Went to eat here with my daughter. It was a game night but service was super slow. I received my food about an hour in. But my daughter who ordered food at the same time wasn't served for 45 min after me. I spoke to manager and he claimed that they always bring food out as it's ready. Went to check on her meal and bought it to us (not hot mind you so apparently it had been sitting there a while). Had to beg to get my credit card back and finally leave. Geez. Bad service unhappy servers and our food was cold, I was surprised how we got it so fast, less than 10min wait, Then my husband chicken on his salad look not eatable, it was a really sad salad nothing like the picture in the menu, I ordered 10 traditional wings and they where barely warm, they where ice cold within 5 min I got to eat 4 of them, sense we had returned the salad I was emberrased to exchange my wings, the server was so unfriendly that we just wanted to get out of there, my husband finished his beer, we paid $40 for a nasty cold dinner, that is sad, we will not come back ever again. Delivery order was wrong. Called to get it corrected, Chris the manager refused unless I came in. I explained I'm high risk, hence the reason for ordering delivery, he then said they won't deliver again. He said if I can't come in, all they could do is mail me a gift card, like that would actually help the current situation. So, I hung up, placed another order online and called back to let him know he can just refund my new order, I already paid for it once, and took care of scheduling the delivery that he somehow couldn't figure out how to do. After arguing he said ok, he would refund the order. An hour later I get a text that my order was cancelled. I called back again to tell him after I was vaccinated and it was safe to do so, I would gladly come in for my order, that was literally it, well I added "goodnight, sweetheart", because, yeah, I'm mad now, and I'ma call you sweetheart, sweetheart. Awhile later, there's a police officer at my house to tell me if I do go to the restaurant I will be trespassing, because apparently saying I'll do exactly what Chris requested I do is scary for him. So, this is fraud, false reporting, and harassment now. Went to BWW two days ago. Wings were decent - nothing to write home about. A little dry. A little bland. My experience really started after I left. For the last 48 hours I have not been able to be too far from a bathroom. This is because of EXPLOSIVE diarrhea. Cause by BWW. I have been meaning to go on a diet now for a while but haven't had the will power. Since my experience I have lost fifteen pounds due to not eating and getting rid of everything in my system for the last two days. So all in all my experience has been truly life changing. Went there for one of my kid's birthday dinners on a Sunday evening. Nothing formal, but he wanted wings. I called about 15 minutes before we got there and they sat us immediately. Service was Awesome! There were 12 of us with some children and the waitress and another host brought us the trivia games and our drinks almost immediately. Appetizers came just in time before the kids started getting bored and then the meals came out just in time after that. So we used to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Longmont with the family quite often. Went with the family yesterday, 9/8/2018, for lunch. Flagged down a waiter after about 15 minutes of waiting and being ignored...Ordered a burger, asked for it medium. Waiter said that they couldn't cook a medium burger. I asked why. He said that the burgers were all frozen......FROZEN??? The menu clearly states, and I quote..."Our all-beef burgers are handcrafted, seasoned then "smashed' on the grill to seal in the flavor....." Are you kidding me? The burger tasted like it was frozen. Dry, tasteless and well done. If you have no problem lying on your menu and deceiving your customers.......Never again. I like the food but this place is DIrty dirty dirty. Sitting here post lunch rush on a Saturday. And after 13 years industry experience I have plenty of sympathy, but zero tolerance for a dirty restaurant 10 tables around me aren't bused. Yeah I counted. My water cup had visible lip stick, there are countless napkins and bits of food all over the dining room floor. The menus are sticky and cover in god knows what. From experience this is from not bring cleaning for many days. The table the menus sit on are covered in white stains. Men in red shirts standing around looking useless while these waitress run around just trying to serve the tables that remain. But let's be real, Typical man standing around being useless. There was no wait for a booth so that was good but it is Wednesday. The dinning room was vacuumed and well organized. Restrooms were also clean. The waiter was very friendly and he got our order correct. He also checked back with us and our food was delivered within 10 minutes. He did take some time to bring our check but returned promptly. The manager did check to see how surrounding tables were doing (twice) but never made a stop at ours. Weird! Overall good visit! read more

So here I am on a friday night after a long day of work looking to get some wings. I get in there and i'm watching some NBA finals having a great night. I order up and get myself a 10 piece honey bbq boneless wings with a regular side of fries. I'm so ecstatic for my meal i can barely contain my excitement. The orders start coming out and i get a 10 piece traditional honey bbq with no fries. I'm not tripping about it or anything because accidents happen and we all get that. I inform my server of this mishap and the server goes to check in the kitchen about it. Couple minutes later my server comes back and says they are recooking it and it'll be about 6 minutes and i'm like ight bet i love that. No worries about it cause the celtics are up and i'm living my best life. I'm patiently waiting the 6 minutes but honestly lose track of time due to the intensity of the game. I then realize about 30-40 minutes later that i still have no meal with me. my server comes back and i respectfully ask for my meal to be checked on. they say they will and i'm like for sure thank you. couple minutes later my order comes out and here's the real kicker. i got a 10 piece boneless but i still see no sight of some fries. at this point i take my loss and eat and get my check. also the celtics lost. read more

This is the worse restaurant that I have ever been to. I received a promotion coupon for the wing place so I decided to try it out. I put in my order (a small order at that) and was told that I have to wait 20 minutes. After 30 minutes two servers asked my name and checked my order. Still, I was made to wait even longer while six people came later than me all got their food and gone. I was kept waiting until I finally went up to the manager to ask where is my order. H asked my name again and then saw that my order was kept put off while they served people who came after me. As it turn out, the restaurant manager was not happy that I order with a coupon and only order one thing so he told the kitchen not to fulfill my order. After asking for my order, the manager finally go into the kitchen and made my order for me. He passed me the food without a word, no apology. If you do not as people use coupons for your business, then don' issue them. If you issue them, you need to fulfill them. period. Really good food and service. My gripe is that you can't advertise yourself as a sports bar and promote the NCAA tournament if you can't keep up with it. We came here to watch games on the opening Friday. At one point a game ended and they switched to cartoons. At least twice now we have had to ask them to change the channel to a game that had currently started and they did not have it on. My friend and I came in to watch the Steelers play, it was extremely busy and lots of people wanted TV's on different games, the manger Jason was very accommodating to everyone. A man came in and sat near us at the bar & was incredibly mean and demanding about a why a game wasn't on the TV in front of him. Jason calmly explained that he could put the game on a different tv very close by (and where he could see it). The man argued, raised his voice and cursed at him profusely. Our server Bailey was so sweet, efficient and completely elevated our entire experience with her charisma and hospitable nature. We will most definitely be back and hopeful to sit in her section. Completely personable and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She then introduced us to the General Manager and other staff and managers. Suggested food based upon our questions on the menu, positively and correctly upsold us on menu items by actively listening. Ive never had such bad service with a restaurant. We had placed an order online and we were told that the order would be ready in 20 minutes at 950. So we left the house and got what we needed from a different restaurant and went over figuring we would wait the extra 5 or so minutes there(no big deal). Thirty minutes and 3 other customers later we finally got our order. We had no manager stop and talk to us. I felt so bad for the girl working to go since its not her fault at all. We've had nothing but problems with this branch. I work in the restaurant business and that would never fly at any of the places I've worked. People seated after us where getting their food in 1/3 the time and where asked about drink refills and the such, we were not so lucky. It became obvious this waitress held our order before sending it to the kitchen and was actively ignoring us. I work in the restaurant industry and understand the things waitstaff go thru, but this blantent ignoring was obvious, as the restaurant, and patio, where very open and not crowded. My husband, my son and myself went for dinner a couple of nights ago, it was game night for local high schools so the place was extremely busy with teenagers. We came in and got by the "hostess" sat in the dining area. It took around 10 mins for any staff to acknowledge us. The "hostess" finally came by and took our drink order but never asked if we wanted something for my 1 year old to drink, no big deal. Our drink where brought over and 15 more minutes had to pass for our food order to be taken down by this same girl who sat us. We waited for our food around 15/20 more minutes and was brought over by some guy who placed it on our table and left. We had NO SILVERWARE, we where missing part of our order and food was cold. I myself am a server and totally understand when it's busy not everything goes smooth. I had to hunt a server down to get it to their attention. Not once did we know who our server was and when we where all done with our food we waited yet another 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we wanted to pay. Horrible service! read more

It was okay, I've been to better BW3 stores. The burger was kind of weak but the staff was friendly and helpful.

We've been coming to this location for a good place to have a quick family dinner for years but the past two visits have me wondering if I will go back (probably not). The past two times we've eaten here the food did not come all at once but rather a bit at a time so everyone is left eating at different times. This was not always the case. This may be fine if you're having wings and beer with friends while watching the game but not great when you want to eat as a family and make a movie or something. On our last visit they were out of two of the items we wanted to order, so I settled on a chicken wrap that ended up being almost all shredded lettuce and cheese with a few little cubes of chicken in it. When I asked about the relative lack of chicken in my chicken wrap I was told that corporate specs that the wrap should contain ONE chicken tender. $10 for 1 chicken tender and about 9 fries left me very unsatisfied. Beedubs has been a favorite of ours for many years but they're definitely going downhill. read more
