Tried this location for lunch on a Tuesday about 1 pm. The restaurant was fairly busy but we assumed that being part of a large chain they would be able to handle a crowd.. We were seated right away but then sat for about 10 minutes before the server came to our table. We both ordered salads and iced tea. The drinks arrived quickly but my glass had very little ice and the tea was not very cold. We then sat and waited for almost 30 minutes before our meals arrived. These were delivered by another server and I was finally able to get more ice. Our server had not been back to check on us. My salad was ok but my husband's salad was not as described on the menu or as pictured right on the wall near our table. The avocados were hard as rocks and could hardly even be cut. We will probably not be back to this location. read more

It has an amazing menu, food, drink. I have been there multiple times and one time they had a big group coming in so they were kind-of crazy. I asked for my chicken grilled instead of fried and the waitress said no problem. When I got my food the chicken was fried and the wings were cold. The people at the table across from me got a hair in their food also. Not a bad place though, just that one night they were a little crazy. Wings of every flavor, spice, and sweetness. Buffalo Wild Wings is super annoying. Everyone loves eating there and all you can hear are about 500 TVs blaring in your face and having to pay an extra 50 cents for a side of Ranch Dressing. I also have to slap my water glass down on the table in order to get it re-filled- it seems like every time I go there my water glass is never re-filled. Why all the hype? I have been here a few times and every time get worse and worse. We were told they didn't have nearly everything we ordered yet watched table after table order the same thing and it suddenly appeared. very disappointed, tried 2 times over the holidays and both times our orders were messed up we had long waits for beverages (were told they only had 1 bartender), 20 minutes is too long when you are eating wings!! wings came out wrong (boned instead of boneless on Thursday boneless night?) sent back and received the right type of wings but the wrong flavors again and they were cold, waitress informed us that she put the right order in to the kitchen, they just messed up. So my experience seems to be very different from the views below but I truly think it had something to do with our AMAZING customer service and wings. We went in on Monday night and the place was packed. My husband and I sat at the bar top cause we wanted to watch the 49ers and stay awhile. The moment we sat a sweet young lady named Gabriella came right up and introduced herself and started cracking jokes right away. My husband never laughs and is usually annoyed with servers that chat but she was making him crack up. We had our wings has an app and more wings for dinner. Our wings were beyond good and Gabriella reccomened we try the lemon pepper rub and I fell in love. The drinks came out a bit slow but nothing we were really bothered at. There was a gentleman who was wondering around with a nice smile on his face and seemed to be somewhat in charge. It was nice to see him on the floor checking to see if things were going well. All in all we will be back not only for the WINGS but for our amazing service. I dont normally go on these things or take time to partake in reveiws but Gabriella ran her little tail off last night and I could not find a manger when I was walking out to commend them for hiring such a sweet young lady who held her own while she was getting smacked with tables left and right. I will most certainly be back and I will only request to sit in her section and hopefully they continue to keep that lemon pepper rub on the menu cause Gabriella has us addicted. read more

Over the weekend 8 of us went to Buffalo Wild Wings, here in Kalispell, for the first time. The wings were ok but nothing special. The Pita chips were over done and hard. The mushrooms had a terrible flavor and were bitter. But the customer service was absolutely terrible. Every time we ordered a beer it would take 10 to 15 minutes for the server to bring them. (It wasn't that busy and half the servers were standing in a cubby hole bullshitting) We did not leave a tip and will not be going back. read more

I typically do not write reviews but the service at the bar was horrendously terrible. Sat at the bar for a bite to eat and a couple of beers on Sunday with about 5 other patrons around the horseshoe bar. Appetizer was served promptly, yet without any napkins or silverware (no big deal). Finished my beverage and waited at least 15 minutes for the bartender to finish her conversation and acknowledge me. She continued her conversation and eventually asked me if I would like another beverage. Ordered wings, as expected, they were what they are. No napkins, no silverware, nothing. During this time a couple of other customers saddled up at the bar. I watched these customers twiddle their thumbs for at least 15 minutes before they were acknowledged. I was embarrassed for the restaurant. The gentleman next to me had to order his drink and food with the food runner who was dropping off food next to him as the bartender was engulfed in a deep and meaningful conversation with another customer about margarita techniques. Eventually my girlfriend was asked if she would like another beverage and after another conversation about, I'm assuming something life changing, came and apologized about forgetting the drink that was ordered 10 minutes ago. Check please. It is really unfortunate that such poor service can have such a profoundly negative effect on a customers experience while representing the whole establishment. Terrific food, nice people, big menu. I like it as a fun watering hole or spot for lunch.

So I came in to Buffalo Wild Wings and got greeted instantly!! It was awesome the greeters helped me to an open table and within a minute I was greeted by my server! She gave me suggestions on what I may like to order! The food tasted great and the atmosphere was excellent! Might I add the Asian Zing is to die for! By far the worst experience i have ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I have been to this establishment in other states and has not been that bad but here was awful. Waited 3 minutes to get greeted by anybody on the clock when it was slow. After getting to a table the server Maggie R did get to the table fast and got the drinks but when we asked for a minute to figure out what we wanted she gave us way too much time....She was too busy talking to her boyfriend and co worker that was off the clock then to wait on her tables. when she finally got to us she didn't apologize at all for the long wait nor did she suggest anything on the menu, being a waiter myself i have worked for many restaurants and one thing they ALL have in common is the servers are required to suggest at least 1 item on the menu she failed to do so but not a huge deal i guess. after she left I looked around at the place and seen a few spots at the bar with dirty plates and cups just sitting there from before the time we walked in and a bartender who was not really that busy at all that maybe should of spent some time cleaning that up then doing nothing. Our server returned to the table with her boyfriend and off the clock co worker and stayed there for some time before going to see if our appetizer of mozz sticks was up yet. They were served to us barely warm at best with cold sauce and no napkins outside of what was on our silverware and under our cups never asking us how they were when she brings out the food she drops the food and goes back to her friends without asking if we needed anything. The burger was Amazing even tho it was a bit under temp and fries cold as hell who likes cold fries? My girl got a wrap that she liked but it was a little messy note what i said before about napkins she had already used up the one on the silverware and mine before she got that and had to use the napkin under her cup.... Server didn't come back to ask how anything was til i asked for my bill but still didn't ask how anything was but came back fast to get the money and you ask where is the manager during all this? Well there was a manager on the floor after our order was put in talking to one of the servers who was trying to check out i assume bc there was receipts and a long checkout looking receipt as well. He had a seat right next to the dirty plates and did not give them any look at all. He got up and walked right past us not even making eye contact and you would wonder why I would not stop him there well that is simple if he does not care to address the dishes and don't even make eye contact what do you think he would do for a customer complaint. we only went in because we had just spent a few hours at the movies seeing the double feature for hunger games and will likely goto McDonalds next time we are at the movies because they give better service Save your money and time!!!
