I've been here a number of times and I really wanted to share how much I love this Chili's. Every, single, time I have been to this location, we have been met with fantastic service, little to no wait times (even during a dinner rush), and the most amazing food. People think I'm kidding when I say Chili's is my favorite restaurant, and I think if they came to this location they would see why. This past Saturday, we came during dinner time, and were sat almost immediately. There was an influx of people at the same time and the manager worked fast to get 20+ seated and constantly communicating with everyone. We sat at the bar, and the young woman who served us was extremely attentive and truly so nice, and made the experience even better. Finally, obviously the food. We always get a 3 for Me and a Triple Dipper, and it was so tasty I almost had to order more to go. The food was so fast even though like I said, the restaurant was packed! The restaurant was pretty empty except for the bar area, Our server was good with drinks and appetizers. It was just my wife and I at that point. The rest of our party joined us about 15 minutes later. The server was right on it and got drinks and appetizers. Total of 10 in our party. He took our orders and read them back. That's when things got bad. While waiting for our food our salads came out. Having waited more than a 1/2 hour my wife got up to talk to the manager who assured her our food would be out shortly. In the meantime our server was busy sharing phone whatever's with the receptionist. When our food came out it was obvious it was under a heat lamp for some time. All who ordered steaks ordered them rare. My wife's steak came out medium at best. A different server was flagged down and took her steak back to the kitchen. As we were waiting for her steak everyone else was eating so their food wouldn't get cold. About 20 minutes later the steak came out perfect. The only problem was that everybody else was finished. We asked for togo boxes and the bill. The bill was totally wrong. Extra steaks were added and several other mistakes were rectified ,10 minutes later we finally left. 1 hour and 55 minutes for dinner at a casual restaurant is unacceptable. This one is hard to rate - which server you have really impacts your experience at this Chili's location. We've been sometimes with a great server and the meal is 5/5 out for a restaurant like Chili's. Other times we get a not good server and the experience is more like a 1/5 or 2/5. Generally the food is good and a good value, I frequently order from the 3 for Me menu on the last page. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla is pretty good. The pay at the table electronic system is handy when it works. And this seems to be partially on the server - one time it took us for our table to pay (we knew because of a picture timestamp right as we ended eating), because the electronic system wasn't working and the server wasn't believing us or helping. Finally the manager stepped in and forced them to do receipts/card payments how most restaurants do. After that experience we didn't return for about a year, but we tried it again recently and had a great server where everything we ordered was correct, quick, and he had even pre-split our checks on the payment system for us. read more

I've been wanting to do Chili's for a while. I got my Big QP Burger with Fries, chips and salsa, and drink at one price, while my girlfriend got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and she enjoyed it. The Big QP Burger was delicious and like it better than the fast food version. My girlfriend and I shared chips and salsa along with the Skillet Chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. When thinking of great steak, I wouldn't have thought of Chili's. After today, I'm highly impressed! The 10oz Guiltless Sirloin and roasted asparagus is phenomenal! The steak is topped with a garlic-pesto sauce and topped with pico de gallo. No steak sauce needed for this flavor! read more

The restaurant was busy and crowded with people waiting for a table. We only waited about 5 minutes. I ordered the Good Witch Margarita but our server brought the wrong drink order. She quickly replaced it with the correct order. The chips and salsa were good and salty. We shared the quesadilla and there was plenty enough food for two. The restaurant was quiet enough for conversation. The food was quick and tasty. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. read more

Started out bad. We walked in and the man who was dressed up pretending to be a woman completely ignored my existence and would only look at my wife. Not sure why he singled me out because I could care less what he does with his life. But, the hate was there. Received our food and the rice was cold and hard. Don't try the new nachos because you have too many chips and not enough of anything else. Only a few chicken strips. Our server had to leave mid eating which was fine but it wasn't appropriate for us to hear him argue with another employee. The bar waitress took over and said if we needed anything to come over to her. Never checked on us once. Since the kiosk to pay our bill didn't work, we had to go ask for our check and for to go boxes. The place wasn't busy. Horrible service Hateful staff Will never eat there again read more

First time going to Chili's, I was impressed! The triple dipper and 3 For Me deals are super value. Loved the nashville hot chicken which was super tender and juicy. The mozzarella sticks are huge! Great sauce and cheese pull. The service was okay--several waiters and manager checked in on us. However, I think it would've been helpful if the server repeated our order to us before leaving, because they ended up missing one of our items and putting in an extra lemonade that we didn't order. Also, the staff had a conversation about our missing order right in front of us, which was kind of awkward to listen to. But it got fixed up quickly so no harm no foul. The food is consistently good. I have come to Chili's about 3-4 times. My personal favorite is their burgers. All of their burgers are good. Their mozzarella's are very salty, fries sometimes are over salted. The other thing id recommend is the cheese sauce with chips. The salsa isn't my favorite. The price is worth it. The service is friendly. Sometimes youll have to wait during dinner for the rush to finish and you usually get your meal within 20-30min. Overall 4/5 read more

I have went here on three separate occasions. All three times the host is good, no complaints. The servers at least in my experience are good well rounded. I liked all the servers I have ever gotten. The restaurant has always been clean. Now the food is where I have criticisms. The food can sometimes be too much but I like that because you get full easily. This place was a 10/10 today. They sat us right away and took our drink orders. The waitress was phenomenal! She was quick with our orders and was so friendly. Our appetizers came out with the quickness. I've got to say their tortilla chips are the best in town and go so well with their salsa. I would like to start off by saying our waitress was fantastic. She was honestly the best part of our experience. She was careful to get all our orders (and modifications) correct, and she regularly checked in on us. She noticed when the kitchen missed giving us a sauce and kept us refilled on drinks. She was also just very kind in general. She saved this place from getting a one star. When we first walked in, the hostess seemed put-off by our presence. She whispered something to my friend, and when she was very politely asked to repeat herself, she seemed frustrated. She led us to a table, and my brother asked if it was okay if we sat at a booth. She was very frustrated and said she would have to clean it. However, she never came by again to clean it. We had another unfortunate experience with her later. My brother and I went to wash our hands, and there were big boxes of crayons and drawings of peppers to color in by the (empty) hostess stand, so we grabbed a few and went on our way. In the bathroom, I washed my hands then waited for my brother outside. I was holding the paper and the crayons when the hostess walked past me into the bathroom. She seemed to glare at me, but I didn't really care. My brother came out a second later, but she immediately came out of the bathroom at the same time (only strange as only about five seconds had passed). My brother told me his bathroom had no paper towels and asked if I could grab him some. Unfortunately, the hostess was completely blocking the door and was just staring at us. I was uncomfortable, so I told him no, and we began to walk back to our table. As we made our way back, we could hear her right behind us, but we ignored it. Once we got back to the table, she came up to our whole group and very angrily told us the drawing papers we had grabbed were actually donation based (so only donators could draw). Of course, we would be happy to donate to charity, but the whole thing was super off-putting and weird. The actual food was very good, although a bit expensive. There were large portion sizes which was also a plus. We were having a good time, but every once in a while, our conversation would be interrupted by the manager (I presume) yelling at an employee. We arrived around 2:00 on a Saturday. I ordered chips and salsa to start, but they were over-salted. Our server, Megan, brought out an unsalted batch with salt on the side. They were SO good; no salt needed! We had lots of "asks," like for little plates (they don't come with the chips), an extra empty salsa bowl, extra lemons for the water, etc. My partner and I split fajitas and needed boxes and lids for that stuff when we left. Megan was Incredibly efficient and did not seem bothered. whatsoever. She kept the iced tea full, which can be challenging when the restaurant is busy and a table is asking for stuff all the time. Megan was efficient and genuinely nice with a calm energy. We complimented her to the manager and he was super nice as well. The food was really, really good. I'll say this. Chili's might be back. Went in on a late Saturday afternoon post buckeyes game. It was busy, 45 min wait. I sent my family over to Barnes and noble while I wedged into a corner seat at the bar. The domestic draught I had was ice cold. TVs were all on football, nice TVs too, big ones. I used to frequently visit restaurants like Chili's and some of their similar national chain competitors in my teens and twenties. My tastes have evolved since then, but Chili's hasn't. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. We started by splitting their triple dipper combo with sliders, chicken crispers and southwestern eggs rolls -no complaints. $6 margarita special - I'll take it. Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich & fries - pretty much how I remember it, so I was pleased. The glaring setback came with the steak and shrimp fajitas. Neither meat was particularly good, and it was one of the more expensive things on the menu. If you're in the mood for junk food apps (and I mean that positively), handhelds, and a side of nostalgia, this Chili's will hook you up. read more

I wanted to give a higher rating, but after waiting 35 minutes for my carry out order, I wasn't too thrilled. What really killed it for me was that all my food was cold. I had to reheat everything in the microwave first. The restaurant looked busy, so I can understand being a little behind, but this seemed a bit much. I ordered the 3 for $10 crispy chicken crispers, broccoli, corn, and chips & salsa as the appetizer. I was very happy with the amount of chips I received. The bag was huge! Right as I bit into the mozz I knew my stomach would not behave... the chicken was alright but I saw something sus in it. Red strings all up in my chicken.... Moving on ther service was bad like so bad to the point I didn't leave a tip we never got checked on once and our waters never got refilled worst of all u had to eat my food of the table like a hoodlum because they never gave us plates. unfortunat that the food was bad I can tell why they almost went out of business. Good thing this was not our first time at chilis or else we would not be back. We both only got triple dippers and the new color changing cocktail. We picked both flavors of cheese sticks and sliders. The cheese sticks were literally lukewarm to cold and had obviously sat out or been under a low power heat lamp for a long time. I had just worked a 14 hour shift and hadn't eaten all day or else I would have asked them to remake our food. Sliders were mid but they usually are. Didn't get napkins till after I finished eating. Cocktail looked cool but was insanely strong (which I don't really mind) but it did not taste good at all, like we were at a frat party. I understand it was an hour before close on a Friday night, but there was a whole hour before close.... If you don't want to be open then change your hours. Staff was nice and all my experiences at OTHER chilis have been amazing so I'll be back to those for sure read more

My husband was having a hankering for some ribs a few nights ago so we went out to Chili's. It's no Smokey Bone's but will do. Chili's is all American food kind of dining. I ordered the pick two combo of crispy chicken which is hand dipped in their batter. Paired with a smoked brisket on a toast bun. With the two sides of the corn and loaded mashed potatoes was more then plenty to fill me up. My husband ordered the full stack of ribs and loaded mashed potatoes with the corn. We both obviously couldn't finish our meals to it's entirety. Although they were both good portions and did the job we were looking for dinner. Would probably only come if I were truly desperately hungry and no other place in the area to eat for lunch or dinner. The prices are decent as well for the meals. read more

Haven't been here in YEARS...and I was really expecting to be underwhelmed. I was really pleasantly surprised! Superb service from Andrew--quick and attentive. The food was reasonable ($40 for 3 people including tip!). We tried the "3 for Me". We had an appetizer, excellent cheeseburger and soft drink.
