Sat down pretty fast and our waitress came over pretty quickly. Took our drink and food order and was off to grab our drinks. Our drinks and appetizer came out pretty fast. I'd say about 5 minutes or so. About 7 minutes after that my order of food came out (chicken quesadilla appetizer as a meal) this is where it went down hill. Tried to be a good husband and wait for my wife's food to come out before I ate but after about 7 minutes of no food for her and mine starting to get cold, she told me to go ahead and eat. I looked at the time after I finished and she still had no food, at this point it had been about 12 minutes after my food already came out. I started a timer on my phone to keep track of how much more time would pass. The waitress btw had been no where in sight this entire time. My wife had no food, was out of her drink and is getting so bored that she is playing with a straw wrapper to keep busy. The waitress at about 13.30 minutes came over and informed us that our food went to another table and they started eating her food but that her food would be up shortly. At 15.00 minutes after my food came out my wife's food finally arrived. I usually wouldn't complain but it pissed me off when the waitress couldn't tell us right away about the mistake. both my wife and myself watched these people walk in and sit down and almost immediately receive food just 2 minutes after sitting down. The waitress could have told us about the mistake up front and there would have been more of an understanding! read more

I'm a sucker for commercials. Good beer selection (they pretty much have every major beer on tap here, not too many specialty beers to choose from though...). We had the Chili Con Queso Dip to start. I wasn't wowed... They have 14 wing sauces to choose from which can be overwhelming, but you figure they're pretty passionate about their wings. I ordered the Caribbean Jerk since that's what the "veteran" ordered. When I say veteran, I mean a guy who's come here years and years and years and swears by this sauce. He says he buys bottles and takes it home to put it on eggs, pizza, anything... I was pretty excited. Disappointed, again. The wings were tiny. Sauce was good (not great, but good). Good balance of sweet and tangy with a little bit of kick to tie it all up, but it's not like I wanted to clean the basket with my tongue or anything.... This place has become something of a tradition for a post-skiing trip. On our way back from one of the sister mountains (whitetail, liberty, snowshoe) we stop by this spot every time and it's always a great time. The wings are fabulous. I usually get medium wings (15ct) and get 3 flavors (wild, honey BBQ, and a mystery flavor cuz I'm mysterious). B Dubz lets you choose a flavor for every 5 wings which is great because diversity. Also there is a sauce for every 5 wings which is great because I lol sauce. The beer on tap is plentiful. What I like most about this specific B Dub is the staff. They're always attentive and after the third time, they remember you and (if you tip well - 20% at least, y'all) they'll slip in a few extra wings or give you a free drink. The only downfall is the quality of wings. There have been a few occasions when the sauce on the wings has been dry and I could tell those wings were not fresh from the sauce pan but were sitting under a heat lamp. Although it doesn't affect the flavor it definitely doesn't look as appetizing. This happened once but it left a lasting impression so I have to take a star off. However, the great staff, atmosphere, and my religious visit after shredding the mountain for hours won't stop me from coming to this spot again and again. read more

Yum!!!!!! I mean seriously. They have the most flavorful and varied options for wings. Both for the daring and the meek. We tried the queso and chips appetizer, the jumbo pretzel and the cheese curbs. They all got gobbled down quickly. We had a large order or Garlic Pam, Large Order of Teriyaki and snack orders of Caribbean jerk and lemon pepper. Everyone enjoyed their treats and will def be back in the future. We went there on Thursday Nov. 7Th to watch NFL game. It was freezing cold, many diners bundled up while eating. Tge hamburger I got was horrible. No flavor, just a slice of processed half-cooked chesse semi melted on top. Had I not been a DD, I wouldve left within 10 min of getting there. The only highlighwas the waiters. Hussan was excellent. Ordered through Doordash, however when the order arrived it was short an entire meal. Three adults, two meals. Doordash immediately issued a credit for the missing meal, however that didn't help that we were short a meal. I called BWW and requested to speak to a manager, I explained the situation - it took about 10 minutes for him to find the order. He asked if I wanted to come pick up the missing meal, I of course said no that is the whole purpose of using Doordash. Basically that was all he had to offer so we had to share our meals. I came here (BWW) for the first time last night and I was impressed. I ordered the Grilled Chicken wrap with Thai Curry and if my mouth could have a boner, it would have! It was delicious! I won't blame my hunger for my tastebuds being amazed but simply because, it was! Came in with a group of about 40, a short phone call 20min before arival sorted everything out. We got seated as soon as we walked and our food came out relativly quick for the group size that we had. Drinks kepted on coming and so did the food. Big mistake - we tried hard to find a redeeming quality, but there just wasn't one. Poor service, terrible wings (don't think I've ever tried any that were as horrid as these - the boneless wings are total crap) and general unpleasant atmosphere. So here's the deal - if you find yourself stuck in Hagerstown and crave the corporate feel of a chain restaurant, do yourself a favor and go to the Outback. Buffalo wing pizza is no longer on menu but Allie who was bartending the night of Wednesday, September 14, had it made special for me. I also asked if she could put on the last 10 minutes of America's Got Talent Finale and she so graciously did! I didn't have to ask for extra limes for my drink, she brought it with two slices! We also ordered crispy boneless wings with hot buffalo sauce, but they were a little too crispy and way too hot for our taste buds. Beers were priced fairly for larger glass. We pass through Hagerstown approximately twice a year and stay at the Ramada located in the same complex. We enjoy walking over to Buffalo Wild Wings when we are there as we like the atmosphere and don't have to worry bout drinking and driving. A special high five to Allie our bartender. Just awful! Passing thru, we felt it would be a safe choice. Having never been to a BWW, I am sorry I broke my streak. Crudités platter had old vegetables--brown shriveled carrots, listless celery, peppers, cakes. And the promised tzatziki was in fact commercial ranch dressing. Burgers are overdone--menu notes they will be cooked medium-well. Must be afraid that their beef is not safe otherwise. Fries were at least hot, if not flavorful. "Great craft beer selection" is ok if you still think Sam Adams and Blue Moon are representative of the thriving craft beer industry. Never before, and never again. read more

Which is odd because I was early to pick it up and I had to wait for them to put it together. The mini corn dogs are disgusting. They were over cooked. Not one person like it and we are five people. We stopped here for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated as soon as we walked in but getting service was another story. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes (at 15 we were going to leave) with a 3 year old while wait staff walked by us but did not acknowledge us; the place was not busy at all. We finally got someone to take our drink order but she made it very clear that she was not our waitress. We ordered drinks and I presented my valid WV drivers license where the waitress told me that a manager had to approve my ID before I could be served so that caused us to wait even longer. We got our drinks and ordered our food with out a problem and our food was brought out in a timely manner. We could not get a refill for us or our son to save our lives though. The wait staff here was not very interested in waiting on our table. I love BWW but we will not be back to this one. read more

The BWW in Hagerstown sucks! They ALWAYS mess up my to-go order! This is the third time in a row, and will be my last! One of those times they didn't give me what I ordered. So, I paid for a meal that didn't even contain my food items! The second time they gave me some other appetizer that wasn't the one I picked. So, I called and spoke to the manager who took my address and said he would send me a voucher. Well I never got the voucher.... The prices.......The PRICES!!!! Being that chicken is the cheapest type of meat that you can buy BWW's prices are outrageous. Just for myself, 10 wings, slaw, and fries, it cost me $26 before tip. One of my sides was forgotten twice, and the person that I ate with didn't get ice for his "iced tea".. Can't have iced tea without ICE!! My friends love this place, not sure why. It really bothers me all the disposable plates and dishes brought with the meal. The prices are very high, and the food is issued like its low rate fast food. The food is ok, average fare. The service can at times be the worst i've ever had in hagerstown. If you go prepare to wait (I'm not sure why its all fried food)maybe thats the plan so you will order more from the bar. Several times its taken this place over an Hour to get the food to the table. One time when I had brought my boss to this place (its practically the only thing open in the area after 10PM we were working late) they took the longest time I've ever endured at any restaurant in my life to get my food I think it was close to 2 1/2 hours, the manager even came by and comped my boss's meal. I am usually very patient with waiters and I normally don't complain about restaurants. However, this is my second trip to this chain and I am very disappointed with them. I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my daughter. First it came out with pickles on it. Second it came back with mayo and mustard. If you write down the order how hard is it to follow a customer's request. Then I get my second class of sweet tea and it is not sweet. Finally, I get the response that they have run out of sugar on a Friday night. I think I will seek out another place to get wings. read more

Have gone to this restaurant twice; The first time my hubby and I were hanging with friends and the food was good and the knock out punch was awesome! The second night we went was last night 2/15/17 and it was horrible. My hubby and I had just gotten off work and stopped on our way home to get something to eat and fast food i.e. McDonald's and all that I was tired of so we stopped at BWWS usually I have no problems getting a drink and having good service but last night was horrible. First I have a pa license which is vertical because I got it before I was 21 I am 22 now soon to be 23 last night I go to order a drink like before and they asked for I.d. Which wasn't a problem had my DL, the waitress was pissy and like we can't accept vertical cards. Now mind you I had the same license the other night and had no problems. Plus my license is pa and we are not required to get the change until renewal. So I was like fine whatever. So from there I order an app for the three of us and they brought the app I wanted then extra which I didn't want and the food was cold. Waitress already acting rude I told her I only wanted the house sampler not the extras so she took the food away and gave me a dirty look and came back took the dinner order at this point I was disgusted with the way she was treating us so I didn't order anything but the hubby and friend ordered there food and when it came out by a different waitress it was nice and hot and good! So with this place it's a 50/50 shot if you will get good service or not. The only reason I'm giving two stars was because the first night was awesome and the second night is what killed it! This was the first BWW I ever visited a cool 4 years ago. I recently stopped in on our way down to Virginia. It's beginning to show it's age a bit - the decor is a little dated and it could use new carpeting. Our server was very friendly and pointed out the lunch specials, which was helpful. Our fried pickles were very good (I mean, they really always are). My grilled chicken wrap was a little heavy on the lettuce, but was well prepared. Wings are tasty and very fresh. I am in Hagerstown for business and staying at the Home Suite Inn and decided to go to BWW last night for dinner. Worst service I have had at any BWW. I ordered a small lemon pepper wings and potato wedges to go. Well I didn't get my food for almost 40 minutes (and it wasn't packed inside ) and when I got it every thing was cold so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my order. When I got back to my room and was able to finally eat I found the wings to be less than appetizing I only ate 3. Total waste of my money. The potato wedges were good though. Oh and the manager only came by and half way apologized about the matter. Needless to say I won't be going to back. read more

We placed our order at approximately 8:30pm on a Sunday evening and even though the place was relatively empty we waited over 40 minutes for two small orders of boneless wings, fries and an order of chips and salsa. The sad part was people who came in after us were seated, ordered and received their food before we did. Unfortunately this wasn't our first experience like this at this location.
