Ordered DoorDash from this Buffalo Wild Wings location. They were fine, the delivery was even early. The food however, some of it was not edible. I ordered mini corn dogs for my son, which you would think would be hard to screw up. I don't know what they did or if they were rotten or what, but the "meat" was mealy and falling apart. I've seen a lot of nasty hotdogs in my day, but nothing like this. The worst part was that the celery sticks that came with my Wings, were straight up rotten. Somebody must have cut these weeks ago, and they have been sitting in a fridge ever since. They were slimy and brown on both ends, and the middle wasn't much better. They were not questionable, they were rotten. I can't believe somebody put them in a box and thought that they could get away wit serving them. I hate to be picky but the girl taking our order on the phone was pretty bad. We order from this store semi-often but just had a weird experience with a girl named Azz. Friday night 6/25/21 around 9:15pm. Azz acted like she didn't want to be on the phone to take our order. I continue to give this place a chance, they used to be the gold standard in wing places, but continually am disappointed! Today started with the hostess, we asked for a booth due to a crazy toddler, she proceeded to but us at a table in the middle of a large group, asked again, can we have a booth(multiple open), she left and arranged another table, and walked us over, asked again can we have a booth. She proceeded to walk off and sent another host over to take care of us. On top of this they don't have kids menus for the kids to play with, huge fail while we came to watch some sports!! Next we ordered nachos, the nachos looked like they waited and gave us the bottom of the bag of chips, I had 5 chips that I could actually dip in salsa! The queso and chili might as well not even been on the plate, both were poured on the side of the nachos only covering about 1/4 of the actual dish. Next was my wings, well all I can say about these is, where's my sauce, very disappointed! The only bright spot was our server, she was exceptional! We keep giving them a shot but need to learn that they aren't @pluckers wing bar and we need to stop expecting it. Probably our last time, which is sad because we do wings at least weekly. read more

I ordered food today and it was subpar at best. When I called in to talk to the manager about the issue and see if I could get a refund for the all the food I ordered, i was told secondhand that the manager told me to call the delivery service, and have them issue me a refund since "they had the money". First of all, the delivery driver or service was only delivering the food that BUFFALO WILD WINGS MADE!!! They had nothing to do with the quality of the food. Second, this location is not more than 5 minutes from my house. It was not the delivery service or the drivers fault that the fries and wings came to us as though the were day old leftovers. It makes me mad that the manager even hinted at the fact that it was the delivery drivers/services problem not their own. I can tell to that I will not be ordering from their location again. In times like these, customer service is everything especially when their are other establishments that are fighting to keep their doors open. I hope that I'm the last person that ever gets this kind of service because no one else should. Also, I will be calling for the managers name and reporting them to corporate for not even bothering to speak with me. We haven't been here in a couple of years, because every time we went, we were disappointed. It always feels like there's never a real manager in charge. No expectations and everyone is so lax. Their wings are TINY. After frequenting Wing Stop and Pluckers, it was shocking that they can call those wings. My husband got bone in and one was so tiny, he looked like a he was biting meat off of the leg of a hummingbird. Sauce was almost non-existent. My boneless ones came out cold, and the sauce was even flat looking, because it has cooled down so much. Also, in the middle of what many people are freaking out about (Pandemic), they had probably 30 or 40 of the sauce cups sitting out without lids on a table in the middle of the busy dining area, unattended, waiting to be filled. I've come to this location multiple times mostly for sporting events because wingstop doesn't have any games on or doesn't have a Tv and the food has always been decent up until tonight, place was pretty slow yet it still took way too long to get seated server took years to come and get our drinks and when he got back my sweet tea was comparable to mud in a cup we had ordered wings fries and fried pickles the wings were awful dried out and cold by the time we got them we got maybe a handful of fries my sweet tea never got fixed and never got another drink. The experience started off horrible. The host was quite rude. When I asked her if they have any booths she said no then I pointed a couple out and she goes "oh, well they are dirty and we aren't gonna clean them since we are busy" as a customer it's very disappointing to hear this since she didn't even try help us. I come here pretty often because I love sports and don't have cable. They have plenty of TVs for all your sports watching needs, plus they play sound for local games, the NFL draft, championship games, etc etc. The food is your typical chain restaurant food. Nothing overly amazing, but nothing absolutely disgusting either. I can always find something delicious to eat (like the spicy garlic wings which are my favorite). Drinks are decently priced. They have a nice Happy Hour which also includes some appetizers. Most of the staff that has helped me there has been friendly. The last time we were there, we went for lunch. I don't usually go there for lunch, but we didn't have anything at home for lunch that day. I decided we should go there because they have a "Fast Break Lunch". 15 minute guarantee or your lunch is free. That works for me being that I was on lunch break. I'm not so sure the 15 minute guarantee was actually going on. It looked as if only one guy was working the bar area, and it took a while for us to even be able to order. That's okay, I figure the 15 minute guarantee might actually start after we order. I ordered the Street Tacos with french fries. I like how the menu now has calorie information on it. French fries were less calories than a side salad, so hey... there's my justification for choosing fries. They don't have light ranch anymore, so that's just not cool. Another reason to not order a salad. Anyway, it did take more than 15 minutes to get our food. I didn't say anything because whatever, I needed to get back to work. He didn't say anything about the 15 minute deal, but I'm almost positive that this location has it. It used to at least. My girlfriend said that at a Buffalo Wild Wings she went to at another location, they actually put a timer out... so what do I know? I didn't take any stars off for this, I just wanted to state that this happened. If, for some reason, the 15 minute Fast Break Lunch doesn't occur at this location, it should. It's close to a ton of local businesses, and I know a lot of people who go there for their lunch break. The tacos had good flavor, and I liked the sauce they put on them. It was the right amount of food as well. The french fries are always awesome, and I highly recommend them. This location has an awesome patio that I like to sit on during Cowboys games. The inside area is very spacious. They did a remodel here... not too recently, but recent enough... and the seats are better. The bar area is nice to sit at as well. It's open seating, and if you get there early enough, you'll definitely have a nice spot to watch a game. I will keep coming back here because McKinney doesn't have a ton of options when it comes to sports bars. This Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely a good spot to come have fun. read more

This place is my go to place. I always feel welcomed and at home. My favorite bartender is Frankie, he always makes sure we have a drink or that our food is cooked to perfection, which it ALWAYS is. When we choose to sit in dinning I prefer to sit with either Dalton or Kelby, they make it really personable. I never feel like they are trying to turn tables, which is always nice. The manager Lauren always does her table visits to make sure that everything is going great. Terrible service. Problems with the soda machine. Waitress said shed get us new ones. After 15 mins i went to the bar myself. In addition this waitress was just extremely sarcastic, condescending and rude. She told my wife "theres a big difference between bone in and boneless". This would be the equivalent of a rogue Buffalo Wild Wings location placing a slice of cheese over the wings when served...it isn't the way it is supposed to be, even if you believe it does Accentuate the flavors. If someone asks for fruit in a Franconia, please reprimand them immediately ;) Below, you will find the definition of a Kolsch Bier (This is what I had served to me with a lemon and it makes me look like a sissy in the process) " Kolsch: Golden, top-fermented style native to Köln, Germany. The style has a very narrow profile and many beers that consider themselves to be kölschbiers are not. Generally they have a moderate bitterness, but fairly prominent hop flavour (typically Spalt, Tettnang or Hallertau). Since I am from Minnesota originally, I would know that this firm originates and is based in Minnesota. As far as the atmosphere, I would say that is OK. It has the sport bar theme going. The food may be on the expensive side noting that we are dealing with chicken wings. Chicken wings are very cheap food to purchase. There is a good selection. The menu offers some variety. The portions are on the smaller side. The beer selection is good to excellent. I like Blue Moon. The service is just OK. With that being said, I will agree with other comments made about servers coming to take your order, bringing it out, and then forgetting about coming back except when you ask for the check. Order for our party came that wasn't correct, it had to be remade. 4. One of the persons order never came, wasn't refired till halfway through the meal-wasn't comp'd. -Upon complaint manager reduced value $5. - The whole table took it out of their tip! 5. Manger was called out twice and Kara's ineptitude didn't alleviate any of the concerns for the evening. Nor did she remove credit from any parties bill for the entire inconvenience. I came here on a Friday afternoon not looking for anything special. Just was hungry with my wife and decided wings was what satisfied our munchies. Initially when we walked in, it was a little busier than I expected and told us it was a 5-10m wait. And that was no big deal. But they also offered the back bar section, pick your seat and sit. And I'm so glad we picked the seat we did, because when I tell you David is one of THE BEST people, I mean he is the best. He made our experience so special, and it was worth every penny.
