I honestly don't want to do this, but feel that I have no choice. We went for a family dinner to the BWW in Gilroy this evening (the old Johnny Carina's location). To say the least it was not a good evening's experience. To start with, the order was taken incorrectly. It is very loud inside the dining area, as one might expect from a "sports" bar so I suppose the order taker could be forgiven, but... We had to ask for printed menus because not everyone has (or wants to use) an app or a QBR code, particularly if they are children. I ordered brisket tacos, NOT a brisket sandwich (which is $4.50 more). The order taker even repeated it back to me when I requested the choice of sauce for it. So I definitely did NOT order incorrectly. When the food arrived about 30 minutes later my order was completely wrong and another person's order (Buffalitos) was served with fries when it quite clearly states on the menu that it should have been served with chips and salsa (Directly quoted from the menu- "Wraps, tacos and buffalitos served with house-made tortilla chips and salsa"). When we told them that the sandwich was not what was ordered they did re-order the Buffalitos, but when they finally came (with fries again) they looked the same as what we had thought were tacos in the first place. The server then said they would 'comp' the burger but this did not happen. So then after another half hour waiting for the bill to arrive this happened- The total for the food should have been- $7.99+$11.29+$12.79+$13.29+$4.00+$6.49 and the drinks should have been $3+$3+$4+$3.49 for a total of $69.34. But had the incorrect order had been comped as was promised, it would have been $58.05. However they not only didn't 'comp' the incorrect item, but charged us for it in addition to the re-ordered item. The bill came to $85.63 plus tax, plus tip. No itemized bill was ever made available for examination or we would have seen the problem. While it seemed too high even at the time, we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. And then they wanted us to pay via an app or with a debit card. Not a chance... The bottom line is- Eat at the Gilroy location at your own risk. And set aside LOTS of time because you are going to need it. And either pre-order online or WRITE OUT what you want to order. Also, demand to see an itemized bill before you pay (we would not go back again because of this alone). The sad part is that the food tasted great! But will not be going back there ever again no matter what. It is what it is. read more

I recently found myself in a situation where my options for a late-night meal were limited, as everything else in the area had already closed. Luckily, Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) was conveniently located next to the Tesla Supercharging station, so my hunger-stricken teens and I decided to give it a try. Upon entering, we found an average-sized crowd and managed to get seated after a 10-minute wait. It seemed they were short-staffed as there wasn't a host available, and we had to flag someone down to get a table. However, our server, April, was attentive and provided good service despite the restaurant being understaffed at the time. As for the food, we ordered the sampler along with traditional dry rub wings (lemon pepper) and boneless wings (dessert heat). The traditional wings were really good and flavorful, satisfying our craving for delicious wings. However, the boneless wings with the dessert heat sauce were rather underwhelming. They lacked the desired kick and were not as tasty as we had hoped. Considering the time of day and the limited options available, the price and quality of the food, as well as the service, were average. One major plus point was the close proximity of BWW to the Tesla Supercharging station, making it a convenient choice for a quick bite while charging our vehicle. However, I do hope that next time I happen to charge at this location, they improve their speed of service. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings provided a decent experience given the circumstances. It served its purpose as a late-night option, and the food and service were satisfactory. With some improvements in service efficiency, it has the potential to earn a higher rating from me in the future. read more

I was at this place for damn near 40 min and Noone came to ask for our order despite seeing us multiple times without so much as a drink....meanwhile a couple and they're child walked in and got served a round of drinks and orders In immediately even though we had been sitting there for a half hour by then ...idk if it's because we were both brown and young looking that they thought they could ignore use..honestly I feel like I was being discriminated on because 2 employees clear seen us sitting there multiple time once even stopped at the door and glaced over as they appeared to be talking to one another ....we couldn't sit there any longer knowing that we probably weren't going to get a server anyways read more

The service started out good, attentive, great attitude but once she went in break, we weren't told. Another waitress came out to check on us once but as we were trying to order more she walked away and no one came back to our table till our waitress was off break. She did take great care of us but then I ordered the wedge salad and it look almost 45 minutes and two different waitresses stating they told the cook to hurry up. Once I got it, it was legit the bottom half's of a head of lettuce. The part no one wants to eat and the chicken was rubber. Came here expecting the usual speedy service, but instead was greeted with the slowest and subpar service I have ever encountered at a BWW. The all female server crew are basically fraghing their feet. We waited a while for our food on top of that we weren't given utensils or napkins. If the customer has to ask for napkins and utensils rather than being given to them at the time the food comes, there is something wrong. I'm 100% not coming back to this location. read more

I'm not much of a Yelper but the service that was given to me was so spectacular I had to let everyone know ! I had a server named Joshua and he was great! He gave me awesome recommendations and was just spot on with his customer service. He recommend Asian Zing which is now my personal favorite. The chicken could have used more sauce. Victoria was an amazing waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks and food came out quickly and exactly how we ordered. She checked in on us often without being overbearing and kept a great attitude the entire time, even when it was busy. Her customer service really stood out and made our experience enjoyable. We'll definitely ask for her again next time we visit! read more

Honestly I've been there many times and all I can say is that the managers there suck and they're not doing they're job properly from what I've seen.
