Service was great! Food came out quickly. Drink were refilled without being asked. We even mentioned that the French Fry amount seemed small on their new tray plates. The server went back and got us another helping of fries to share. That was pretty cool. Plates were cleared from the table as they emptied, which is nice not to have piles when you're trying to enjoy your company. It's the little things, and all of them were nailed at this location. From the awful service from our waitress with a horrible attitude (Brittany) to the service manager who did absolutely nothing about it. Please tell me why it takes over 20 minutes and having to ask 2 different people to get us beers we ordered when you have service staff just standing around. And when we ask or complain our server makes it very obvious she's talking about us to the other servers in the corner. It's been probably 5 years since I've had Buffalo Wild Wings, and after tonight, it'll probably another 5 years. I've enjoyed their food but I've always thought it was overpriced for what it was. Tonight we planned on sushi but the place was closed, so we ordered this online and scheduled a pickup time. We ordered it around 6:10pm and was only able to pick the 6:40pm pickup time. From the temperature of the food, I think that it was ready way before the 6:40pm time. We ordered a small boneless buffalo wing order, with mango habanero, an order of wedges with cheddar and chipotle bbq seasoning, an order of mini corndogs, and a buffalo ranch wrap. The small boneless comes with 12 boneless wings. We got the order home, about 5 minutes from the location and the fries that come with the wrap were cold. Fair warning, don't microwave the boxes that the food comes in because it's got a metal thing in the bottom of it, my guess is to try to keep the food warm. The fries weren't just cold, but didn't taste fresh at all and soggy. The boneless wings were okay, the wedges weren't hot, more room temperature. The corndogs seemed to be the only thing at the correct temperature but we didn't get the bourbon mustard sauce that is supposed to come with it. The wrap was bland and seemed like it was missing the buffalo sauce. The tomatoes on it had not flavor. I think that the food was made when the order was placed and the pickup time wasn't taken into account. If you order online, stop by earlier than the stated time. I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of leaving this review. This place smelled like they wiped the tables with dirty mop water. The food came out at least 30 minutes after ordering and the plates arrived 10 minutes apart. I understand being understaffed but this was a wild experience. Rough crowd in parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. During football season, expect a full lot. We had a party of 16. The wait wasn't too bad, but we had to split our party into 3 tables. They were next to each other (2 booths and a round table). Food took a while, but when wings are prepared, you hope they're cooked to order and not raw. All orders were correct. Soda station was nearby, so our server, Chris, was super attentive in getting them filled. Chris, server, did really well with separate checks and big party too. We have been to many different locations but Saturday night was the WORST experience we have ever had from B-Dubs. We arrived around 11pm and did not receive our food until around 12:30. I would have understood if they were busy but the lobby only had about 3 tables in use and customers who arrived after us received their food quickly. I was in town on Sunday Oct. 1st, 2023, visiting friends. As I play on five Fantasy Nascar Leagues and Run one, I needed a place to watch the race and enjoy a few cold beers and have lunch. I looked up the nearest Buffalo wild Wings and the Hermitage Tn location was nearby. The race was scheduled to start at 1pm, I arrived at 1pm. I sat at the bar and the barmaid came over and I ordered a draft. When she brought the beer, I asked her if one of the tv's could be tuned in to the race? She told me with a nasty sneer " I really doubt it"! I asked why not? This is a sports bar, right? And, she said (with a snotty tone) she would ask the manager as she has no control over the tv's. So, I just sat there drinking my beer and watching her do anything but asking the manager about my request. I finished my beer, asked for my bill, payed and left. I can see why this place is rated 3 stars. First I called and was put on hold 3 separate times and hung up on. Then I tried to call back the 4th and a 5th time and no one would ever answer the phone. So I decide to go in because maybe it was just slammed. Nope. Just pure laziness. The phone was ringing when I walked in and just kept ringing. In 7 years I've only left one negative review. Came here on a football Sunday and the place was packed! The hostess was very accommodating and got a spot by a tv where we could watch the team we wanted to see. It took them sometime to figure out which tv it was and how to change the channel but they did eventually do it. They staff was super nice and even offered us drinks as we waited for a tv. Although our server was very friendly, she seemed just a little behind on all of her tables. The food: I ordered a dozen of the Wild wings, I was expecting some watered down version of buffalo sauce, but I was caught off the guard by the flavor and the heat, good stuff. The buffalo chips came as a nice surprise, crispy on the outside and perfectly moist inside. The bad: $6.45 for a large of pint of Stella, way too high. I wouldn't have minded the price so much if the beer tasted decent, but the beer was flat, and clearly they don't do a good job of keep their keg lines clean.
