Their Chicago location kicks this location's ass. The wings are okay. They taste like they were broiled and then sauce dumped on top of them. Three problems with my visit here. First the company web page shows that you can order 18 wings aka a large. When I did this they changed my order to a medium because apparently they only offer in qtys of 9, 15, and 20. And instead of explaining this to me they decided to change my order to 15. When I showed someone the web page with the qtys they offer he basically shrugged and said, "well...it's wrong" and treated me like I was causing a problem because I was questioning this. Second when i called the order in they said 15 to 20 minutes. Took almost 50. Third the wings were hard as a rock and I didn't get any dipping sauce for my onion rings. My lawyer took me here after my last accident. I hadn't been here since before the remodeling. I love the brighter lights and all of the TV's. I do wish they had more UFC shows and a few snuff films playing. That's all great fun to have when drinking lots of beer with buddies. Yuck. Food took 45 minutes to come out, even though restaurant was almost empty. Appetizers such as salads and onion rings came out with meals instead of ahead of time. When food did arrive all together on one giant tray, much of it was luke warm at best. I really think BW 3'a lacks value. The wings are OK, not as good as some bars, but when you get the bill I just think I paid that much for wings and french fries. Worst experience I've had at a "restaurant." If you could even call it that. We walked in at 7:00pm and were "greeted" by possibly the worst host I have ever encountered. He mumbled "how many," picked up 3 menus, and trudged along without a hint of enthusiasm. After being seated, I walked in the bathroom and found puke all along the rim of the toilet in the women's restroom. It looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. Nearly vomiting myself, I moved on to the next available stall (which was not much of an improvement from the last). It took nearly 15 minutes for anyone to ask us for drink orders and an hour to get our wings. And, if it could not get any worse, my wings were equivalent to the iceberg that sunk the Titanic, if only a little colder. Worst BW3 I've ever visited. Waiting 50 minutes after ordering to receive 3 of our 4 dinners...that included cold fries. WHAT A JOKE. It's super bowl Sunday and the line for take out is long, understandable. What is not understandable is why there is no organization in this restaurant. Place a to go order and the "ASAP" is 1.5 hours. Then we go and wait another 35 minutes in line to get our order than is under the warmers? We picked our pick up order up and they forgot the condiments and the sauce for the chicken tender. The total came out to $45.00 and the manager says that they will send a $10 gift card. The one persons meal that usually comes with sauce on it didn't even have any on it witch ruins the $13.00 mean and we had to go to the store to pick up ranch to eat the rest of our meal the way that it should or been. Their take out is always terrible. You put an order in at a specific time and it's never, never ready. I don't understand the point of ordering online when things aren't ready. Last time I ordered the manager said we are just busy with the covid thing and I understand that but normally there would be a dining room full of customers to feed so that's really no excuse. Ok so this will be my last visit. I'm done giving chances. We ate at this location today at about 3:30pm. When we walked in, the manager and about 5 other staff are standing behind the wall looking at us. No one comes out. One person chomping on gum. After another random employee walks past us, then joins the conversation with his coworkers, they send him our way. His first question to me is, "Do you need menus" What kind of question is that. Like, no I don't need a me yet, we came here to sit and watch you all night. Then we walk to our table and we see a young lady sitting on the dirty floor playing on her phone. Turns out, she is our waitress. She takes our drink order, and delivers our drinks, never once washing her hands after getting up off the floor. After taking our food order, and after another 20 minutes, she comes by to tell us she is going on a break and will be back shortly. Now mind you, we are the only diners in this place the whole time. When she returns from her break, we already had our food. Not bad, not great. But she never comes to see us. We are out of drinks and sauce, and it is 10 more minutes before we see her again. For an empty restaurant, it is completely unacceptable. There have been way too many second chances for this location. The management just doesn't care. read more

We told the waitress (who wasn't friendly at all) we needed to be in and out, so we ordered our food as soon as she came back with our drinks. We ordered the chicken buffalitos and 10 dry rub wings. It took AN HOUR for a food to be delivered. The waitress brought us the check and said "I'm gonna go check on your food" after 45 minutes! She came back with nothing. When our food finally came, the tortilla wrap was hard and the fries weren't warm. The wings were good. The manager came over and took care of our meal and gave us coupons which was very nice and appreciated. For that customer service, I give the second star. read more

Anyone even vaguely familiar with BWW knows it is a sports bar, so don't expect any culinary masterpieces here. However, when it comes to their signature item (namely, buffalo wings), they are at the top of their game. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better tasting selection of sauces or better executed fried chicken wing. I'm a buffalo sauce guy--I love the flavor and the heat, and their "medium sauce" is the best tasting sauce I've had anywhere. Maybe I have lowbrow tastes, which is likely, but I've had buffalo chicken/wings/sandwiches/salads/you-name-it at more places than I can count, and BWW is still my favorite. Personally, I go with the boneless wings, which are simply breaded chicken chunks, but the traditional wings are great too. Having said all that, everything else is "okay". The service is okay, but never fast or spectacular. The atmosphere is okay--basically a typical sports bar. You can get potatoes in various forms: fries, wedges, and buffalo chips, all of which are okay. I can't really comment on anything else on the menu, as I can't imagine wanting anything other than the wings. Despite having my favorite wings, I actually rarely come here. Why, you ask? Because it is very pricey for what it is. Wings are never cheap, but I usually spend $20 just myself when I come here in the evening. You can do lunch for under $10, but I always leave wanting more. You can listen to any of the channels they are showing when you connect to the Soundog WiFi. Our server, Tarell, was incredible! I've never had someone so attentive while not being annoying. He knew exactly what we wanted to drink and even suggested a drink that we loved! Was refreshing to see the customer service I received. Went in for a quick lunch today between meetings. The food ended up taking longer than it should have and 1 of the individuals in my group had to leave before the food came out. Without complaining or saying anything to the waitress and management, they came to us and apologized.l numerous times. A few minutes later the food was brought out my the manager himself (Ron....I believe). He apologized again and said this was unacceptable and took care of the bill for us. This was refreshing to see. Most establishments don't take customer service issues seriously anymore. Issues arise and I know that so that is why I appreciate the fact that they apologized and "righted" that with us. Also doesn't hurt that their food always taste great.
