Good for what it is "bar food". They pretty good and quick lunch specials again keep in mind you are at a Bar:). I was there Friday during dinner for a DoorDash order. The dinning area was packed, and so was the carry out counter. The customer changed his original order from boneless to traditional wings. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes because of the change. I waited 45 minutes while being told my order was almost ready or only 5 more minutes several times. It seemed, to me, that dinning area and regular customer carry out orders were getting done before those for DoorDash, Grubhub, etc. DoorDash and Grubhub orders have the lowest priority to be filled only after every one else has been filled. I've been to other area Buffalo Wild Wings and have had no issues picking up DoorDash orders. I'll never go to this location for DoorDash again. My customer had a large order and I felt bad for them, they waited a very long time for their meal only because they chose DoorDash to delivery it. read more

Food was good. Waitress over whelmed with customers. She was very nice and tried her best. Oddly they offered us to get our own drinks from the drink station. Oddly they ran out of dine in cups and silverware and offered none until we had to ask repeatedly and they had to get some. Many tables remained dirty as the crowd disappears 60-90 minutes earlier inside. Not sure about outdoor patio. I went there sat for 15 minutes outside and no server that went outside bother on taking care to my table, I had to go inside and ask for services, this "server" shows up, no book in hand and nasty attitude ask what we want we asked to start with water and something to share, she goes "Is that all for today?" We said no and she goes and put out waters in to go cups, making me and my party feel unwelcome and the she asks again what else we wanted, I as a host was trying to stay calm and just repeated what we wanted to share and she goes once again "is that all for today" End of the story we left. I ordered for pickup, my order was supposed to include four sauces, and I ordered 3 paid extras, so 7 total. When my wife arrived home there was only one instead of seven. I called them, mostly expecting someone to hear the feedback and give me a fair reimbursement for the mistake. After I was put on hold twice, then a cashier or waitress apparently picked up by mistake, surprised it was still me and told me I would just have to wait a long time because the managers had gotten busy taking new orders in the phone, then a manager came on the phone finally and said they could graciously reimburse me a couple of dollars for the paid extra sauces (at this point I was not satisfied at all with their complete lack of care they displayed) and them finally got me another "manager in the phone, who told me, twice, that it was my wife's fault for not checking the bag at the restaurant and trusting the order was correct. He finally said they would reimburse the entire order and then reminded me a third time that in the future we should check our order before leaving and not trust it's correct. I wasn't originally looking for a full reimbursement , but after the experience on the phone, I hope they follow through. Two stars for nostalgia. Have been coming here since the late 90s when they were in the plaza at the intersection of Tylersville and 42. Have come hear nearly one a week for over a decade. About a year ago, something changed... turnover went through the roof. The long timer staff all disappeared. Not sure what changed, but that was upsetting to see. This was our hangout for a long time, and I wanted to see the staff being treated well enough to stick around. Clearly that's not the case. Today we saw a b105 truck in the parking lot and they were playing country music. That's the final nail for me. I'd rather listen children scream in the next booth than the completely uninspired cultural diarrhea genre of country music. Might have kept coming here if they paid and treated the staff better. Worst service I've ever had. Me and my boyfriend walk in the whole lobby smelled like some sort of nasty smell. This is quite possibly the worst BWW in the Cincinnati area. The dining room is always trashed in the evening- come in any time after the dinner rush and half the tables are filled with trash. Yum! Appetizing. Table service is usually pretty good, the dining room orders are pretty accurate. Now, carry out service. We have never had an order accurately filled. NEVER. It has become a running joke in our house "should we give them another chance" and we always regret the decision. Missing items, wrong items... you never know what you'll get. Even during covid when dining room was closed, the take-out orders were messed up, every time. It's like chicken wing roulette. Tonight I placed an online order and my husband asked "is this our whole order"? He was told yes. HALF THE ORDER WAS MISSING!! Two of four people didn't get food despite the receipt taped the bag being correct . I called explained, was given to the manager (I didn't ask; the girl answering the phone said "hold on, let me have a manager talk to you") Re-explained. He apologized and said he would re-make the missing food. Husband went back to pick up the order. Manager apologized. His "gift card" he offered was a $10 off next meal...hubs gets out to the car, coupon is actually for $5. Not a huge deal, but par for the course for the lack of attention to detail. If you're craving BWW, drive to the West Chester location 15 min away. We have never had a bad experience there. I feel like this place used to be really popular a few years ago but a lot of people stopped coming here including my family. It is not that the food is bad, I actually enjoy their boneless medium, their cheese sticks and their chips and salsa. I can't quite put my finger on why exactly a lot of people stopped coming here, but based on the other reviews it seems that I am not the only one who feels that way. This place is still pretty good for takeout and that is what I have shifted to instead of going inside but because of that I only get wings and none of the other sides. The last few times I was in person at this location it took a long time to get service even though they seemed fully staffed. I understand that it is a sports bar atmosphere so people usually linger a bit, but when I am eating something that has a kick to it I would like to have my water refilled. Perhaps if they set up a fountain drink station instead of having waiters and waitresses do it, it might fit with their business model a little bit better and everyone is happy. I am not going to say that I am not going to come back here, but I feel as though there are other places that I would prefer going over coming here. read more

BWW is always a special place for me. I love the wings here (traditional and boneless). Wide range of sauces available, I prefer thai curry, parm garlic, wild, mango habenaro.. try with extra wet .. you get some more sauce on top of wings. Beer and cocktails are good. read more

Sigh. What is there to say about B Dubs that hasn't already been said? It's the embodiment of mediocrity. The wings come out fairly cold and dry pretty much every time. The "new" boneless wings are hardly any different than the old ones, and aren't an improvement. Burgers are average. There really isn't a stand out item on the menu, everything is very average. But prices above average, with service below average. This location isn't as bad as some, so it gets a whopping 2 stars for not totally sucking. The only positive I can really point out is the sauces. They have very good wing sauces, and I've yet to have a better tasting honey bbq. It's a shame that the wings are so lackluster. read more

Ordered my takeout order four hours in advance. Upon arriving, they said my order wasn't ready. I waited another 30 minutes. When I finally got my wing order with a salad that looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, it was wrong. Wrong sauce, no salad dressing, no celery and blue cheese, and loads of mayo on my plain chicken sandwich. The manager said I shouldn't expect my order I placed 4.5 hours ago to be ready and he would scrape off the mayo from my sandwich, if it would help. Yesterday was our second visit. Food was good. Beer was good. Ordered a gin and tonic and it was weak. Took it to the bar to explain that it weak. After I told the bartender, he turned away from me and said to his manager that "The guy ordered a single. You take care of it." The manager said they would make a new one. He did but used the smallest jigger I had ever seen. It looked like half shot size. The then gave it to me and said "Just as you ordered ". I didn't know that you now have to order a double to get what was the standard in the past. That's on Buffalo Wild Wings. This is your typical chain type place with a wing and sports facade. Think Fridays with more bar food and tvs. The wings are tiny and the sauces varied but too similar in taste. The menu selection is your typical bar food but more of it is chain type pre-packaged. The buffalitos are decent and the nachos are not too bad. But this is supposed to be a wing place and that is probably the worst thing on the menu when you compare to all the other places around it. Used to be a regular here until last January or so. Myself and a very large group of friends were getting together one evening because another event was canceled. We had called ahead a dew days before and a few hours before to let them know that we had a large group with us and they were fine with it. That night they were fairly busy and some of us had arrived late, we went to sit with our group already established and they had told us who were later that we "had to go back and get in line in order to be waited on." I had told the waitress that we had called ahead and she told us that "it didn't matter." Normally, I'm a patient person but her snotty attitude and demeanor really made us all mad, so we left. Over time the prices have gone up and up and consistency has gone down the drain. I went there for lunch and a sandwich and a drink + tip set me back $15. I felt like I got fleeced.
