We enjoyed the restaurant. We ordered a bacon burger, and two serloin steaks. The waitress was super friendly. There was plenty of parking, and the restaurant was clean.

Visited with a party of 8. Customer service from start to finish was great! Our waitress was fantastic! Several of us ordered steaks. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The sizes and portions are large. We were asked what sides do we want, as if they are included, but discovered at checkout that we were charged for each side Ala carte. That's my only knock on our visit. After tax and tip we paid $300. The food and service were good enough to return. We will be back but more mindful on our sides.

Dined here over the weekend with my mother in law & husband. We were able to find a sit easy on a Saturday afternoon. I really enjoyed my Strawberry Shortcake. I enjoyed it so much we ordered 2 more. One for my husband and one for my mother in law. Service was fast and the space started to fill up once we were headed out. Quick & consistent food.

Dad, his girlfriend, and I went Longhorn Steakhouse for Christmas Eve dinner after Mass and it was a nice experience. When we arrived, it was busy. The hostess told us it would be a 20 minute wait and we were Ok with the time. Dad went to the bathroom and noticed a bunch of empty tables in the dining room that had not been bust yet, so the restaurant was short staffed for the holidays. We figured they allowed people to take off for the holidays. The bar area was also empty and had empty tables, so we told the hostess we would sit in the bar area as well if it was available. Luckily, within 20 minutes, a booth was available at the bar and the hostess sat us in the booth. The ambiance was Texas themed with portraits of cowboys and Indians, and western decor all around the restaurant. It had been a long time since I had been to a Longhorn Steakhouse, so I recalled the Western theme and the nice decor and pictures all around the restaurant. It definitely brought character to the restaurant which is why Longhorn Steakhouse is such a great place for lunch or dinner. Our waitress arrived and she was very enthusiastic and had a huge smile on our face when she took our order. She brought our drinks right away which were two glasses of Trinity Oaks Pinot Noir. Dad ordered a half rack of ribs with sweet potato and a Caesar salad. I ordered the Longhorn Salmon with sweet potato and a mixed greens salad with white Balsamic Vinaigrette. My dad's girlfriend just ordered the loaded baked potato soup. We all enjoyed our meals very much. My salmon was a good size portion and cooked to perfection. The sweet potato was wonderful and cooked just right with the cinnamon sugar topping and butter. It had a very nice texture as well. Dad loved his ribs and his girlfriend enjoyed the loaded baked potato soup. The salads were very fresh as well and tasted delicious. Our waitress demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the meal and checked on us on a few occasions. For a Christmas Eve dinner, Longhorn Steakhouse met the expectations for me and my Dad. We were very pleased with the food and service. The restaurant was busy and packed, and it was nice to see the manager buss tables and help clean up the restaurant to allow people to be seated in a timely manner. This shows teamwork among the staff and leadership to make the restaurant successful. Longhorn Steakhouse is a great place for a steak and a meal with family or friends. It will be around for a long time.

I love Longhorn. Meat is tender and very delicious, as well as the other sides. Can't talk enough about the bread, delicious! Service was quick and very good!

We started off with a round of drinks, I had wine and my husband had the Mexican Herbalist (delicious). For dinner, we had the special of the day (steak frites) and the short rib. Both were good. The steak was cooked as ordered medium), but didn't hold heat well, as it was a little cool when it arrived. We ended the night with the Apple Gallete, and it was good. Plenty of tables and making a reservation was easy and they were accommodating. I had called in advance to make the reservation for a birthday dinner and we had a little happy birthday sign on the table as soon as got there which was a cute gesture. The menu has a bunch of different things which I really liked. And a few cocktails and mocktail options. We got a few drinks; the Apple Jack, the Mexican herbalist, cinder & citrus, and a few basic drinks. They were pretty good. For apps, we got the fried mozzarella and the ahi tuna wontons and they were both SO good. For mains, we got the lamb shank, the chicken francese (which was the best one) and the beef medallions, which was a little sweet but was fine. For dessert, we got a few. The best was the apple galette, but the Oreo cheesecake was pretty good too. Ashley was our server and she was alright. We asked for bread and she hesitated to get us some. She told us that there might not be any left but she'll check. She ended up getting us some and informed us that that was the last of all the bread at the restaurant. It was only 8 pm but it was alright, it was enough bread, I guess. Once we got drinks, we asked for some extra lime. She got us some, and once again, informed us that that was the last of the lime in the entire restaurant. Odd commentaries that were unnecessary and seemed like a fib. Every drink came with a lime, and some dishes needed lime. Didn't seem like it was even possible to be out of limes. The commentary was unnecessary and seemed like she didn't want to serve us. Even if some of the comments were true, it was unnecessary and made it Seem like the restaurant did not have enough ingredients which isn't a good look. Towards the end she was polite and more accommodating. Food was good and the vibes were nice, the service could've been better.

We were told…read morethe wait would be about 15 minutes, but we were pleasantly surprised to be seated in about 5 to 7 minutes. Our server greeted us right away, introduced herself, took our drink orders, and everything seemed like it was off to a good start. After we placed our order, things started to change. I understand the restaurant was busy, so I wasn't too concerned about how long it took for the food to come out. My biggest issue was that our server kept disappearing for long periods of time. Whenever we needed drink refills or had a question, we found ourselves looking around trying to find her. I could see other servers checking on their tables, but ours was rarely around. When I did see her, she was usually at the server station talking with coworkers. She spent a lot of time laughing, chatting, hugging people, and high-fiving while we were sitting there waiting. It just felt like socializing was getting more attention than the guests. Another small thing was that we weren't given appetizer plates. It wasn't a huge deal, so we just grabbed some from an empty table nearby instead of asking for them. Little things like that started to add up. Toward the end of our meal, her attitude seemed to change. She came across as irritated, and the friendly attitude she had at the beginning was gone. We asked for some rolls to take home, and when she brought them back, the box had two regular-sized rolls and two tiny little rolls with only one butter. The rolls were just tossed into the container upside down, and it honestly looked like no care had been put into it. Our bill was about $83. I normally tip around 20%, but based on the service, I couldn't justify leaving that much. I debated leaving even less, but I still left a $10 tip because I know serving isn't an easy job. I've always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse, so this experience was disappointing. Maybe it was just an off night, but based on how our visit went, I don't think we'll be returning to this location.

We stopped by on a Sunday morning and the place was buzzing--I'm guessing many diners were coming from church. Thankfully we made a reservation because every table seemed to fill up quickly. To kick things off, we each ordered a refreshing Lone Rider wheat beer along with two appetizers. The Shoestring Okra Fries were a fun twist on a Southern classic--crispy, lightly seasoned with chili citrus seasoning, and even better dipped in the tangy lime mayo. We also shared the Artichoke Dip, which arrived bubbling hot, creamy, and perfect for spreading on the toasted bread. For brunch, we went with two very different dishes, and both were excellent. The Asparagus & Mushroom Omelet was fluffy and packed with flavor from the goat cheese and pickled onions, while the buttery biscuit with jam on the side was a nice Southern touch. The Fried Green Tomato & Bacon Benedict was the standout of the meal. Crispy fried green tomatoes, perfectly poached eggs, smoky bacon, and rich hollandaise came together beautifully without feeling overly heavy. We couldn't leave without one more treat. The Strawberry Kiwi Margarita was bright, fruity, and balanced with just enough tequila and a zesty spiced citrus rim to keep it refreshing. To finish, we shared an Affogato, the perfect ending with creamy ice cream and a shot of hot espresso. If you're planning a Sunday brunch in Cary, make a reservation--you'll be glad you did. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
