We love us some BWbubs but we have tried to go the the restaurant on 84th in Lincoln Ne several times and the service stinks. 5 out of 6 times we have left and went next door. Today we set there for 30 minutes and never even were acknowledged. They closed there location on S 27th in Lincoln Ne which we loved! We actually got service. Glad the employees love social media so much because the patrons sit there watching them giggle and looking at their phones instead of getting service! Severely understaffed. The only seem to care about carry out orders. I witnessed multiple people wait 30+ minutes to even receive a hello. I'd say 95% of the line waiting to check in to be seated left before every even have someone speak to them. I watched several people walk up to waiters to enquirer about refills from what I could overhear they were being told they would get them as soon as they could and they just kind of blew it off. I get being busy. But a little communication goes a long ways. A lot of money lost tonight at this location. I rarely post reviews of a place running poorly. Worst experience with service I've ever had. I don't usually go into Bdubs expecting good service or good food. I definitely don't go there if I have a say in the places to go, but I will go with friends. Went there last night with a friend. Once seated by a friendly hostess, we received no service for 15 minutes, while all the other tables around us were served. No greeting, no offer for a beverage, nothing. So my friend and I got up and left. As we were leaving, I approached a crowd of employees laughing at the hostess podium by the entrance. I informed them of the situation and that we were leaving, and they offered to get the manager. We spoke with him, and he offered us free appetizers and a discounted meal if you stayed. I thanked him for the offer, but turned him down. I was very put off. Probably will never go back there. read more

The most unprofessional Public Establishment I've visited. I was there June 2015 for a conference. I was ignored when I entered. Afterwards, when I did order, my food never arrived. The workers here seem utterly clueless to the world of sports and what in the world is going on with it. Because of this, even Husker basketball games don't get put on main TVs with sound playing and things like bowling will be left on instead. Add to that the fact that the staff isn't overly friendly or intelligent to begin with and you have the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. Service sucks.. We had to ask to be seated even though there were 5 workers standing around. Our waitress was nice..But the guy who served our food carelessly, with a flick of his wrist, slid our wings onto the table and one happened to roll out of the boat and onto the table.... Accidents happen.. But instead of trying to recover from his mistake he asked "is that going to be ok?" .. As if I'd like to eat off their tables. And I casually said replied, "No, you'll have to bring another." When he came back with the one wing, he slid it on our table and walked off upset. Rude. its a fun sports bar but the service is slow, very slow. the wait staff is almost over worked and it takes a while to get their attention. i only go back for the wings, course i order the blazin' and sweet habanero only. if its supposed to be buffalo wings then it has to be spicy in my opinion. the blazin' wings are good if u have a cold or if you just want to have fun. i actually find the spices in the sauce very tolerable. the only down side is that your stomach hurts the next morning. my friends and i come in if we are down town or want a sports bar experience. read more

We stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings after visiting the Lincoln Children's Museum on a Saturday afternoon as its about a block away. One of my biggest concerns here was the size of the location. It was very tight and cramped to the point you're constantly having to say "excuse me" while walking between the tables to get around. The food itself was good, but I've had better at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. The same could be said about the service here as it could have been more attentive as well. I've been here few times. There were many times I had to wait for more than 15 minutes just to get one waiter to order our food. The waiter never came and served, even without refilling my drink. I had to go to the fountain and refill it myself. When we were done, we had to go to the counter ourself to pay our bill. Bad services, but the wings were good. read more

It's a sports bar that has wings. Not an original concept but they hit the mark of typical and meet expectations. They do have a large variety of wing sauces but don't expect any bargain prices. It's about a $1 a wing or $1.50 a wing for boneless. Sometimes they have beer specials but nothing amazing. They do have a lot of beers on tap which is a plus and they are a decent sports bar to bring the kids to. My kids love going and the kids menu is average at best. I would like to see more fresh items available. Most everything on the menu is fried which is disapointing. The only flavor comes from the sauces and that is a culinary fail in my opinion. read more

We decided to stop by here on our way to Des Moines. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before coming here, and now I'd have to agree with all of them. We sat for 20 minutes and never got acknowledged by a server. You'd think they were busy helping other tables but most of them were just dicking around talking to each other. Finally we decided to order take out in hopes that we could quickly get back on the road, but it took at least 40 mins for our food to come out. Funny enough, we saw another group of people leave because they were waiting at a table for 15 mins before getting helped. I thought I could rely on BWW to be a good, relatively quick stop on the road but I was proven so so wrong. Sat down to watch the KC Pittsburgh game this evening. There were seven of us in our party. We each individually got a small order of wings with one beer and a side of fries. The waiter came to the table once after we ordered and not again until we needed to cash out. This wasn't the only problem; when our food got to the table we were short three sides of fries and told the food runner twice about this issue. The fries never came and on our tickets we were charged for all three plus an additional couple of beers. This is not my or anyone in my parties first time being disappointed with this location. I have came to the conclusion recently that BWW is completely over rated and is one of the worst restaurants in Lincoln. Visit after visit the servers especially at this location were really bad. Never came to the table, food took 15+ minutes to come out each dish. What I mean is chips and salsa shouldn't take 15 minutes to come out, it's an appetizer that you don't cook. Then after the appetizer, the main course shouldn't take another 15 minutes. Every time I go there are people having to help themselves because their servers aren't around. Like are they the host, cook, server, and bartender? I would've given this review 1 star but I came here yesterday (don't ask why my friends love this place). Anyways our server Ashley was absolutely amazing. The only server who has ever done anything worthwhile in this store. We arrived at 6:30p.m. and gave the waiter our order. We did not get our food until 7:45. My wife and I both ordered wings and we did not get any dipping sauce with them, I had to track the waiter down to get the sauce. We had also ordered fries but they did not come come until 15 minutes after the wings. Our waiter gave us a basket of buffalo chips till the fries came but it makes me wonder if they were just a mess up they gave to us. The waiter was very nice and apologetic but seemed very unorganized and untrained. He never even checked on us! He said there was an issue in the kitchen and that they were backed up but I counted no less than 5 tables that were seated after us and received their food and left before we had gotten our original order. We eat at this BWW's often but NEVER have had this amount of problems. $8 off our VERY late order just does not justify the 2 hours we spent there.
