Our waitress Kristina acted as if she didn't want to be there. She came to take our drink/food order all to forget a lot of what we told her because she felt that she didn't need to write it down. One of our entrees came out first and the others slowly trickled in after having waited 30 minutes for a completed order. Several things in our order were wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. In a time where restaurants are closing left and right and fighting to keep customers, one would think Buffalo Wild Wings would have received the memo. Their employee Tyler and manager Destiny are absolutely horrible and should lose their jobs ASAP. Their customer service is about as welcome as a case of hemorrhoids on your wedding day. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with Tyler trying to place an order and to redeem points I had earned. He clearly could not add 30 wings let alone handle a conversation with a customer. After repeating my order five times, I gave up and asked for a manager. Destiny answered the phone and was about as rude as a person can be. She had no customer service etiquette, no desire to keep a customer and no desire to do her job. We have been eating here twice a month for the past six months. When math is applied, we have spent around $800 during this time. After this last interaction with Tyler and Destiny, we are done. Thai curry was very salty and tasted like indian curry. I feel like the buffalo wild had good flavor but was dry and could've used more sauce. Service was excellent. Our food was fresh and excellent. It was served very quickly. We were checked on throughout our meal. We were given directions how to pay online. We were given boxes and lids for our sauces. I believe it was the mgr but he came over and checked on us and it really was nice. I am so glad we gave this restaurant another chance. Came back and dropped off food for everyone else except for me. 15 minutes later after everyone was done eating, I still have not received my wrap. During this entire time the waitress never came back to check on us to see if we needed any drinks, which we did, since all of the glasses were empty. I've just had one of the worst experience here tonight. It's my 3rd time coming to this particular location. The first 2 visits were okay. But today, the front entrance server had treated me and my date so unfairly. Upon waiting to be seated, he ignored us and served two guests that were on their way out inquiring about gift cards. Being understanding, we sat down and waited patiently as he finished serving these guests. Just moments later, a group of four then walked in. We decided to make the drive to Lodi, when I walked in there was people but still more then a few open tables and booths from what I seen still available. We were told that they weren't taking any customers and it was " a game time wait of an hour". Which I didn't understand because I've never heard of this ever and two I see plenty of seating open. So I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting more than 15 min ( 2 other parties behind me waiting to be helped as well) the manager finally came out. I didn't get her name and I wish I would have. She stated that they were on a "game time wait" And said that they couldn't take any more customers. I asked her was this only for this location because it was something that I have never heard of. She replied and said yes it's for the Lodi location only. I asked her since there was plenty of open seating if we could sit at a table and watch the game and once the one hour was up, we could order our food and she said no and turned down all of us who were waiting, 8 people in total.
