First time at this location and we typically love BWW, but this place makes me question that!! It took over 25 min for anyone to come take our order and another 25 to get the food. This was after having to flag down another member of the staff to get our server. Order was wrong on top of all of that. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until after we were there. DO NOT COME HERE! Save yourself and go to wingstop. The costumer service here is absolutely terrible. No host at the front. Waited 10 mins until I walked up to the bar and talked to the manger - he said no host to seat ourselves. We didn't even have waitress / waiter we ordered everything through a QR (aka I pretty much did all the work) Food came out cold ice cold. Let a food runner know (I'm assuming) because again no waitress or waiters around. And told us to chill out that a rush happened and basically had to deal with it. I hate to post bad reviews but this one takes the cake and I will find it difficult to EVER return or order take out again from this Buffalo Wild Wings store. Tonight what caused this finality was walking into the store with already 10 dirty tables empty upon arrival and it was going to be 20 minutes before we would be able to be seated. I thought maybe they had a shortage of staff and I could wait 20 minutes. There were 4 groups ahead of us. We watched more than 6-8 groups leave, 4 groups get seated and there were 14+ dirty empty tables after waiting for an hour. We thought we'd ask what was taking so long and a person stepped in front of us and asked how much longer. The hostess thinking that he was us told him it would be another 20 minutes. So we left. I really don't care what the reasoning is this time because we have gotten excuse after excuse for the terrible customer service over the years. Even if they had a huge group waiting to be seated, the tables that were empty were scatted throughout the whole restaurant. Wouldn't you think they'd concentrate on closing one side of the dinning room not deny service to those that had been waiting? I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have ordered through Door Dash and the food took forever and we watch the driver come directly to our house and the food was cold when we got it. Once we had ordered from Door Dash and our order on the ticket was correct but wings were not sauced, as well as none of the sides had sauce. Food: Awful. Wings are drowning in sauce. Every table needs a sink to wash hands. Pretzel cheese sauce was disgusting. Service: 3 out of the 4 people in my party got their food and the 4th person didn't get their food until everyone was already finished. So many people are already in agreement with the fact that the customer service at this place is just horrendous. I walked in on Friday to sit at the bar and have a few drinks and the young lady who was bartending (term used loosely here) had a pathetic disposition. Restaurants are in the hospitality industry and this gal was in a huff with a negative attitude and facial expression to match. My bill came to around $45 dollars and I only tipped her $5. I wrote a little note on the merchant receipt about her poor approach to her job. She actually became angry and called me out in front of other patrons; just incredible. I will be calling her boss to see if it is part of company protocol for the waiting staff to become angry at guests who leave tips that they deem to be insufficient. Back in the 90s, themed restaurants like these had clean-cut college kids working at them who knew something about decorum and decency. Now, they just hire these entitled youngsters who do not want to work, yet expect maximum pay. I know the word "retard" is not socially acceptable or WOKE, but it is accurate and truthful to describe this particular bartender as "socially and professionally retarded." This does not mean I have a beef with people with special needs for those overly sensitive folks that are trying to destruct freedom of speech in the greatest country on Earth. I took French in high school, and "retard" in French simply means "to be delayed, not "stupid." I think with a little time and effort that this bartender could be good at her job; in other words, she is not hopeless. I went there with some friends about a week ago. I got a burger which was good, but the fries were cold. I asked the waitress to give me some hot ones and she told me they were hot. She said she pulled it from the kitchen (where it's under a heat lamp) within a few minutes after the order came up. Like, how would she know when the burger vs. the fries were cooked. She was a teenage girl, as were most of the wait staff. I don't doubt that she got the order out promptly , but I'm sure the fries were cooked way before the burger was ready. I asked her two more times after I was almost done with the hamburger and she refused to give me hot fries. What is up with that. I've never been to a restaurant where a server blatantly wouldn't give me fries (which cost hardly anything). I finally had to talk to the manager who replaced the fries immediately. Their staff has to be better trained in customer service for sure. I doubt I'll return anytime soon. read more

Then the food proceeded to take about an hour to come out. And when we asked about an item on the menu, the people didn't know anything about the food and was no help at all. However management needs help, we felt our waiter Nikki was more concerned about the service than the "manager" she "the manager" was short and rude! So back in the day this place used to be an Italian restaurant called Johnny Carino's. Well that place wasn't very good, and so they went out of business. Last time the wife and I were in Gilroy we noticed that BWW had opened up in it's place. The wife likes wings so the next time we were looking for a place to eat lunch on a Saturday she suggested BWW. I wish she hadn't. We walk in and the place is packed at about 2:30pm. We were told the wait would be about 20 minutes and that ended up being a pretty accurate estimate. We get seated and we're already pretty much ready to go because we spent our wait time looking at the menu. I wanted to get the chicken wrap but I wasn't sure what kind of sauce I wanted to put on it. I asked waitress if I could try the Mango Habanero, the regular hot and the Blazin hot sauces so I can decide. I also ordered a salad and asked what kind of dressings they had as the menu only lists ranch and blue cheese. She says they have balsamic vinagrette so I order that. The waitress puts in our order and then comes back and asks what kind of sauce I want on my chicken wrap. I tell her, "Well that's what I'm doing with the sample sauces. Bring me those 3 so I can taste them and then I'll pick one." She comes back about 10 minutes later with my salad and a cup of regular old Italian dressing, (see picture). I flag her down and ask her if this is balsamic or regular Italian. She says it's balsamic. I ask her to double check because that is certainly not Balsamic Vinagrette. About 5 minutes later she comes back with another cup of the same stuff. So I tell her to take the salad back as I didn't want plain Italian dressing. At this point I still haven't received my sample sauces yet. I flag her down again and ask about the sauces. She says, "Oh yeah let me ask my captain." I don't know why it takes a "captain" to bring out a couple of sauces but eventually another guy comes around and brings me the 3 samples I had asked for. I decided to go with the Mango Habanero because the Blazin' was crazy hot. I guess the waitress had waited for this to put in our order because we waited probably another 20 minutes for our food. I had the chicken wrap and the wife had a salad and some wings. We were about 5 minutes from walking out when our food finally showed up. Well the food certainly wasn't worth the wait. My chicken wrap was luke warm and very generic. I could have gotten this thing at any cafeteria. Overall it seems like they're still working out the bugs at this place because everything seemed to be a little off. Service was slow, the waitress seemed very scattered, just an odd experience. Maybe things will get better once the employees have had time to really learn their jobs. Probably the best thing about this place is that it has a TON of TV's. I could see this being a great place to watch a game.............................................. as long as you only order drinks and not food. read more

A few of my friends were coming down to gilroy and they decided we come here for a few drinks and wings. So i decided to give this place a try once again. We waited for about 30 mins which wasn't as bad, because they first told us it'd be an 1hr wait. Once we got seated ( i forgot the servers name) attended us right away. Absolutely horrible location, with poor management. Servers are extremely slow and can be seen just standing around talking while I wait for 5-10 minutes to pick up online orders. They consistently mess up orders and do NOTHING to resolve. There is a consistent problem with them adding beef chili to their queso dip when it is ordered without the chili, which I always purchase for someone that DOESN'T EAT BEEF AS A DIETARY RESTRICTION. I have also been double charged by this restaurant before, and even requesting and being told it would be refunded multiple times, I had to gety credit card company involved to get it resolved. On top of all this, they really have the gall to charge an extra fee for takeout orders to just such horrible, substandard service. I'm sure someone will tell me to fill out a contact us form, which I refuse to do again. I've brought this problem to their attention multiple times but it still keeps happening, absolutely disgusting service. I refuse to give them another chance, I've given them too many as it is. They brought the drinks out incorrectly, we asked for what we were missing. they brought the tab out at 12:01 AM, i went to pay at 12:07, i told Sugey what was incorrect, told me she was going to go to the table and check to see what was wrong and if the drink was slightly drank out of and asked why we didn't tell anyone. For reference getting a server here is close to impossible, they come around every 30 minutes maybe more. i tried to tell her what was wrong and 3 beers were supposed to be on different tabs. She asked what beers, i told her they're on the receipt. I tried to show her and she told me "you used to work here and you're being rude". i worked here 4 years ago and that is irrelevant just because i used to work here doesn't mean i need to accept terrible service and the wrong bill, and tried to tell her from the beginning what was wrong Sugey wasn't listening. She tried to tell me what I was saying was wrong when SHE NEVER TOOK MY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE. I was not going to pay for something that i didn't order, i was explaining to my table what happened and she tried to argue back and fourth with me saying she didn't say that to me, when she did.
