I went to bdubs in M.O. all the time and coming to this one is bad. The customer service was good but the food is terrible. I ordered the traditional and boneless combo; I told the waitress no coleslaw and got it anyway. Then the wings were salt and vinegar and paremesan and garlic. We arrived early to catch a UFC fight and was able to get a outside seating right then, noted this is November but they had heaters outside. On this particular day, my daughter and I had a great experience eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. The waitress made a suggestion on an appetizer addition that I had never tried and I was extremely pleased! Food was hot and the wait was very short! I spent 20 minutes waiting on drinks and 40 minutes waiting on a order that was completely wrong, multiple sides were changed but originals were brought, Bdubs this time you messed up bad. We go here all the time. At the very least once a week for the past year. The staff is always amazing and food is always on point.

The wings weren't as good as the wings I had in Payson at Native Wings. Native wings is the best place for wings ever. Enjoy Payson!

Terrible. It took one hour and forty minutes to receive our food. In that time, Kristina was very sparse with table visits, plus we weren't drinking alcohol, so basically we sat on hard wooden chairs for the same amount of time that it would have taken to travel to Charleston. To make matters worse, we had a diabetic in the family that literally passed out. Upon receiving the food, it was lukewarm at best, temperature wise. The flavor was supposed to be the second hottest, "Wild," and it tasted like children's cafeteria food. Very over priced, two sets of small wings and a shared set of wing chips was $30. Why? When I thought it was all over and we could finally get home, late of course, which threw off what I had planned to do before bed for work the next day, Kristina graciously tracked us down IN THE PARKING LOT to ask if we meant to give a bigger tip. She said that maybe someone stole it and she would get her manager to check the cameras...good, hopefully the manager will see everything mentioned above! Go to D's Wings, it's only about 15 minutes from this location. Or, just go to Wal-Mart next door and buy something to nuke when you get home. That would taste way better and would save you money for a visit somewhere worthwhile. People work hard for their money and deserve better than to waste it at a place like the Lexington Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

This place is overrated. It's always loud and the service is terrible. The chicken wings are tiny, and none of the meals are filling. We have given this location numerous chances (mainly because it's so convenient to our home), but now we are to a point where we are willing to go anywhere but here. The service has been poor every time, on more than two occasions we have waited after being seated 15+ minutes to see a server. We've never had an enjoyable dining experience at this location. Once we brought an issue to the managers attention (their outdoor furniture caused a giant tear in a pair of new jeans) and they were kind enough to comp our side of potato wedges. read more

I visited the resteraunt to get a to go order and the wait was really long iike 30 minutes. So next time, I decided to do the to go order online, because of the wait the last time. Online, it has the ability to set the time you want to pick it up. I set the time an hour pass the time I leave work since it takes that long to get there. They have the option to pay in the store or online and of course I chose online. I get there at the time I said I will pick it up and still had to wait 30 minutes after I got there. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they were really busy. A few weeks later which is the day I'm writing this review...I do an online order again and the same thing happens, but this time I had almost a 45 minute wait after the pickup time. It seems they don't start your order until you get there which negates the option online, to pick a pickup time. If that's the case, I can understand if someone chose the pay in store option, but if I pay online I expect my order to be ready at the time I said I will pick it up, especially if I place the order well in advance of the time I stated. Had lunch today at B-Dubs' in Lexington store #0369 3/27/15. The place was kind of empty for lunch. We were seated and the waitress who took our order was very friendly and attentive. There was a boring baseball game being commentated on through out the restaurant and it seemed by looking around that no one that I could see was remotely interested in. So I asked the waitress to see if we could here music instead of the boring commentary,she agreed it did sound boring and she would rather listen to music as well and that she would ask the manager if he would put music on. She comes back and said the managers response was that it was a sports bar and that's what they played was sports related material. Well DUH !! I know that Sherlock. I replied to her that he just blowed me and her off and she had the look that she agreed with me with out saying it. I have been to many other B-Dubs while traveling and they played music when it was suited for the atmosphere of the time in the restaurant. He was just not to be bothered with a customer request and hide behind a server to refuse to do it. Not a good start to lunch, we arrived at 1:30 ordered Cheese curds, Chicken Quesadilla and Chicken tenders and the tenders were a lunch special to get it fast not to mention the others were appetizers as well. It took 45 minutes to receive the first item, the curds and the rest a few minutes later. The place was near empty and the food was so slow to get there and it wasn't the servers fault. The curds were hot and good but the Quesadilla and tenders were hard and dried out, just terrible. I will not be going back during lunch that's for sure and I don't know If I will ever do diner there at all now. The manager at the store during this time needs to be fired and its obvious he doesn't mind insulting customers. Too bad for a good food chain. read more

It's a sports bar! I think people are expecting too much from this place. You're not going to get a dining experience like Olive Garden, you're going to get a crowded, loud atmosphere surrounded by TONS of huge TVs. I adore this place; I've had to flag down a waitress once or twice to get another beer or something, but nothing that would ever make me not want to come back. This place is perfect for watching football games, baseball games, and in tonight's case- the NFL Draft! The draft beers are always cold, the food (okay I've only gotten wings, fried pickles, and beer here...) is always exactly what I'm excepting. Always fresh, hot, and delicious. Their prices--compared to their competition like Wild Wings, Hooters, Twin Peaks, Carolina Ale House etc--are normal. $3.00 for a large Mich. Ultra draft? Yes, please. I can go to BDubs and have 12 wings, 2-3 beers, and fried pickles for $25. With all there incredible hi-def TVs, great bar food, great drink prices, and awesome sports crowd, this is my go-to for any sporting event I'm not attending. Just as bad as you could be. Only stopped in from out of town for a beer and a snack. Seemed like bar tender decided she and a waiter would have a snack at the same time. Not friendly at all. Thanks goodness I am from out of town so I will never be back. But makes me wonder about the one in my home town as well. If you can't get a beer and snack right don't be in the service industry. It met my expectations as I sampled three different flavors of wings and washed it down with an ice cold beer. The staff greeted me with a smile and hello when I walked in. Just horrible. Wings were just "eh" - Lexington has much better wings to offer. Service was terrible. Had to ask for napkins, silverware, and refills, then ask for the check, then wait an extra 15 minutes for the waitress to pick up the check. Disgusting experience. Sat at the bar. Bartender took my order while simultaneously vigorously picking at her cuticles. No eye contact or salesmanship. Then watched her repeatedly biting at her fingernails between putting clean glasses away and serving drinks. She bussed dirty dishes and then handed me my drink while holding it at the top of the glass where my mouth would touch. Never saw her wash her hands between any of this. Was also repeatedly using the touch screen ordering computer to enter food orders, so all the other bartenders touching the screen had her saliva all over their hands as well. Asked for lemons for my tea. She dug her bare hand into the lemons and plopped them onto a napkin and set the napkin in front of me. I called over a manager, reported this unprofessional and disgusting behavior, and left without touching my food. Maybe since it was at the bar she's used to dealing with drunk people who don't notice these things. read more

I wish I could choose NO STARS... Horrible service and horrible management decisions. We ordered 24 boneless wings and were brought wings with bones. We told the waitress and she said she could fix it. I told her just to correct 8 of them for the one person with us that did not want bones, and we would keep the others, She then said we would have to pay additional for the 8 boneless wings and I said no forget it, I did not want to pay for more wings and she left. She later came by the table and dropped off "without comment" 8 boneless wings which I thought was cool. After we finished eating, I asked for a to go box for about 10 of the wings we did not eat. She stated that the manager was going to charge us for the 8 boneless wings if we took a doggie bag with the uneaten wings. Remember this was their fought by bringing the wrong wings to start with. In case you go... waitress name was Allison and I think the manager was Joshua.. tell them hello for me because I will never step foot in that particular restaurant again. read more
