Are you are looking to spend lots of money just to be left hungry and very unsatisfied? Well Buffalo wild wings IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I made an online order and she had a hard time getting our drinks for us but finally she went and got us the small cups and filled them to the top with ice (we paid for a large). In hopes of the food being more then adequate we didnt say anything and we left. Ounce the food was opened we discovered their talent of applying the least amount of sauce/seasoning possible. Terrible food and terrible service. Saw the reviews were bad but decided to go there anyway. I am on keto so I could only get a mojito which was not good. They didn't even put mint in it. Got the naked chicken tenders with regular buffalo sauce which was fine but then ordered a side salad with blue cheese dressing. They put a vinaigrette dressing on the lettuce already. Why would I order a side of blue cheese dressing if a dressing was already going to be on it? Made no sense. Besides the lettuce they put half a tomato on it which was soggy and the lettuce looked like it had been marinating in the vinaigrette dressing for a while. read more

We have recently stopped going to this BDubs and now go over to the Brass Tap for wings. The location has horrific service with hostesses and waitresses that do not care to do their jobs. Our last experience was short because we stood at the host stand for 6-7 minutes with not an employee in sight (that's a long time!) so we left and went across 93. Drinks are relatively cheap. I've only my eaten the wings there so I can't speak for the rest of the food. But, it's Buffalo Wild WINGS. This is our favorite place to eat, however, they usually get our order messed up and the last time we went is what irked us. We showed up, there were no tables available so we were told about 5 minutes wait. We waited, and waited and eventually 20 minutes passed so I decided to get up and go see how much longer it would be, I waited about 15 minutes longer and the host was no where to be seen. I understand that they are busy, however, at the very least come and acknowledge that we are waiting and let us know how much longer it's going to be. Terrible terrible terrible!!! Ordered our usual and food was brought out incorrect from what was ordered. The music is so LOUD here that the server couldn't hear, apparently. We had requested that the music be lowered a bit as our eardrums were pounding! The server actually told us, "Corporate policy is that the music be loud enough so that people cannot hear each other talking!" What the heck is that about? I really do not recommend dining here for any occasion. Along with my family of 5, we got there, ordered drinks, and waited 45 minutes before we even got asked what we would be eating for dinner. After this, we ordered and had to wait an hour before even getting our food. Sadly, after this wait, I found that it was not worth it. My burger was coated in mustard, cold, and had hardly any meat. I came to the restaurant on their second day open in Kalispell. The atmosphere was very lively, and I was impressed that the prices were fairly affordable. However, that's the end of my good comments. I came to Buffalo Wild Wings because I like spicy food, and I was told about their famous "Blazin' Wings Challenge." Supposedly, if you complete the challenge, they post your picture and name on the wall of their restaurant AND give you a free shirt saying that you completed it. This sounded like a lot of fun to me, so I rounded up a bunch of friends (I think 8 of us) to watch me take on the challenge. When I came in, they confirmed that they were prepared to give me the challenge. They told me that nobody had successfully completed it in town yet, and that I would be the first one--if I could handle it. I completed the challenge very easily in 5 minutes and 39 seconds. Afterward, they gave me my shirt. But when all of my friends--who came specifically to watch me complete the challenge--asked when they were going to take my picture and name to put on the wall, then the manager started making all sorts of excuses. He changed his story and said that others had already completed the challenge in less than 3 minutes (which is ridiculous), and that they didn't have a camera, but he assured me that they would get in touch with me later. I never saw him again that night. Later, my friends started asking the waitress about it, since they never even found out my name or number. So she FINALLY took out a pad of paper and wrote down my name--but not my phone number. She took it to her manager. I'm sure he wasn't aware that I was RIGHT THERE listening, but I happened to overhear the manager tell our waitress that he didn't want my name because "He already got a shirt." So the manager lied to me and my table of 8 guests, and he has no intention of making it right. After I completed the challenge, I tasted some of the milder wing flavors they offer. I found most of them to be very poor or average tasting. Regardless of the poor service, I would definitely prefer Famous Dave's or Applebee's for getting chicken wings as far as taste goes. My final comment is this: if the current management stays in position, I don't think the restaurant will still be open a year from now. One star because I called in an order, went to pick it up, and the girl at the to go counter "Chantel" had the worst customer service I've ever seen. Literally awful. Phone keeps ringing and she finally picks it up "you're gonna have to wait like at least five minutes". Then a coworker comes up and asks for her pen back and they start arguing. I've been in twice since BWW has finally opened in Kalispell. They're still very obviously experiencing growing/opening pains. But that is to be expected with any new restaurant. The first time I ordered a carry out it took about 45 minutes (eek) but was perfectly sauced and delicious, and the bartenders were friendly. Went again last night (Sunday) around 10:30 PM. Place was about half full. Got good service (Ariel) and the food and drinks were great. Give these guys a break - they're all new! read more

We thought we would try the new guy on the crowded block. We were first seated in the new, glassed in area. The noise was so bad we asked to be moved. I had a burger and fries. I would say the food was OK but expensive. The service was average. All in all, I'd rather have eaten the soup and salad bar at the Sizzler. The cooks level of stingyness when using ingredients is getting worse every time I come back here. I imagine they have a Jabba the Hut type of cook back there that just barely coughs toppings on the dishes they serve here... The nachos they serve there is pretty much just tortilla chips with some chili, and a couple pieces of cheese that happen to fall on your plate with a teaspoon of pico... Also payed an additional $2.00 for added chicken, and I might've had 3-4 bites worth of it.. Absolutely not worth it at all. I've tried the chicken caesar salad a couple times and you might find 4-5 croutons in there with an insulting amount of chicken. Last weekend I went there, and will probably be my last: Ordered a cheeseburger with extra grilled onions (being aware of the jewy level of the cooks) with no tomatoes. I was greeted with a burger that literally had three pieces of grilled onion... I'm pretty fat, and have eaten burgers at a lot of places around the country, and even when I just get a burger somewhere else without ordering 'extra grilled onions' I would get at least triple the amount of onions that this cook gave me. The waitress agreed with my complaint and said it was ridiculous, and would ask for more grilled onions to throw on top, which took another 15 minutes to get. So my burger was cold by the time I actually ate it... Waitress also initially served the burger with the top bun off, so she could see the pathetic amount of onions herself before she served the dish, and I'm assuming she just didn't care. Burger also had the tomato on it that I didn't want on, which was fine I just removed it. But it is the waitress job to check the food before bringing out to the customers. The waitress apologized and she could obviously tell I was not happy at all, she offered nothing and instead asked to refill my beer. I asked if it would be on the house, she replied "I'll see what I can do" and just brought the bill back with no answer to a beer on the house or even offer to bring the manager to talk. Didn't dock the burger or anything. Waitress took zero effort to try and fix the issue. I know it's not the waitress' fault for the Auschwitz portion of onions, but she didn't care that I had a bad experience. As I am signing the receipt in front of her she thought it would be cute to state that it is her birthday tomorrow (hoping to get an extra tip), I tipped her $0.00. I wish I could've done -$5.00 tip. If you're craving anything else but wings go across the street to either Applebees or Famous Daves, you'll get way better food for the same price. When we came in the hostess said there is a 25 min wait, which was fine. She called us about 15 minutes so that was the only good thing about the whole experience. We ordered jalapeno bites for appetizer but didnt get it til 50 minutes later. Then it took another 30 min for our wings to come out. They were not cooked right, still squishy and yucky. A little bloody too. So we chased our waitress down to have her bring it back into the kitchen. Then she brought them back out 30 min later. Even the second time around they tasted bad. I've been to the Billings and Missoula locations. For the most part they seemed to have a staff that was passionate with their work. I was excited to see Kalispell get this place but that excitement is already gone. Both times I went I had sub-par experience, mostly due to the service. Our waitresses looked like they really didn't want to be there, I never got a water refill (not once either time and I was there about an hour) and the staff spends most of their time upfront having gossip conversations. Sorry I just can't support a place that doesn't care for their consumer :( Maybe it has improved by now but you don't need four people standing at the door to greet your customers. Just looks bad for business to me, especially when you are more interested in talking personal talk than getting your consumers sat and ready to go. read more

Love going places where the staff cares about you and the food their serving. Fun group that delivers some tasty food. We went when they first and not a great experience. Staff was overwhelmed and food was overcooked. I wanted to wait and give them another shot and I am glad I did. For a Friday lunch they handled the patrons well and food was amazing. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. First, the food, I ordered a burger with fries. The fries you could tell had been sitting out for quite some time meaning they were stale and somewhat cold. Second, the service, I understand that it's a pretty busy place but not once was I asked for a refill on my drink nor did they bother to take away the paper boats for food in that I was done with. Last, the atmosphere, I sat in the attached part of the building meaning the windows had been down. Flies were consistently flying on me and my food and others around me. The food was good and the company great but the service was beyond terrible. I feel sorry for Lindsay who is clearly on the ball and trying to cover for our server who was at best disinterested. Tried this location for lunch on a Tuesday about 1 pm. The restaurant was fairly busy but we assumed that being part of a large chain they would be able to handle a crowd.. We were seated right away but then sat for about 10 minutes before the server came to our table. We both ordered salads and iced tea. The drinks arrived quickly but my glass had very little ice and the tea was not very cold. We then sat and waited for almost 30 minutes before our meals arrived. These were delivered by another server and I was finally able to get more ice. Our server had not been back to check on us. My salad was ok but my husband's salad was not as described on the menu or as pictured right on the wall near our table. The avocados were hard as rocks and could hardly even be cut. I had lunch at BWW last Friday afternoon. The restaurant was about 30% full and I sat at the bar. The food was okay and the service was lacking. I don't mind waiting if I'm at the bar, but with 2 other people at the bar it was hard to get a drink. After waiting about 30 minutes I asked when I would get my food to the disinterested bartender who replied "it's coming." When I finally did get my food it was nothing to write home about. It has an amazing menu, food, drink. I have been there multiple times and one time they had a big group coming in so they were kind-of crazy. I asked for my chicken grilled instead of fried and the waitress said no problem. When I got my food the chicken was fried and the wings were cold. The people at the table across from me got a hair in their food also. Not a bad place though, just that one night they were a little crazy. Wings of every flavor, spice, and sweetness.
