We came here because we didn't get the Steelers game at our camper. It's about a 25 minute drive from Gettysburg and located in a major shopping center area. We were told it would be a 20 minute which was fine. When we were seated the service was fast and friendly (I had the nascar race on my phone and our server kept checking in on that). The food was just basic BWW grub. Their is honestly no highs or lows from this establishment, it's just an average BWW. It is a little smaller than most if your planning to go see a game.

Female servers wearing their masks improperly.

I used to be a big fan of BWW, and this location in particular. This visit was sub-par at best. The female staff members did not seem to be taking the mask-wearing seriously at all, and were either wearing them below their nose or below their chin. What's the point? The male staffers did seem to be doing a better job wearing them properly. My meal was meh. I ordered the naked tenders with the Nashville Hot sauce. The tenders were so over seasoned and salty that they were hard to even eat, and I did not finish. I ordered blue cheese dressing and $.60 for a very small container of blue cheese is ridiculous! I ordered another one so I actually wasted $1.20 on a measly amount of dressing. Nothing was better than okay, including the service.

    Barely there wing

I've come here several times. Service is usually ok. I ordered delivery tonight and when you are paying more than a dollar for a wing you expect a little more. I totally get that there's a wing shortage but sometimes you just have to say hey. We don't have wings. Each wing I got was smaller than my pinky finger. And I admit I have small hands. Haha. I Seriously have never seen anything like it. There was hardly any meat. I'm not usually critical but this is a little crazy. Maybe they switched over to B doves?

The Hanover location hasn't been open for to long. If there is a wait you usually don't wait long, maybe 10-15 minutes. The menu is basic, appetizers, salads, and burgers. I always order the same thing each time I go. I get the blacken grilled chicken salad. The salad is usually fresh and the chicken is flavorful. You can also have the chicken tossed in one of there signature sauces if you prefer. The drinks are just alright. Nothing to really brag about. The service each time I've been has been pleasant. If you are looking for a place that most likely won't be crowded even on a Friday or Saturday night then Buffalo Wild Wings is your place.

Plenty of tv s on the deck. Manager super accomdating to get us channel a sound we wanted

Had a great experience. Staff was really accommodating... switched the tv's around to make sure we got the game and audio right in front of our table. The manager and GM each came around to tables to make sure everything was going well.. really provided exceptional service and attention. Food was good and beer was good. Might have been my taste buds but the wing sauces seemed a little hotter than before but they are wings. Overall great experience and value

Wings were great. Other food was sub-par. Our server, Fran, wore her face-mask as a chin-guard and knew nothing about the menu.

Our waitress was sweet as can be, our food was served hot and fast, and the captain that came over to offer all kinds of samples and freebies was knowledgeable and funny.

Wife, daughter and myself first had three games in the alley, which went by at good time for three games. But the real treat was when some of the customers exited this little eatery as we bowled, we couldn't help but smell the food being served just behind us on the furthest end of the alleys. When we came inside, Michelle had greeted us pleasantly, and asked if I needed a chair moved as I was in a wheelchair, but the tables were perfect height and had no trouble at all getting a place to eat. ^^ A few other people were dotted around different seats as multiple TVs played various sports, as we started looking on the menus of what was making our mouths water. My daughter ordered the Nashville Hot Shrimp, Wife had the chilli, and decided to get a small speciality pizza, Ham with fig sauce ... ?... I decided to get a bowl of the creame of crab soup and sweet tea. Food took a small while to make, but when it came out, it was AMAZING. The soup was in a wide styled bowl with crackers, and no lie. It was perfect. Then my wife had started on her chilli, and she said it was exactly how her mom used to make it from North Carolina, it was THAT Good. Daughter had started on her hot shrimp and was happily bouncing in her seat as she loved the heat and the taste. Then when me and wife got done with the bowls of OMG Goodness, then she offered me a piece of her pizza, and I tell you, I NEVER Had such an outstanding combination on a pizza before as I had here. It was a white flat bread pizza, and the ham was perfect with crisp edges, but the best part was the sweet fig sauce. It was perfectly balanced with the salty meat and the sweet drizzled sauce on top. Michelle came by and asked how we were doing, and she just smiled as we told her how good the food was. She had let us know the menu was changing, and thanked us for letting her know what we liked, hopefully they will keep our choices on those menus, as they will be choices we will definitely order again, the next time we head there for bowling. So please, when you get food there at Alley Oops, tell Michelle how good your choices they are, and see when they change the menu, they keep the choices on. I couldn't recommend this food eatery place highly enough, as seeing how excellent the food is, and Michelle's pleasant personality made the day for us. We WILL be back again... ^^ Cheers and God Bless... Deaf Gryphon ^^

The hot Italian had just the right kick, the steak & cheese was hearty and satisfying, and the kids meal didn't feel like an afterthought (always a win). The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting--definitely worth adding on. Stereotypical decor and menu, Grains and Grog stood painfully empty on a Saturday afternoon playing music nostalgic to anyone who graduated high school before 2010. I ordered a Manhattan. Hallway through, looking down at the bottom of the glass, I saw two tiny flies floating at the bottom. As disgusted as one can reasonably be, I asked for another one to be made (why I bothered, I can't say. Maybe it was because I had already drank half). I found another small fly in the second before the server left the table. Another fly in the third as well. We didn't finish our meals for obvious reasons. They brought us the check, discounted the manhattans and 50% the check, though I didn't feel I should have paid anything. After paying the check, they said it was a mistake. They brought us the wrong one and would void the sale. The "correct" check they brought us was the full meal sans the 3 botched manhattans. We won't be going back

I ordered a dozen, split between Old Bay dry rub and Mango Habanero, served with bleu cheese and celery. First, the positives: The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the restrooms were spotless -- always a good sign. Now, the food: The wings were... just okay. * The Old Bay dry rub barely had any Old Bay flavor -- a disappointing 4/10. * The Mango Habanero had more promise, but the flavor lacked complexity -- I'd give them a 6/10. Then came the celery -- take a look at it. Who thought that plating was acceptable? A 2/10. The bleu cheese dressing didn't help much either. It lacked the rich, creamy, chunky texture you'd expect. Another 4/10. That said, the menu is quite extensive, and some of the other dishes I saw coming out of the kitchen looked genuinely appealing. I'd be open to returning -- just not for the wings.
