Well they put up a cool tent since they are only permitted to serve outside during the virus. Everything is supposed to be sanitized and tables wiped clean after each usage. Servers are supposed to wear masks and gloves. We went then went FRIDAY first day they were open. Then went back today just to give it a second chance. They do have the tables spread nicely apart. Problem is. First they wear masks. Every server had a mask but most don't actually have them on. They are around their nexk. Or chin but half are not covering the mouth and nose. Next globes. Not a glove in site. No one wears gloves. Not the hostess the servers or food runners. No gloves at all. The one male server had gloves on today at lunch but no one had them on at dinner. ? And the masks may as well not even been used. When we got to the table we wiped it off with a Clorox wipe. The table was full of rings from the glasses from previous diners. Where I guess the server removed the glasses but never wiped the table. I'd give the foot 4 stars and the precautions for the virus no stars. Good thing the board of health wasn't there if they would have shut it down. Shame never did see a manager. Friday we did see a pregnant girl that I assume was a manager walk by on the patio once. I have been going to this Bdubs since they started in the original place down the street. I know most of the wait staff who have been around. They begin to pour my beer when I walk in the door. Overall I must say I have been satisfied with the service and the product. The last few times I have noticed a difference in the wings. They seem to be meatier (larger) but the taste just doesn't hold up. If they changed suppliers that is understandable. But they need to alter the cooking process to achieve the same result. Either that or go back to the original supplier. The wings coming out today just do not cut it taste wise. Overall I have always found the wait staff to be courteous and efficient. I have read other reviews less than complementary, and my reaction is get with it people this is a fast food joint. read more

Stopped in tonight after work to enjoy some wings, obviously. After sitting there for a while, we were greeted. The server seemed very cold and unfriendly. They were not very busy at all, but our server never refilled drinks or checked on us or even ran our food. We were finished eating for quite some and had to go find someone to give us a togo box. The server seemed far more focused and concerned about her conversation with other severs near the entrance to the kitchen than she did with our needs. Scale of one to ten, our servers performance was a solid 2. She was rude and cold and not helpful at all. Did not even meet basic serving standards. So disappointed. I am a server and tend to leave ridiculous tips because I understand what it is like to work hard and depend on the public for money. But tonight she did not deserve even 10%, of course I felt obligated to leave more even though she did not deserve it at all. read more

Let's be fair -- you don't go to BDubs because they have great food, you go to BDubs because it's huge, they have every sporting event on earth on TV at once, and the draft beers are cheap. Don't feel like paying for UFC? It's on here. Want to watch a West Coast college football game? It's on here. I've tried numerous items on the menu, and basically I've come to to conclusion there's no point in getting anything but wings. Don't get a burger, once was enough for me to realize they must only offer burgers to get people to eat their wings, and wings are what they're known for anyway. They're not the best around, but the Asian Zing and Spicy Garlic are quite good (they are small though, especially compared to the dinosaur wings Rick's Tavern serves). And at least they're not breaded (note to all the Cinci restaurants serving breaded "authentic buffalo wings" -- breaded wings are sacrilege in Buffalo). There's not a lot of other choices (which unfortunately often means it's unbelievably packed), so until someone opens up a better sports bar, BDubs it is. read more

This place is horrible. We have not been allowed in the past three times for being there after 10, even though we were told we were allowed in. The food is poor and overall this location is worse than any other location read more

The restaurant's food quality seems to have become lower than previous years. We used to enjoy the food but have noticed lately that the chicken is usually too tough and usually overlooked and dry. The atmosphere is great for sporting events and the beer selection/temperature is good. Maybe they are cutting food quality to save money or they need new management. read more

Solid food, solid service (most of the time) and generally speaking a rock solid dining experience. Always in the rotation for cheap beer on Monday nights and a-ok wings. You know what you're going to get here for the price and can count on it's mediocrity long term. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced. The food took over an hour to come out and was cold. I asked the waitress for sauce 3 times and it was never brought to me. She never refilled our drinks once. I could understand if it was crowded, but we were one of only 4 tables. I understand that the waitress doesn't have control over the food, but she wasn't even apologetic. read more

just had a Saturday LUNCH at the Mason,Ohio BW3, and was very overwhelmed by the cost....2 small orders of wings a basket of naked wedges and 4 Sam Adams draughts..... $56.00 that was for two people for lunch!.....I did not tip the bartender as we sat at the bar.......this is a seriously over priced establishment, I realize this is "Mason", but to be price gouged like this is out of control. Talk about the price of gas. 20 finger length traditional wings for $21.00 and 4 Sam Adams beers for $27.00........yeah could have foregone the brews, but that is the ambiance of wings. The Manager named Justin Walters is RUDE, HORRIBLE and I will report him to upper management. I had ordered my food for carry out about an hour at 6:25pm. I had to wait for almost another hour for my food and then their employee said to me, we don't have your order? Why did she confirmed and took my name down when I first arrived there an hour ago??? She even said it will be 10 to 15 mins wait. I said ok and sat there WAITING for a very long time! So I went back to the counter and asked is my food ready? She then said, we don't have your order! HUH?!? I asked to speak with the manager, this very rude person by the name of Justin Walters came out and did not apologize for their mistakes and rang me up. I told him what had happen, he could care less and wanted to charge me for my food when his employee did not take down my order when I called in an hour before. Surprisingly and shocked, he grabbed the food bag like it was trash and said rudely "take it"! If you don't want to treat people kindly, why are you in customer service Justin Walters? I will tell others not to go to this location. Bad service and horrible Manager with the name of JUSTIN WALTERS! A manager like you should be fired! Should never be in customer service!
