The service was excellent, and our appetizers arrived quickly. It wasn't crowded, which made for a relaxing dining experience. The bar area had a cheerful, lively atmosphere, and everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. As a bonus, I didn't see any peanut shells on the floor! Overall, this is a great place for a special occasion or simply a nice night out.

Birthday dinner with some family The vibe was right, service was fast & food was delicious! Literally everyone who worked there was smiling & saying hi. That is team work & it makes for a enjoyable environment. Love those buttery biscuits & bloomin onion My grandma & I had the steak skewers, they were just tight medium well and had this perfect taste. Side of mac n cheesy cheese. My Daughter had a 6oz. Serloin with corn & mashed potatoes. They were cooked to her liking. Uncle and Dad both had a steak & protein side. One had shrimp one had ribs. The staff were attentive and soo kind. They brought out s saddle for a fun yeehaw moment lol ice cream for desert. It was such a lovely time together. Thank you for tge experience.

This was my daughter's and my first visit to the Fresno Texas Roadhouse. It's far from where we live, which is probably why we hadn't tried it before, but I had a $50 gift card and decided it was time. When we arrived, there was a huge crowd waiting to be seated. What didn't make much sense was that when I went to the restroom, I noticed the back half of the restaurant was empty, and the bathrooms themselves were a mess. That said, the quoted wait time was accurate--we were told 35-45 minutes and were seated in about 38. The service was great, and the rolls were plentiful--almost filling us up before the appetizers arrived. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. The onion blossom was bland despite asking for it extra crispy, and we ended up switching to the shrimp appetizer instead. My daughter ordered the half slab of ribs with green beans and mashed potatoes. The ribs fell off the bone but were a bit dry, the green beans tasted canned, and the mashed potatoes with gravy were the best part of her meal. I ordered the shrimp platter with seasoned rice, corn, and steak fries. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, but the rice was just okay, the corn was bland, and the fries were late and undercooked. Overall, I really wanted to like this place, but the food quality didn't match the price. I expected fresher ingredients and better seasoning, and I'd rather spend a bit more at a restaurant where I know I'll get consistently fresh food.

Really filling and much more food than it looks like in this pic. Piled high...

The service is good but their 'famous chile' has some issues. #1) It's always lukewarm. I mean every time. You'll NEVER see steam coming off of this and I'm sure it would not pass health code requirements. I was told, 'the bowls' are prefilled and held in a warming drawer. #2) Seems to be a change in the quality: Too much gag stuff now, tendons or whatever! Love the flavor but how does this location think a temp like that is acceptable?? I was hitting the gym and needed something in me so popped in to eat at the bar, get in and out. The men's restroom also reeks of urine. How is that possible in a place like this? Is it lack of thorough cleaning, an exhaust fan issue or both? IF they are not ensuring the temps on the chili in a holding drawer on a signature menu offering, what else are they NOT paying attention to? Given the popularity of this location, often packed, how is it that the restroom is neglected. Other high volume restaurants across the city manage those two simple issues with ease and you'd never have notice a food temp or a smelly restroom. Perhaps a more aware manager with better observational skills and checking standards is in order? -G

Always a big fan of Texas Roadhouse, good food, great service and decent price. We visited at the right time, where we were able to see the staffs doing line dancing, what a lively and cheerful vibe. $5 all day margarita and LIT - such a great deal. complimentary bread and the butter spread - our all time favorite. cactus blossom - great seasoning, very flavorful. 12oz ribeye and half rack ribs, sautéed mushroom - all were great, except the mushroom was a bit salty. Legend margarita $13 - a bit pricey.

My first time here and my husband's. But cousins said it's good here so we had to try it. Called to reserved a party of 7. They sent us a text when the table was ready. The bread rolls tho! Omg they're delicious! Different steaks, fillet, tbone, sirloins, ribs, ribeyes.., chicken, fish to shrimps if you want combos. It comes with 2 sides, so many to choose from, vegetables, seasoned rice, baked potato, chili beans here is so good, mashed potato, fries, green beans, etc.. Prices are not overly expensive, i think it's decent. Definitely coming back.

Lives up to the Texas in the name, the ambiance screams Lone Star State. Service was a 10/10. Host greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, we were promptly seated and our server was friendly and attentive. Food is good as far as steakhouses go, some things could be better (I ordered my steak medium rare, came out medium well), but overall it was a really nice dinner for the both of us. Will be returning in the future.

Driving nearby, I planned to stop and order bread and the much loved honey cinnamon butter at the to go window. Kind service, and I comfortably enjoyed the outdoor western-rustic, brick and wood patio as I awaited the informed wait time, which was spot on. My freshly baked bread was ready with Texas hospitality.

Great service and we were seated quickly (on a Saturday afternoon)! We came with the kids for lunch after a full morning of soccer games and everyone left full and happy. Our Server was prompt and friendly and read our minds on the extra bag of rolls and butter (thank you Tim!)

I mean it's aight. Nothing ground breaking. It's your average steakhouse chain. Came in on a Saturday and it was poppin'! We waited 45 minutes for a table, which is to be expected, and we were set on eating here. Our server was very friendly and food came out in a timely manner. Cactus blossom (aka a blooming onion) was the best thing of the whole meal. The seasoning on it was incredible lololol. I've never had a blooming onion before so it was very surprising how yummy it was. The rest of the meal kinda missed the mark for me. The steak was overcooked, their chili was way too salty, and the baked potato wasn't anything to write home about. Overall, you come here for the vibes. And the bread with cinnamon butter.

Food and service were god awful. I haven't been in months due to the last time being so horrible. I'm currently waiting on my steak to be recook. I arrived at 7pm i have been waiting over an hour and a half still haven't gotten food. Never got the appetizer server " forgot to put in". I finally got the steak and it was completely hard and grey. Waiters don't know how to serve. Cooks can't cook food. It's sad this place finally brought back peanuts and everything else is horrific. Finally got my steak after 20 minutes completely raw and inedible. I'm never coming back here again.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a special evening together. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was prepared perfectly, from the appetizers to the steaks, which were cooked exactly as ordered and packed with flavor. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail truly set this restaurant apart. What made the evening especially memorable was the exceptional service from our waiter, Austin. We have had the pleasure of being served by him on multiple occasions, and he consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience. He is professional, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely cares about his guests. Austin has an incredible ability to anticipate needs without ever being intrusive, making us feel valued and welcomed every time we visit. In an age when great customer service can be hard to find, Austin is a shining example of what hospitality should look like. Combined with the incredible food and elegant atmosphere, he is one of the reasons we keep coming back. 13 Prime continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in the Central Valley. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a date night, or simply looking for an exceptional meal, this place delivers.
