We went for the second time to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Once again no one was working the door despite a sign saying wait to be seated. Then despite plenty of seats being available in the bar area they took up stairs where all the sports tv were off. The manager (?) said they'd put the tvs on. When you walk in you notice that this place is huge. Ridiculously huge. A huge staircase that sort of breaks up the place. Seating to your left. And apparently seating upstairs. Apparently you're supposed to wait for hostess to seat you. There was no sign or anything to tell you that. Waitresses and servers all came out and no one said a thing. We naturally sat ourselves only to be told we needed to wait. After finally getting seated properly on to the food. Here is where what we got what we are used to. Tried the limited time buffalo flat bread that was spicier than I expected but was still good. Son got his normal Parmesan wings. Had a local beer on draft. Watched some college football on one of the many tv's. No complaints with food. In fact even the service from here was fine. Pretty simple fix. Fix the seating situation. Decent Buffalo Wild Wings. Same quality food as the other spots, but they do have some egregious waiting times in terms of bringing your food out, especially when busy. I'm not sure if there's much they can do about that. Fried pickles that I got weren't fried for as long as they should've, but my Buffalo Mac and Cheese was very solid. Went in for dinner last night with my family before going to see Santa. The last time I came to this establishment was during the NCAA finals earlier this year- the service was so bad I swore to never come back... I should've stuck by that. When we walked in the place was pretty empty (about 4 tables). There was no one to greet us, so we went to the restroom. When we came back, we waited about another 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. We should've just left then. My husband and I received two different menus with different wing flavors, our server was very unknowledgeable when it came to the menu, the wing flavors, and what beers were actually available on draft (as the draft list was also apparently outdated.) we finally found beers, but they unfortunately took 20 minutes to make their way to our table. Our boneless wings were so over cooked they were honestly comparable to rocks. Our server was no where to be found, and eventually another table had to go and find her so that we could all pay our bills and get the heck out of that place. I will not call my server out by name- because as someone who has worked in the service industry for years I don't feel like she was ever properly trained and I was also under the impression the expectations for everyone in the establishment has been set extremely low. Wish I could give less of a rating. Full disclosure it's Labor Day and possibly short staffed. We arrived, sat at the bar, bartender said she'd be right with us. There was one other customer at the bar cashing out. Maybe five total tables in the bar area with a server or two. Ten minutes passed. Bartender nowhere to be found. She comes out. Grabs a glass to get a drink. Fills with ice. Pauses to send a text or three, then fills the drink. Comes back about 5 minutes later. We order everything, asking for appetizers too, which should be coming out before a meal if I'm not mistaken. About 45 min later, our food(sandwich, traditional wings, and a wrap) came out with the boneless wing and mozzarella sticks appetizer which definitely sat in the window forever because the sauce was caked and almost dried onto the wings. All the food was cold. Bartenders sense of urgency is absolutely horrible. Won't ever come here again. Management needs to stress work ethic to these young kids that haven't had a job before. This Buffalo Wild Wings is in a prime location, right in the heart of downtown Kent. They have a unique venue in that there is an upstairs as well. Coming into BWW, my friend and I got seated right away. Our waitress came quickly and told us about the specials. The specials were very good deals, $5 burger and fries / $5 select tall beers. We ordered our drinks right away and the waitress was quick to get them. It was after we ordered our food that we rarely saw our waitress once again. The food came out in a timely manner. At this time the restaurant​ was not very busy. The section we were in had about three different waitresses for the tables around. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich (with grilled chicken) with french fries. Sadly, the sandwich​ ended up coming to me crispy instead of grilled. Throughout eating our meal, the waitress would look over to see how we were doing, but never actually come to the table. Not ideal, as I already planned on not going back. I get off the phone and my wife asks where the drinks are. Expletives follow. I know she meant well, but no I don't my barely warm food to get any colder. We also didn't go back to the park for this reason, we just parked nearby and ate in the car. Terrible service, every time we go it seems. The server didn't come to the table so get me a drink, I ended up going up to the bar. The bartender didn't turn around because she was too busy counting tips. After 5 minutes I returned to the table. Then saw a new bartender and went up to ask her for a beer that I could bring to my table. While I was there I asked to refill my son's lemonade. My husband was never offered a refill. I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews but maybe it's crazy on a busy night. I got the new Santa Fe chicken salad and I changed out my sauce for my chicken which was no problem. I used just the Hot wing sauce and they gave me a side of it to add as I please with the ranch. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our food. It only seemed like forever because we were starving! I've been here for several UFC fights and basketball games and it has always been good. Attentive staff who made sure we had good seats and the TVs near us had what we requested which isn't hard because there are TVs everywhere. I prefer the second floor seating. Food came out hot and quick and my glass was never empty. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I use to go to a different Bdubs but it went downhill plus they stopped showing the fights so this was my first shot at a replacement. Happy to say it meets my needs. Good picks off the menu are the boneless wings (I like Spicy Garlic, Caribbean Jerk, Hot BBQ, Asian Zing and Parmesan Garlic Sauces), Black and Blue Burger, Buffolitos, Steak Wrap, Ultimate Nachos, Onion Rings and Fried Mushrooms. Requested wings to come wet with extra sauce and got virtually breaded wings with a dab of sauce on them, some didn't have any sauce on them. Not to mention the workers standing in the area where they put orders in the system where acting very inappropriate on the clock. A man that was a waiter kissing another employee on the neck while hugging from behind and kissing another employee on the cheek. If I wanted to go to the club I would have. Not Buffalo Wild Wings. I've been going to BW3 for 15 years but that's over! The service was terrible the last time we were there 3 weeks ago so i ordered online an hour before the desired pick up time for carry out today, to be picked up at 3:00 in the afternoon. First, the order wasn't ready until 3:15. Then the wings( both dry rubbed and buffalo) were dry. We ordered a chicken Caesar but didn't get it nor did we get any carrots and celery requested. The computer was "down" so $40 in cash later; I threw away the dry wings and my family split some boneless wings. I should have flushed my $40 down the toilet. The manager Kelly said I'll get a store credit for the items in the order...why bother? I won't be using that!! So I ordered some wings while watching the super bowl, and they took a minute to come out ..(no biggie) but when they came they were lukewarm, a few minutes after the bartender asks "is everything ok", an I say ...ehh.. they're a little warm, and he immediately took them away, bought out two new orders of wings And took the first order off my bill... no haggling, no mess... just great customer service!
