry for everyone who had bad experiences. I was at this location on 8/22/19 and noticed they have changed some things around. They are serving food on cookie trays now, and the menu is basically a clipboard. I don't know if corporate is making changes that are causing the poor customer service or not but the way they were operating before was perfectly fine. I hate when restaurants try to fix something that isn't broke. That being said the wings and burger I ordered we just as delicious as always. read more

Maybe it's because I'm a regular, but the staff has always been attentive and makes sure my order is correct (especially the managers). The food is always hot and I love the quesadillas. Yes, the food is overpriced a bit and they should offer better specials and loyalty deals, but overall, I love going there for the food, atmosphere and Buzztime games. read more

The service provided by our waitress was excellent. She was quick to have drinks for our and quicker to get refills. We came specifically for the boneless wing special. We ordered of wings and fries. I frequently bring my family here on Wednesday nights for the .99 kids meals. All of us can eat and leave full for about $30 and for a family of 5 that is hard to do. I called in an order of wings for carry out on Traditional Tuesday. When I showed up I saw they had a good looking restaurant of decent size, but the positive experience ended there. In spite of walking around the restaurant and powdering my nose, my wings still were not ready when I went to pick them up. They had more than the amount of time that they said they needed. When my wings were brought out the order was screwed up. I pointed this out and the server tried to fix it; it took three tries! And even then, I felt like the wings weren't worth it. By then I had considered walking out. I took them nearly 40 minutes to get my order right and that was 20 minutes after I called. I never did get napkins and silverware as requested, after waiting five minutes I took my order and left. While the restaurant is attractive, it appeared heinously understaffed and while the staff was friendly, they didn't seem to be able to get things right. This was a couple days after after a major holiday, but I still expect better everything. It took them nearly an hour to get a smaller order of wings ready and it was not a game night. Sadly, BWW has become one of my least favorite places to eat. I've always found their sauces are not consistent, their prices are high and service is inconsistent. Never order online from this place on a Sunday. I am at work, I have a very narrow window where I can go get something to eat. I ordered my food to be ready and picked up at 1:00. I arrived at 1:05 and it was not ready. I waited for another 30 minutes to receive my food. By the time I got it it was already cold which tells me it was sitting for a good while before someone actually got it to me. HORRIBLE customer service and I will not be back!! read more

Horrible service, our waiter had a big party at another table so we were taken care of by whoever had time. My burger was less than satisfying the bun was semi frozen and soggy on top. I told a wait staff employee, no one came over until I had eaten half of my burger without the bun. We went there on 3/14, during happy hour, and saw that they had a $4 tall domestic draft special during happy hour. We asked our server if the Due Claw IPA they had was part of the special and he said it was. We finished our first beer and had a second and as the food came out we were informed that the Due Claw IPA was not part of the domestic draft special and were $8 each. So, we felt that this was a bit of a bait and switch and asked to speak with the manager. She came over, we explained that Due Claw was brewed in Hannover, MD and it was a domestic brew that they had on draft. She agreed with us, and said that their happy hour ad on the table was a little misleading, and agreed to give us the price stated on their ad. She also said that they were in the process of simplifying the beer menu to avoid issues like this, but it was still a work in progress. So, all in all, it was a problem solved and the food was good. This has to be the worst BWW I have every walked through the doors. We arrived at about 530PM after a very long drive. There were 2 people in the entire restaurant and no staff to be found. We stood in the front for at least 5 minutes before someone showed up to show us to a seat. (If my wife wasn't set on wings I would have walked out). We were seated and waited at least another 5 minutes before a server showed up. We each ordered a Garden salad (one honey bbq and the other Asian zing). After another long wait, the "food" finally was delivered. Needless to say, this place couldn't even get a salad correct. Mine was supposed to come with no tomatoes and my wife with extra tomatoes. Mine had tomatoes, hers none. To make it even worse her chicken had no sauce of any kind on the chicken. We brought this to the attention of the server (not the one who took our order) who brought the food. She went to find the girl and she was like a deer in the headlights when we explained what was wrong. She shook her head and rolled her eyes, which disgusted me even more. She showed it to the "manager" who asked her, "What's wrong with it?" Really, are you that blind that you can't see the chicken is dry? At that point I told him he can keep his "food" and we are going to someplace who can get a salad correct. Almost didn't go. I called to see if the UFC fights were going to be shown. I was informed by the young lady answering the phone that they didn't show boxing, only cage fights. (This is a sports bar, right?) I told her that the UFC was a cage fight and then was told that she needed to check with the manager. After consulting with the manager, the young lady told me that they were not showing the fight, because it was on pay-per-view. I told her that it was on Fox Sports 1, not PPV. She then asked who was fighting, which I told her. She had to check with the manager again. This time when she came back, I was told they could show them. So despite the phone débâcle, I went to see the fight. This was my first visit to a BWW. Terrible venue to enjoy any sporting events. Yes, there lots of TV's, but no sound to hear commentary, even for games on the big screen. They are playing music over the PA. The food is over-priced for what they serve. The hamburger is a pressed meet frozen patty. Wings are not good at all. Should have just stayed home and cooked for myself. The food would be better quality and much cheaper. As I said, I wanted to watch the fights. The waiter basically chased me out after I had finished eating. The preliminary cards had not even ended. The place was not full, so there was no reason to push me out. However, it was evident the waiter wanted me out of there and no further service would be provided. Oh, and I didn't talk about the bill. The server brought me the wrong one. Mistakes happen, so I just wrote that off. The service was terrible. Out of the two of us it took 15 minutes to get drinks. They forgot our sons order we put in first when they brought everything else. Food was mediocre, and the apologies we not expressed with sincerity or executed in a timely manner. My son took my plate while I sat there upset, and they brought his out after we were done eating - too piping hot for him to eat. They took his meal off the bill. But didn't take mine off. LOUSEY! The only good thing about this space is that it's new and will hopefully be run by somebody other than Sapphire Hill- who obviously wasn't present to manage at 7pm. My boyfriend and I went here for a Valentines Day lunch. I had read the reviews and thought maybe it wasn't as bad as it was portrayed. Well, I should have never stepped foot in the restaurant. First off, it took at least 15 minutes for someone to even come to the table to ask us if we wanted drinks - and I believe it was the manager that came over. We ordered lunch and another 15-20 minutes later, some of our food came out, although my boyfriend had to wait on his french fries because they were cooking up a new batch. The server said it would be a minute and a half, well 10 minutes later, here come the fries. When I received my lunch the fries on my "pan" were old and cold. I asked the server if I could get new fries which she did bring out. The chicken wings I order were the traditional ones, yet 2 of the chicken wings were still covered with feathers and then the sauce on top of them. I didn't eat those because of the feathers that were still on them and they looked as if the were reheated from the night before. We spent a lot of time in there and never did anyone ask us if everything was okay. We had to bring it to their attention. Sadly, we wont be going back. read more

I will NEVER go to this franchise in Frederick, MD again!! We got to the restaurant early enough to finish watching the Alabama game, get a good table for us, a few co-workers and watched the whole 1st half on the big screen. At half time they switched to UFC! We were told we could watch it on the smaller TV. It's not the same as going to a restaurant for the game atmosphere and watching on a big screen. This was a company dinner and $$$ was spent. The general manager, Bill Chapman, told the assistant manager that he can't change the channel on a national college game in the middle of the game. The general manager, Bill Chapman, then came over to our table and said there were people at the bar who wanted to watch UFC. This is not the 1st time they have done something similar to us and this is why we got there early. I have been to this location THREE times and is usually treated HORRIBLY. First off the hosts that's there to seat me at my table is rude and just loves to give dirty looks. When i got to my table and it was on a very slow day the server felica i believe was just horrible, she barley came to check up on us and took forever to bring our food, which shouldn't be happening because we were her ONLY table. I also ordered a drink that should only take 5 mins max to make ended up taking 15 mins to get to me and the person who brought it was another server that was passing by not our own server. I would see felica in the back kitchen just sitting and going to the soda machine to get a drink when she should be doing other things. Obvious kitchen issues as two of us waited 20 minutes for simple lunch orders when restaurant was much less than 50% full and surrounding tables experienced the same. New menus are fairly tough to read (Note to management: Not all guests are 18 years old. Stupid type selection!) and food is so/so. I've had a similar experience at the restaurant 2-3 times in the past and had hoped improvements would be made but it just hasn't happened. Wait staff always pleasant but their tips are impacted by the slow kitchen I'm sure. Restroom cleanliness is OK but my visits have been limited to lunch time. Came here Saturday night with my boyfriend to watch the fight and ordered some food and drinks. Nachos came out and most of the chips had nothing on them. The rest had cold chili on top. Then after ordering our wings, we found a couple of ants on our table. I looked over at the window sill (we were sitting in a booth) and there were at least 20 ants on the crumbs and coming up on our table. We told the waitress and moved immediately. The manager came over for a quick apology but didn't seem too concerned. Thought maybe they would give us a free drink or something off our bill but nothing. It also took them 20 minutes to even clean the table that had the ants. I really like Buffalo Wild Wings but will definitely try another one in the future.
