Great service! I ordered a cocktail and she ID'ed me... We were with friends and watching the game and AFTER 2 hours she remembered name! Erica was VERY nice and personable and sweet. Erica was a GREAT server. I felt compelled to tell her manager and to write this review, this is how wonderful she was! We will definitely be back to see her!! This place sucks. We came in at 2PM for a quick bite of two boneless snack orders. Our waitress was kind of in a mood and got my drink order wrong, but I didn't say anything. Let me just break it down for you: it's 4PM now, we waited at least half an hour to get the check, and when my boyfriend said, "Hold on, I'll just give this back to you now," our waitress promptly walked away. It's been 20 minutes since. We don't have any cash. We literally ordered two boneless snack size wings, it's not busy at all, and we've been here for two hours. The food wasn't even good. My boyfriend even sat without a drink for the entirety of the meal. Every time we'd wave over our moody waitress, she'd literally make eye contact with us and continue to ignore our table. Service is real slow. Barely have servers and the little they do have they love like turtles. We sat at the table and weren't brought napkins. Had small children so it was a bit unpleasant having to wait so long just to get simple things like napkins or switch the child's cup of apple juice because they packed it with a lot of ice. I enjoy BW3 but not at this location. The service here horrible. Had to wait 10 minutes to be noticed to be seated. Any ways you would think that eating wings the waitress would be mindful about providing napkins. I had to use the napkin that came with my beer to wipe my hands. We also had to wait 30 minutes for a burger it wasnt even busy. Water was never refilled. I probably wouldn't have mind because I do understand working in the industry can be hectic BUT it was not busy at all. Literally the worst experience ever. A trainee was working our table who ended up being pulled aside for paperwork by Chris (a manager I'm assuming because of his red shirt) and no one ever came back to us after our drink order. I asked Chris if someone was going to come take our order (we had been waiting 20 minutes already) and he says yes but no one ever came... so I had to walk up to the to go station and ask again for someone to come take our order.... finally we got our order taken but we ordered 3 flavors one came out so dry with no sauce it took ages to get that fixed as well. This location and many others are ALWAYS a hit or miss! I can never expect too much from any BWW but I visit this location every now and then. I only choose to continue going here because they close late even during the weekdays. Their margaritas on the rocks are super delicious every time. Like many other Houstonians we head out to wings on Tuesday for their famous Two for Tuesday Special, however you can kiss that goodbye now! Came in for a late night snack, took about 5 minutes for somebody to seat us. We ordered a garden salad, mini corndogs and two orders of the snack boneless wings. 5 minutes into waiting for our food we were informed us that they were out of mini corndogs which wasn't there fault. Then I was brought a chicken salad instead of a garden salad and that had to be sent back. Next our wings. The sauce on my wings looked dried up and once I bit into them they were cold. I waved for the manager to come over so I could let her know and her response was "Well the question is how long have they been sitting there" She took them and had them back out in less than 5 minutes. I'll assume you know the kind of place BW3s is and most likely been there before. I'm writing to mostly say I don't enjoy this place as much as the others. It's like how you prefer one mcdonald's to another. The food here is pretty consistent with the other BW3s. Wedges here do seem to have an extra hint of that seasoning. Makes them more addictive. As with most BW3s, this place is loud. Service at this one doesn't match the others. I know the Tuesdays 50 cent traditional wings is a big hit, but I've noticed this when I come with my co-workers on other days too. It's a chain so food is the same, but the service and atmosphere just isn't. Not sure if you can place blame anywhere on that one. Drink refills doe take longer if you get it. It's not something that would keep me away, but when I'm in this area, I don't think of going to BW3s, I'd wait till I was back in the West Houston, Katy or Cypress area. The atmosphere and service there is more preferable. read more

HORRIBLE PATHETIC SORRY INCONSIDERATE RUDE SLOWWWWWW SERVICE FROM TOGO AND MANAGER !! Let me follow that first sentence by letting you know that I have been in the industry for 12 years. So for me to feel this type of way says a lot; just because I understand everyone has a bad day or I know exactly how it feels to be "in the weeds" or understaffed on the floor or in the kitchen and I definitely understand high volume. I have literally given this Buffalo Wild Wings four separate chances and they have failed to satisfy me ever time. The first time we dined in. Our waitress wrote everything down but we didn't receive all flats as we requested and my wrap was sauceless. No biggie though; not huge mistakes so we got a side of sauce looked passed it. The second time was a Togo order. I modified the warp I got and the Togo lady or the kitchen failed to sub the shredded cheese for queso cheese. Once again not a huge mistake but still a mistake. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and he told me if I brought the wrap back he would have the kitchen make it right. So even though it was an inconvenience for me to get up, get back in my car, and drive all the way back up there I did. The manager had the kitchen replace my wrap and make it the right way..... I guess the kitchen felt some type of way because when I got home and bit into my wrap I realized it was drenched in queso. I felt like the kitchen was sending me a message like "you want queso, well here's your queso" and loaded as much queso as possibly could into my wrap. Okay, note to self, don't modify anything and sub queso. So the third time we did another call in order. Instead of getting my wrap I ordered wings. I stressed I wanted all flats just because I didn't receive them on a previous experience. I made sure I checked my order before I left since I did not want to drive all the way back up there again. Everything looked okay. When I got home with the food I realized everything was not okay... my wings were under done... they were still bleeding a little in the inside :( we just threw the wings away and made some sandwiches instead of calling and complaining since the last time we brought an order back they "over fixed" it... we figured the cooks would way over cook the wings since they were under done... This fourth and final chance I have given this BWW was today. Once again let me remind you I've been in this industry for years so I understand high volume and being understaffed and in the weeds. I called to place a Togo order the manager picked up and said it would be a few minutes before I could place my order and put me on hold. No worries. I held. A girl picked up the phone I told her I needed to place a Togo order and she told me to hold on a sec and placed me on hold again. The phone began to ring while I was on hold and another lady picked up I told her I needed to place a Togo order and she said "give me two minutes I'm not by a computer." At this point it had been 11 minutes. Whatever I held. At about 16 minutes of being on hold third girl picked up the phone for me to tell her I needed to place a Togo order for her to tell me they weren't taking any orders!!!!!!!! At this point I was furious I told her to put a manger on the phone so once again I was placed on hold. The manger picked up the phone and tried to apologize before I could even explain the situation? Which made me realize he was in the weeds and was trying to rush through a customer complaint because he obviously truly did not care about what I was upset about. Once I finally explained the situation and that the togo specialist should have told me they weren't taking orders or given me a heads up on the long wait time for food the first or second time they picked up the phone he told me he would take my order but it would be at least one hour!!! I asked him to put my food on the fly to compensate since I had been on hold for 20 minutes and his employees failed to communicate with me what was going on. He told me he couldn't do that that he had a line in front of him and he was too busy!!!!!! He didn't even bother asking what my order was because I'm sure it would have been nothing to put an order or small wings and fries on the fly!! But once again this just proved he really could have cared less about an upset customer. After all this my point is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SORRY SAD EXCUSE FOR A BUFFLO WILD WINGS! Go to ANY other location in the city except this one. If you do choose to go to this once your best bet is to dine in. If you do Togo there will be something wrong and the manager won't do anything to correctly compensate. read more

So normally my family and I come here all the time to eat and we normally get the same Hispanic waitress can't remember her name but I think she said she was pregnant when she first started working at BWW she really knows the menu very well and her service is always top notch. Anyways, my boyfriend and I were greeted by a Christian who was sitting people, very kind and friendly no issues with him that's why I'm giving a 3 star instead of 2. Our waitress was Krista who didn't come get our drink order for a good 10-15 mins I would say, so that was irritating. We ordered are food as soon as she got our drink orders and we didn't see her again until our food was about to come out. Meanwhile my boyfriend was trying to order another beer and I was trying to order another plate of food (pregnant problems) and she was literally going to every table except ours and another family's table. Oh and our food took about a good 30 mins mind you I ordered a SALAD. Our food finally came my salad was soggy so I didn't eat much of it. While I I was waiting for my bf to finish his food I noticed Christian was trying to clean up a super messy table and one of the managers goes and grabs him and tells him to do something else. Basically something the manager could have done I'm 100% sure. But instead this manager wanted to leave this table messy mind you it was already sitting dirty for a good 10-15 mins. Been here multiple times. The lunch time happy hour deal is good and the bar tender is great. My reason for such a low rating is the food. I had the Southwest Philly last week and the Grilled Chicken Buffalitos (spicy garlic) and both were disgusting. I know that you don't usually order like that from a wing place but I want in the mood for wings. Next time I'm going to grab a sandwich or something because this stuff was nasty. The bad thing is that I saw it on the Fan Favorites menu and I can't imagine it being anyone's favorite. It was the most disgusting thing they serve here.
