Went to this location on September 8th, 2024, to watch the Browns play the Cowboys. It's hard to say what was more disappointing, the Browns performance or the food we were served. This was my wife and my forest trip back to this establishment for well over a year and a half. We ordered the Hatch Nachos as an appetizer. When they arrived, the queso was at room temperature, as well as the tortilla chips. We expressed or concern to the waitress (who, by the way, did a very good job) who took the queso to correct the concern. She returned, and the queso was still cold. No big surprise as we experienced this when we last visited this establishment. We both had burgers as our main entry. While the burgers were at an acceptable temperature, the fries that my wife had with her order, and the onion rings I had with mine, were cold. On top of that, the 7'ish onion rings I received, were fused together in groups of three. What I am trying to say is that we've been to this establishment twice in the past year and a half or 2 and have experienced the same lack of pride in the food we were served. I have been a longtime patron of BW3. Me and my brother would meet up every 2-3 weeks at one in the North Dallas area. Never had a complaint. My wife and I will never go to this BW3's in Hagerstown again. $50 for cold food that apparently those cooking and presenting have no pride in what the serve. read more

Great 1st impression that made a lasting memory! My family and I visited this restaurant because they were hosting a registration for a showcase coming up for basketball college recruiters, etc. While we were there of course we took advantage of the option to purchase things off the menu and graciously we were given 15% off so that made it even better. This place had hundreds of people in there, but we've managed to receive a table person that was able to make us feel like we were the only ones there. His name was Nick and Nick was awesome! To tell the truth, I sat my boys down to order and left. When I came back, they had ordered, received their food and were in great spirits. Nick took good care of my big guys and their food looked awesome. They had Medium, Caribbean Jerk and Honey Barbeque Wings w Fries. The thing that separates this BWW from the rest was the cleanliness of the dining area and bar as well as the bathroom, kindness of staff and efficiency of orders. Not to mention the quality of food was better than what I'm used to receiving at any BWW location. Kudos to management! Great job with hand picking quality staff as well as training. Everyone there appeared to be happy and smiling and looked like they wanted to be there. I hope I'm in the area again soon so that I can partake in another great experience with this establishment the way I did today. Dear BWW, You are not doing any favors when you serve veggies like this. The slow decline of your veggies has been in the making for years. I thought this might be a west coast issue but today I confirmed that this is a company issue. If you cannot figure out how to serve fresh non split and or dry veggies I would suggest you stop offering this with your wings. It makes me wonder if the rest of your menu is hidden with this poor quality items. Do you really think your customers would put this in their mouth? You must not have any respect for your customers. This BWW is like most - with the same menu, setup, and TV layout as all other BWWs. We tend to drive past another BWW to come to this location because of the sports crowd. We've found that the true sports watchers come here and they're actually into the games (as opposed to other locations that tend to be families that couldn't care less what's being shown). We've met some pretty cool people here. The service can be hit or miss, but we've never had any real issues. Management seems to be "on top" of the sports schedules, too, and they tend to get the major games on before anyone has to ask. This will continue to be our go to BWW in this area. read more

Went here just after 9pm Saturday to celebrate my sons 13 th birthday. We had a party of 9 and so we had realistic expectations for speed of service. It took 15 mins+ to get the table set up. We were greeted nicely and got our drinks pretty quickly. That's where the good news ends. We ordered appetizers but got with our meals. The meals took over 30 mins to get our order. It was partially wrong as well. Sent back 3 items, which were replaced. No manager apology even though he was right there watching everything go down. Food quality was decent. Refills were slow but not terrible. Took a long time to get the check, which had an extra burger on it, once done. We finally left at 11:15. Despite so many negative reviews, we decided to give this location a try. Kelly was our server and she nailed it! She was super kind and personable and got our order perfect. Our food came out at different times, but Kelly let us know about this ahead of time. Everything was hot and delicious and just as we had ordered. Even though they were super busy, we never wanted for anything. We'll definitely be back. One note, I saw in another review someone mentioned their sub-par veggies. We didn't even get veggies, and it was never mentioned when we ordered (I feel like we've been asked at other locations - carrots or celery or both?), so I don't think it was an oversight and suspect they've taken the veggie sticks off of the menu until they can get some better produce. I was going to BW3s in the midwest over 20 years ago. They were amazing. The W3 stood for wild wings and weck (a German style roll). You could get good wings, good beef on weck (or chicken) and beer for a great price in a cool atmosphere (each one was different) and play a little trivia. They were great places to eat, drink, talk, listen to music, and hang out. Many felt like neighborhood bars (in the best possible sense). Fast forward to 2013. I was so excited to hear BW3 was coming to central PA. I had missed it for many years. What a pisser of an experience. The music was so loud our ears literally rang when we left. We couldn't talk at all. Even people cheering for the games were drowned out. Our waitress couldn't hear us even when we yelled. She apologized for the loudness, but it never changed. The huge space left absolutely no chance for the fun environment I experienced in many a BW3 in the midwest. The food was horrible. Seriously horrible. My kids and I tried the wings with three difference sauces. The wing skin was flacid and rubbery. The sauces were terrible. The lemon pepper wing seasoning reminded me of lemon scented cleanser. The honey bbq was clunky and the Caribbean Jerk was worse than unforgettable. And, while I talking about food, where the hell is the beef on weck? One other thing, the wings appeared to have been on a diet. They were scrawny. I couldn't believe I just paid about a dollar a piece for 1.5 bites of food. Service was sketchy. It took a long time to get food. It was $2.49 for a small soda. For $1.00 I could have gone to McDonald's down the street. In fact, I could have gotten a similar meal at McDonald's for a price much more in line with the value and flavor. In fact, I'd say Chicken Selects, Fries, and a soda at McD's would have been better. First, we walked in and I said I have 10 people in my group. I noticed a bunch of empty tables that could be pushed together but they had to ask the manager. First mistake, they told me it would be a few minutes because they were waiting for some people to leave. After 15 to 20 minutes go by they started putting the tables together that were empty when we arrived. Second mistake. When they started to bring the food out, they put the receipt on top of the food. Like where do they do this at? Never in my life have I ever seen this happen nor is it sanitary to do such a thing. Third mistake. But then to hear that this didn't happen to others who have been to this location makes me think it was because I was black. I hate to pull this card but this is unacceptable. I made sure they removed those receipts from our food before bringing the rest out. Fourth mistake. Now, they are trying to use a new system that doesn't work but then doesn't want to use the normal way of paying for your food until you ask them to bring out the receipts so we can get the hell out of this place. Tonight my best friend and I went to the bdubs in Hagerstown MD and from the moment we enter the door we were treated so kindly. The young gentlemen who greeted us was extremely professional and when we decided we wanted to just sit at the bar, he was so nice! The bartender, Tessa, was absolutely incredible. Constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the nicest workers I have ever encounter at any restaurant. We had a table of 10, food came out at different times, with staff that didn't know who got what? Had staff bringing food orders throughout our stay that we didn't order, all while waiting for our orders. My boneless wings were HORRIBLE, McDonalds has better chicken nuggets. The sauce was dried on wings, ordered mild got spicy?? Do they know the difference? My unsweetened ice tea, tasted like it was the unused remnants from days gone bye, murky in color with strong after taste! Never received the shrimp Po-Boy, probably did me a favor.
