It pains me to say, this is the last time I go to this Buffalo Wild Wings, as it used to be favorite restaurant. I came in and was first seated to a table with what looks like ketchup (picture included) spilled on the seat, so I moved us to the table next to us. Looking around I noticed flies all over and I saw a table that hasn't been busted since I sat down, and the flies were feasting. I ordered a beer and a drink but I left it there because the flies were too overwhelming and instead of maybe doing something like helping with disgusting tables, the hostess is worried about the glass with a football helmet, that's when I decided it's time for me to go. By the time I left, after I've told people, the seat wasn't wiped and the table next to us wasn't even cleaned off, and that was 30 min later. Awful service. My coworker put in an online order to pick up. We arrived about 20 later (after the time they said it would be finished). Walked in to get the order and a lady tells us to wait for the hostess. We can see our food in a bag, ready to go at the pick up station. At least 5 mins go by, and the same lady comes back and says she doesn't know where the hostess is, and still doesn't offer to help. She saw us losing patience standing there staring at our food, with our name on it. We didn't want to be rude and just grab it, so tried to practice patience and we waited another 10 mins before we were done. The same server that addressed us in the beginning again, saying she couldn't find the hostess and i pointed out again, and my coworker showed his ID saying that it was his name on the food. I feel like I've been cursed with all my experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings. Whether it be the service or the food. Came here tonight (a Tuesday night). The place was pretty empty considering there are 20 employees just standing around. Tuesdays are half off wings so my boyfriend and I decided to get a little something to eat. I ordered a snack size Asian zing (5 wings). My boyfriend ordered a snack size spicy garlic and a small honey bbq, and an order of potato wedges. Our order comes out, my small wings, boyfriends small wings, and the potato wedges. We figure the small order of honey bbq wings would come out a little later. We wait until we realize that she just straight up forgot them. Her only table, and she forgets the biggest part of that order. We figure she just forgot to put it on the ticket. When we get the check, we realize she charged us for them. Either that or the kitchen just forgot to cook them .. who knows at this point Poor kitchen/service, food is always meh. Came here to pick up an over the phone order I placed, i don't come here often but I ordered traditional wings BOGO, today is Thursday and the lady on the phone said it's BOGO night ( no clarification on what that means as far as food) so I said cool I'll do 20 wings with parm garlic, she said that we don't go that high for them, so I said okay I'll do 15 wings for the BOGO ( WINGS. Not boneless chicken nuggets) And another BOGO of 12, get there, and my order is ready, they gave me 4 ranches for 42 wings.... So I asked for a few more. I leave, get home to find these boxes SOAKING wet in sauce, incredibly hard to even get out of the bag, and they're all boneless ( not what I ordered) I live deep in Powhatan so this is a bit of. A hike for me. I called and spoke with a manager ( didn't catch his name because he spoke fast) and he said he could give me a food credit BUT only for boneless wings. I said well I don't want boneless, I want traditional. He said the only other thing he can do is give me cash back and it would have to be tonight... I am not driving another hour to get my money, so I say just give me a food credit. He said well that's not very fair since you're going to keep what you got from us tonight ( no duh I am not driving back there tonight after driving all day long already for work) and he kept speaking without allowing me to add anything on, so finally I said can I speak, and he said sure. I said not only are they the wrong wings, but they are soaked in sauce ( the boxes) and not even tossed in the sauce. And he replies back laughing " so now the boxes are soaking wet, okay one moment" puts me on hold and says I can come get a refund they'll put it in the safe for whenever I come get it. For a manager, I felt he was highly unprofessional and definitely did not treat me like a customer. This food is expensive and they can't be more respectful to customers? Third time was definitely not the charm. We were thrilled to find someone open for lunch on Easter Sunday. Walked in and the two young folks at the host stand seemed annoyed that we were interrupting their conversation. We were asked if a high top was okay. When we responded that we preferred a booth or table, the young lady who was going to seat us rolled her eyes and huffed as she led us to our booth. The waiter was nice and took our order after a few moments. The music seemed unusually load, like night club volume, to the point we had to raise our voices just to have a conversation across the table. While we were waiting a family with young children came in. I believe their son may have been on the spectrum because he was crying and seemed inconsolable, repeating "it's so loud". I felt bad for the family because after conversations with their waitress, they ended up leaving. The food isn't really anything stellar and with the third bad customer service experience, I think I'll just stick to Bon Chon for my wing fix. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. Took them over 45 minutes to seat us at a table that was open and clear the entire time. I have eaten here with my wife and with friends several times. Today I stopped in for lunch and thought that some wings would be nice. Usually we order the bone-in wings and they are very good. Today, however I decided to try the "boneless wings" with buffalo hot sauce. What came to the table was breaded dry chicken breast chunks in buffalos sauce. I was very disappointed in the meal and told my server. She brought the check and I let her know that I was disappointed with the food. I asked her to tell the manager for me. The manager did not even show the courtesy of coming out to speak with me. We came in around 9:30 and there was no host so we find someone to ask and it took about 5 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. When the person we asked told someone about us, our server (red headed with glasses) started to cuss audibly over the fact we came in 3 hours before they close. When we were seated the same server started to throw things to the table (plates, napkins and even water cups) and seem like she didn't care to be there at all. The food took about like 30 minutes which is fine but the wings were overcooked and the fries were cold and hard. Our server was not attentive at all. She threw the check on the table and I pulled my wallet out immediately to pay but she went back to the bar to talk to other costumers about irrelevant drama. We waited 10 minutes to pay when we were the only other table in the restaurant. This was just a shameful experience. This place really needs consider what they want to do moving forward. Only giving 3 stars because I love Buffalo Wild Wings and typically have good experiences at this location but my bartender was completely unacceptable and rude. Our bartender named Alexis is the short girl with red hair. Came in on Sat night 9/11 around midnight and it was pretty dead. Google says they close at 2 as well as the website so I'm assuming kitchen closes around 1/1:30. Trying to order as quick and possible to be respectful as it seems like not too many people that are here. We sit at the bar by the "out" kitchen doors and soon as we were greeted, we ordered drinks and I tried to order a basket of potato wedges with my drink to start and got an attitude saying "give me a minute." Fine, I bartend at an extremely busy bar downtown Richmond and I get it. A full order can be a lot when you're busy...it seemed like everyone sitting around was leaving and she was just talking to co workers... let me give her the benefit of the doubt. She comes back after putting our drinks down and goes "so a side of wedges, are y'all actually gonna be ordering more than that, ORRR" And snacks a pen and server paper book on the bar. So much attitude. I tell her my order along with our wings and that I wanted a BASKET for my friend and I . I get a SIDE of wedges instead of a basket lol. I asked the bartender about it and she just in a way blames it on the kitchen... obviously didn't get an apology. Someone brings out another side of wedges. Fine....but then some girl literally came out of the kitchen and went "did y'all get your wings yet or no" and we hadn't but the wording was just so what??! So we're just sitting around and waiting and notice basically the entire staff is drinking or goofing off. Our bartender is pulling her shirt up showing either an employee or a guest her underboob talking about how much it hurts. We are waiting on our wings and we went ahead and asked for boxes because we felt really awkward because our bartender is walking around with so much anger and attitude giving us rude looks and she comes back and is like "your wings are already off...." We didn't expect this... obviously it's nice but I would of rather been treated nicer and paid for my wings instead. She comes back with our boxes and checks... swipes our cards and just throws them on the bar with our wings and boxes.. doesn't say anything like "have a goodnight," doesn't apologize. Doesn't say one thing, just WALKS AWAY. WoWwww. There was absolutely no reason to be treated the way we were. Minus our orders taking longer and being wrong, we didn't deserve the attitude we got tonight. In all reality they really didn't take any longer than they are normally expected to here and we werent mad about how long they were taking. We were only upset about the energy from this woman. Im sure you can see this all on your restaurant footage. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years. I have never been angry enough to treat customers like this..even when they come in when I'm trying to go home. The hours posted were 2. We came in at 12. I understand if it was earlier and everyone was trying to go home and we were holding that up but it could of been said that they were closing if that was the case so I'm assuming it was still 2. Nevertheless, attitude and acting like a full grown child isn't cool. I'm never this upset to make a review like this but this girl was so rude. Also, just wanted to add that my friends boyfriend went outside for a cigarette around one or 115 as we were waiting to pay and get our wings. He went to come back inside and someone literally looked at him and locked the restaurant. So he sat by the car till we came out. You guys literally never called last call. It was not 2 o'clock. Its conveniently located near the Regal movie theater in Westchester Commons. Not a lot of parking though out front. More in back and for the theater. Also Wow, I know that Thursday night was boneless night and that the kitchen gets really backed up. How did i not know? Cuz even though i told the waitress i was in a hurry, shortly going to a movie, the waitress didn't warn me about the kitchen. It also took 10min to get a waitress to even come over. She wasn't our waitress though but agreed to take our order. I really should have left at this moment. I warned her that im in a hurry cuz of movie. Instead of ordering the food for us she just waited till the real waitress came up talked to us then handed her our order. Ummm thanks?! So we start waiting. Few min later they dont have the beer i ordered and neither knew it. So i ordered a different one. So beer arrives after 5 more minutes. I then begin waiting. 20min later no food. Then the waitress tells us why its taking so long! Says it will only be a little bit longer. Okayyyyy i got 25min still till movie. 10min pass and no food. Boyfriend gets anxious about getting seats and leaves for the movie but im determined to eat. Waitress gives me more excuses and 10 more min passes w/out food. She then noticed boyfriend has left. So i had to explain that. I got the check then so once i ate i could just roll out. She was like do you want to just take it eith you? I can't bring outside food into a theater, lady! Finally, food arrived. I stuffed my face. It was good, what i expected cuz i love their sauce. What was missing? My extra cup of sauce that i had to pay $0.60 for. I didn't even bother. I also couldn't eat everything and still make the movie. Nor could i take it home. I ran to the theater and made it inside just as it was starting. I gave myself an hour to order and eat. Im just annoyed when i said i was in a hurry no one warned me. I wasn't even told there was a boneless special! I'm just gonna eat before i leave my house next time. This wasn't worth it. read more

Went here for lunch for my son's birthday. Got there at @1210 in afternoon. Place is not busy at all. The hostess seats us and we start waiting. After about 10 minutes, the server comes over and takes our order. After about 45 min. No food. As I said this place was not busy. Then we notice that people that came in after us were getting there food ! We finally corral the server and asked when we would get our food. Couple of minutes later food comes out.....lukewarm and dried out. He apologized to us for the wait and gave us an extra order of fries, which were a little warmer. Looked online at what time they close. It said 12am. I arrived at 10:40 to learn the bartender had called last call and announced that the kitchen is closed. I guess the staff just didn't feel like hanging around because they had better things to do. The bar was packed for the record. I drove 15 miles for some boneless wings and I got shut down. This location is trash. And I've been to the Richmond location. That location is trash for other reasons. If someone from there is reading this I'd like to say thanks for making me waste my gas while it costs 5 dollars a gallon to fill up my car. I hope you all smoked all the pot your heart desired. I have eaten at this location a dozen or so times, mostly because my kids want to go or there's a game I want to watch. Overall the food is ok but I would stay away from the chicken wrap because it's mostly a mouthful of tortilla and chicken breading with a little cold shredded cheese and a few scraps of lettuce. The burgers are just so-so. I've had the mozzarella sticks and they were cold square chunks of cheese. Probably the best menu items are regular wings (the boneless ones are all breading) or the naked chicken strips. Apparently this restaurant is chronically undrt staffed because they'll make you wait 20 minutes when there are empty tables all over, and the kitchen is EXTREMELY slow at this location so allow a half hour or more to get your food after you order. read more

The food here was decent, however the wings were not the best I had. The service was absolutely AWFUL. I had to wait a long time in order to get napkins and drinks. Your standard B-Dubs - TVs, beer, and wings. The service has never been an issue. The food at times can take a while but I've never had an issue with my order being correct. Buffalo Wild Wings is probably my favorite restaurant ever. The food here is absolutely amazing, especially the buffalo dry rub and the chipotle seasoning dry rub. I was really disappointed with the service though. I asked the waitress for a sprite, and she gave me a water. I told her that she gave me a water, and she glared at me and went to get another sprite. I'm not sure if she knew what sprite was because she kept giving me water. We also asked for baskets of celery and ranch, but she gave us one basket with two celery in it. We also didn't get any ranch. I've been to locations all over Richmond, Henrico, and Midlothian and this was the worst service I had ever received. read more
