This place is definitely a hit or miss. I have been to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings nearly 50 times, and I never know what to expect. The menu is great, with lots of options, and not just chicken Wings! We came during a very busy time (Saturday night during college football season) and this place was packed. Like elbow to elbow packed. We had to clean off our own table and then it took 10 minutes For our server to come over and wipe our table and serve us. She did forewarn is about the food wait time being 30-40 minutes. We were there to watch football so that's was fine. There was 4 of us, and we all ordered wings and got an additional 2 sides. No joke, the wait was 45 minutes. Then to make it worse, my chicken wings were so cold when they finally came out that I sent them back, which is something I hardly ever do. Then less than 3 minutes later, the server comes back with my wings, so I am sure they just threw them in the microwave and called it a day. I will give this place 3 stars, however, because this is not my usual experience here. They have great food and the service is usually decent. I usually order the honey bbq chicken salad which is amazing (but absolutely not healthy lol), and I highly recommend it! The wings I ordered today were subpar, although usually they are very very good. Like I said, definitely a hit or miss location and restaurant. I came to this location on a wednesday evening to order take out - I walked in and stood at the take out counter to order for about 10 minutes and yet nobody came to talk to me - yet I saw about 6 employees standing around on their phones ... they all looked at me then looked back down at their phones.. when I worked customer service I was told to acknowledge the customer the minute I saw them whether it was my job or not. I went there on Dec 31st. What an experience. I ordered online and the app said my order was ready at 6:30. It was almost 7:00 when it was ready. Every customer that came into the store was told that it would be 1 hour to 1.5 hours until they would receive their food. The place was empty, look at my pictures. They turned away at least 10 groups that was unwilling to wait. I said something to the manager about her piss poor management of the location and she asked me to never come back. With Lucky Dog closing how can we have another poor location pretending to be a restaurant. Oh and by the way they are so lazy they can't even post their current liquor license. Again, see pics . If you read my reviews it is evident that wings are my absolute favorite thing to eat on this planet. Of course I enjoy fine dining and many great dishes, but I just as happy eating wings. I usually stick to my normal close to home wing stops and hardly hit up a Bdubs. I stoped by this location as I was in the Mason area and had to kill some time. I got my normal flavored Buffalo hot. I have to say I was impressed. I haven't had BWW in a couple of years and how I missed it. Paired with an ice cold Coors Light and watching the OSU v IU game, I was a happy man. If you're reading this, go anywhere else and avoid this location. Service was terrible. We came in on a Sunday night on 3/8 at 10:13pm and left at midnight. Had to go ask someone if our food was coming out after 40 mins of waiting and the server walked past me angry saying "your food is almost ready" and went straight to the bartender and started venting to her. I've been a server and can be very understanding when it comes to being understaffed. However, I'm not sure if they even were understaffed because there was absolutely no update or communication from the server about what was going on with the food. She would disappear for long periods of time, forgot some of our items ordered and when we asked for a few to-go boxes, she gave us one box and said we could check out at the bar. Our friend had to get up and go grab more boxes from the cabinet next to us. Good thing he did because we didn't see the server after that. We have not been back to Buffalo Wild Wings ANYWHERE for a while. We found the blue cheese at Wings and Rings better. So we go there. We went last night because of a gift card. First of all, the place is too loud. Not just with music, but with echoed voices bouncing everywhere. You can't even have a conversation without leaning in. The next thing that concerned me was the robot carts. It was just creepy to have something running around with no idea where it's going. The biggest part of the 2 stars was the food. We ordered a basket of onion rings and got maybe 3 more than a regular order. Definitely not enough. We ordered our traditional wings to be cooked for 20 minutes. We expected the wait time. That's why we got the onion rings. The server put it in correctly in detail. But that cart came parked behind us after about ten minutes or so. A different server comes to the cart and asks US if that is our order. We told her we didn't know who's order it is. It only had a number on the screen. We have no way of knowing table numbers or order numbers. The wings were not done like we asked. It hadn't been that long. SO they were sent back a second time. SOME of them were done. others were not. We were not happy with the experience at all. I'm just not happy with BWs anymore. :( read more

Not too terribly busy but the restaurant had tables that had not been cleaned off and the floor in spots had trash that had not been swept up in sometime. My family and I stopped on a Saturday night at 730pm for dinner. We were told kitchen was a little backed up. No big deal it happens. At 800pm.our waitress told us she was quitting but our food would be up soon. At 830pm our waitress said she was going home but our food was up next. 900pm no food. We asked for the manager and were told a little longer and our food would be out. At 930 pm my son was crying bc he was so hungry. I walked to the kitchen and found the manager asked ask if our food was ready. Her response the kitchen lost it. 2 hours and no food, this is crazy. She offered to take our order again and pay for our meal which would take another 30 mins to cook. Please note this review is not reflective of past performances. We have frequented this BWWs many times pre-covid. Location did have COVID regulations in place, but service was horrible. We waited well over an hour for our meal (due to back log of take out orders), our wings were cold when they finally came, and the slaw (coleslaw) came with no dressing. It was just shredded cabbage. Not to mention the women's restroom was absolutely disgusting. There was water pooled around the sink and all over the floors among other cleanliness concerns. This establishment has clearly not rebounded with having to maintain COVID regulations and a standard of service. Made a big mistake. Thought it would be nice to stop by and watch some sports, get some good food and maybe a cold beer. Tried to sit outside. After going in (bar server was attentive) we went out and waited for the server. When back in 10 minutes later, they couldn't find her. Finally got a menu and ordered the Loaded Nachos with chicken. What a mistake. The cheese had an odd taste and we got no salsa. Just little taste, and thin chips that got very soggy. I thought they brought a lot of napkins but then I got it. It is a wet mess. We got Buffalo Wilds Wings at 6:45 on their bogo wing night and did not receive food until 8:15. We watched three to four tables get their food and leave that were seated after us. On top of that our server was not very attentive and not apologetic when we had been waiting almost an hour and a half for wings. When we received our wings two orders were cold, but we were too hungry to wait to eat. We have also received flat beers a number of times, and the manager couldn't bother to come to our table. The bartender was very helpful though, she even had to check us out because our server did not bring us the check. Wow - I must have been there on a good night after reading these other reviews because I had nothing but a positive experience across the board. I sat at the bar and Chris immediately greeted me with a breakdown of the specials that they had going on that night and a menu. I ordered my food and a beer. I went with the BOGO traditional wings, which didn't disappoint. The food was out to me in about 20 minutes and Chris was spot on for his service. He immediately saw that my wings were not "wet" as I requested when the runner brought the order to me so he went to the back to get extra sauces for all of them. He was also right on time for a refill on the beer when needed. When I was done eating, he had boxes and containers at the ready behind the bar vs having to run to the back to get them. Coming in for lunch is always nerve racking. I was freezing with my wife after doing some Christmas shopping. Wanted something warm and spicy. Looking at some of the reviews I was a bit nervous but I had not been to a bw3's in like a year and a half. When I arrived it was remarkably clean in the restaurant! It wasn't very crowded and the waitress came to us really quick! The robots that were walking around are really neat! The food was good, fully sauced and the appetizers came fast. Visit this restaurant for mother's day weekend, upon arrival it wasn't no wait time my party was seated quickly! Katie did an excellent job with serving my party. The food was hot and crisp for my liking and I'll definitely come back if I have her as my server again. We visited this location on a Saturday night about 6 PM. The restaurant was about half full as usual. We placed our orders. There were seven of us at the table. When they brought the orders out, the waitress dropped half of them on the floor. It wasn't her fault. She was trying to carry too much. Half of us started eating and we assumed the other half would get their food shortly after. It took a full half hour and two trips to the manager for them to bring out the replacement food for the other half of our party. We were in a hurry to get back and watch the Bengals game so people had to hurry up and shove their food down them. When the waiter brought the checks, they were totally messed up people were charged twice for drinks and the entrées were all mixed up on everybody else's bills, but since we were in a hurry, we just let it go and paid whatever bill we got. There was no mention of any kind of compensation, even though we were there for an hour and a half before we got half of our Food. We will not come back to this location until they get better management and better wait staff. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We went in and half the people weren't wearing masks, the place was packed, the bar was full, no regulations were being followed. We ended up asking our server after waiting 40 minutes to get our order taken and then 40ish for no service- to have our food to go. We then waited another 20 minutes and got out food in bags with other people's orders at our table so we had to sort that out in the car. (we were there for almost 2 hours- normally I am super patient and okay with waiting because I understand the restaurant business is tough). We finally get home to eat and my friend can't even have her burger because of an allergy and they messed her order up, they didn't put any sauce on my wrap, they did not put nearly any sauce on my friends wings, and the wings were hard. Not -these are cold and left overs stiff- hard and gross. The poor server told us she wanted to quit and it's terrible, but we stayed to support her and give her a big tip. I then called the manager on duty and he said "I bagged those myself so I should know, they are right." And I said- no. They aren't. I can't send u a pic of me with the burger my friend can't eat and all the other food you gave us that's gross and made wrong, but we spent $116 on 4 people (with drinks while there), and the manager said best he could do is a credit for the burger and the wrap. I used to work here in high school when this place was amazing. I understand covid times are hard but dear god- this is the worst Bdubs I've ever been to. The wait time is always long, but that's fine because it's time to chat and hang out. But wtf?? God this place is such an embarrassment. The boneless wings tasted like they were made last week frozen cooked on a baking sheet and brushed with a little bit of sauce. They were so dry. Too much seasoning in the hardened breading and the wings themselves or just dry dry dry. Not good at all. Made me wonder why I didn't check the yelp rating sooner. Help was okay. Disappointed every time i go to this location. Servers never check up on us during the meal. Fries are always cold and disgusting. Switched it up and got the wedges this last time and they were tough, chewy, and raw-like in the middle. After we finished our whole meal I finally got a chance to tell the server, she brought us new ones... hot but STILL RAW. Also, our wings always have little to no sauce on them at this location. Sat for 15 minutes without ever once being greeted by a server. It was fascinating watching the robots work, knowing exactly why they are there, because no one knows how to work here. Constant issues every time you try and call in an order or you go and sit down. Food often takes an hour or more. Servers have huge sections that they can't manage. Try to call in an order and the person that answers the phone makes a new excuse every time as to why they can't take orders. Try to order online, the payment will fail. Father's Day... you'd think it would be popp'n and that they'd be prepared for a crowd. But no. Not crowded... We still sat for an hour until our food came out. Was told that "the kitchen was running behind". I finally had to flag down our waitress to get a drink refill. Dirty, floor, dirty menus. Ugh. We won't be coming back any time soon.
