I just had to try it.... I couldn't resist. My husband and I were driving home one night, and we drove past three or four Buffalo Wild Wings and they were all packed. And then we came for lunch. The service was spot on, super attentive and friendly - easily 5 stars. Food was a but bummer given the crowd I had seen. You really cannot go wrong with queso. The Hatch queso was pretty good, but consistency was a bit watery. For the wings we got jammin jalapeno and jamaican jerk. They were so salty I was dousing them in blue cheese and ranch. The boneless chicken were also pretty small and pretty dry on top of that. I soon learned that this is better off as a sports bar and not to just eat for giggles. Not sure if people know this already and I'm just late to the game but Buffalo Wild Wings has cauliflower wings now! That was the reason for my visit today. Curiosity got the best of me. Walked in around 6:00 tonight and was surprised to see no wait, especially since it's a UFC fight night. High top seating and dining room seating were both available and we were told we could seat ourselves. We sat a high top in front of the bar and started out with drinks. Our server was Abbey and she was great. I was so ready for the cauliflower wings after my first sip of beer. The wings come breaded with your choice of sauce and celery/carrots with ranch or blue cheese. I asked for a small order of the wings with Honey BBQ sauce and a side of ranch. The wings had the perfect amount of sauce and it was a big enough portion to satisfy me as we didn't order any appetizers. I saw Asian Zing cauliflower wings as an appetizer, which I'd be interested in trying next time. Although, recently the boneless and regular wings weren't too bad. Take out from this place is usually a nightmare from what I've been told. I've never been to Buffalo Wild Wings and was surprised it's such an open space, like a warehouse. TV's are everywhere with every sporting event possible on the screens. When the place is packed I can understand why the volume needs to be loud, however, it was practically empty yet the TV volume was full blast. It made it hard to have a conversation. We asked our server to lower the volume and she did but, it didn't make a difference. Service was very good. They have a hot and ready policy. As soon as anything you order is ready, its brought to your table. Onion rings, wings, fries and chicken fingers were decent. Both their buffalo and garlic sauce were really just average. My brisket sandwich was not great. It was much spicier than expected and the meat was mostly gristle. I did not enjoy it. Hmmm. I've passed up this Buffalo Wild Wings for years, in part, due to the tepid and mixed reviews, and in part, because the significant other does not care for chicken. However yesterday, I was lunching on my own and gave it a stab. Friendly young staff greeted me and offered me my choice of seating. I opted for a high top facing the bar. The walls are crammed with huge televisions, flush against the walls, each featuring a different sports event. The overall effect reminded me of Hogwarts walls of animated portraits! LOL! I quite expected to see quiddich on one of the screens. The entire establishment gleamed, as if brand new. Not a cobweb or smudge in sight. A satisfactory selection of brews were on tap, though I did not indulge. I opted for the "fast break" lunch special, choosing the "snack" size portion of wings with Caribbean Jerk seasoning and a bowl of chili. A cup of coffee rounded out the feast. The wings were plump and perfectly cooked, with a happy level of heat. The chili was meaty and pleasantly spicy. A nice sized portion of fresh carrots and celery accompanied the wings, plus a choice of bleu cheese or ranch dressing for dipping. Everything was quite tasty. The server who brought out these goodies was attentive and pleasant. I hope that a 5-star review will help balance the overall rating! This is good for what it is. Assuming you expect pub food/service and are not expecting a fine dining experience, this should deliver. Service is decent. The wings both traditional and boneless are probably what you are expecting, and you have a wide variety of sauces. Beer selection is pretty good and rotates frequently. Lots of other pub food items on the menu. My toddler likes the mac&cheese a lot, would recommend for a simple kids snack. I have been here about four times. One of the times we got a pair of beers for the wrong table but after some confusion it was fixed, no problem (it happens), I actually think we got a free beer out of it even though it was no problem. Otherwise service has been at a good pace, should keep you with food and drinks. Burger has side of shorter hair, located under burger, like a hidden surprise. Good thing service is slow too, gives you time to contemplate your humanity as you look at the old gray hair and compare it to the youthful vigor of the short brown hair. The staff here and service are great. It can get a little busy like anywhere, and since Covid I, like many, now do more take out than before. Just never again from here for me... at least not for a good while. The whole pickup/takeout process for this restaurant needs to be re thought out. Then there's the extremely long time to even get the order, to the bland and plain menu items etc.... again, NOT a people level thing, just normal folks doing a good job on that front. This place has to be the worst in the whole chain. We have come here several times before Covid and now, and it's awful. The service is atrocious, the food is always cold, and now we just got turned away from the one area because we have a child. And the wait for the main dining side was 20 minutes because they don't have servers. There was at least 15 tables open and empty but on a FRIDAY NIGHT, during hockey, basketball playoffs and baseball in full swing (pun), they have TWO servers. Recently returned to Buffalo Wild Wings Langhorne plant for a family Friday night. While I didn't walk in with fond memories of my past visit, my son was in the mood for hot wings, and BWW certainly had plenty of those. Truth be told, this experience was far improved. The house was far from crowded. All the other customers seemed to be families with teenage/early twenties boys who wanted the gorge on wings and watch sports on huge HDTVs. We fit right in! Service was better than remembered. Our guy was over the top solicitous of our satisfaction; so much so that I jokingly asked him to calm down or he wouldn't make it through the night with his hyperactivity. He was not so far gone as to not appreciate that I noticed he was working hard. Even a small glitch in the cooking of the Alaskan Cod sandwich was handled with aplomb, with the house manager stopping by to apologize for the delay in bring the fillet to proper temperature. Drinks were ample and fairly priced. Can't object when a 12 oz. cocktail comes in at $6.50. The chickens who sacrificed their flight for us came to us both Blazin and Thai Curry. They were meaty, deep fried, and bathed in some impressive chili mix. The former took the enamel off my teeth (much to the merriment of young man), while the latter had great south Asian flavor. Liked them both, but would never be challenged to eat a extra hot one again. The fish sandwich on brioche roll was surprisingly decent, with the fish large enough to withstand the cooking process and still be crispy and tasty with aioli mayo and melted cheese. Pretzel wasn't half bad, the fries came out cold with no salt what so ever. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy and surprise, they came out not crispy at all.
