We ordered drinks, apps, and entrees. The server was nice. Music was loud. Food was average. The homemade chips were thick, soft like fries, and soggy. I really enjoy this location of BWW. I've been here several times since it opened recently. 3 star rating is due to tonight's experience. I'm almost finished with my meal when we notice a weird smell and saw a cloud of smoke. The group in the booth behind us vaping e-cigs and billowing clouds! I would have moved, like the family beside us did, if I was not almost finished eating. Smelled absolutely terrible and the server said that it is allowed there. I'll be back but will definitely ask not to sit near capers next time. What can I say! Disappointed that this location has really gone downhill since opening. My family and friends have been coming here since it opened, usually on a monthly basis to watch UFC fights. Food and service was never really a problem. Some nights when it was really crowded we would have to wait a little longer, but that was expected. Over the summer we noticed that waits got longer, service was lacking, even with lots of empty tables and staff just standing around, and even the food suffered. Now it seems that instead of getting better it got worse and I don't think it's just us that noticed. It's a UFC night and there is hardly anyone here. I ordered 3 large orders of wings, all extra wet with carrots. When I get home, it was like none of the chicken was barely covered. And I had a bag full of 12 cups of ranch, no carrots. I was willing to be okay with this until I started eating. These wings were COLD. Not room temperature. COLD. I order here often and I can expect them to cool down given I have a 20 minutes drive. But these wings tasted like they just came out of the fridge. I had to call and drive all the way back up there to get new wings. When I get there, the manager Alyssa didn't even come out or apologize for anything. She made her employees do everything. And even when I get back in my car, I check my wings to make sure they are okay. Still not extra wet. Had to go back in again and get 2 cups of sauce. The waiters/waitresses were all super nice 10/10. But the management and cooking staff 2/10. I only give a 2 because they did give me new wings. This was my first time in this location. I was disappointed last year when I ate at the Hull Street location. The wings were really well flavored and the server did a very good job. It had many tV sets indoors and on the patio. This makes it louder than most sports bars but it was not overwhelming. We will definitely be back. read more

So my husband and I were hungry for wings so we tried this location (we've been to others in the past) first off the young man who seated us basically threw the menus on the table and walked away. Our server Will was very nice and attentive and when my husband asked if he could do something about the music which was straight up Rap music he said he would see what he could do. He was able to change the music for one song then someone must have changed it back to the Rap music! Now on to the food, we ordered cheese sticks that were very good. The wings were a different story, I ordered Buffalo wings that barely had any sauce on them . I asked for a side of sauce and received a cup of what looked like pure grease with some sauce at the bottom! The wings themselves were just ok mostly drumsticks, I prefer flats. My husband ordered Teriyaki and spicy garlic which were just ok! If you're going to call yourself Buffalo Wild Wings you better get a better Buffalo wing sauce, I can make better wings at home in air fryer and Sweet Baby Rays wing sauce! The server forgot the side salad, then finally brought it but dumped the ranch dressing over. Left to get more and we had to flag her down to ask where it was, then she asked what dressing did we want. The burger was supposed to come with Asian zing sauce, it took 15 min after the burger came to get the sauce. We finally got our water's refilled at the end of the meal. Friday evening we went to the Westchester Concert Series, a free summer program held in the common area of the center. Probably 500 people attended. There were only two food trucks, one from the local BWW. Nice truck with trailer. They had a limited menu, but thats ok. Whats not ok is that there was only one ... one! ... employee in the truck. Really? What was management thinking. Never mind that the one person was taking orders, cooking food, taking payments ... and not using disposable gloves or washing his hands while handling food ... clearly a health violation. The wait times were horrible. Inexcusable. Reading through the other comments about this location, the majority are about poor service and employee attitudes, and what we witnessed friday was just more if the same. I suspect this is s franchise location do any complaints to corporate would be deflected as "we dont control franchisees" but they need to pay attention and take away the franchise agreement if the location doesnt improve. The big sign on the building doesnt say "operated by joe schmuck" ... it says Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

The REGIONAL MANAGER looked in my face and said "okay, bye" with a sarcastic wave more than once after refusing to take my to-go order (because of the delivery service I work for and their corporate office is contracted with). When I asked for her name to report her to corporate she completely ignored me and walked away. How does somebody of your level have a job in customer service? Privileged old lady that has never had to work hard for anything in her life looking down on young people. I'm not sure why we keep torturing ourselves? We've been here quite a few times and I'm not sure if the kitchen staff is surprised that it's going to be crowded on Saturday night but it takes forever to get food!!The food is spotty the service is never great unless you are sitting at the bar. I think the management needs to reevaluate how they are running things and come up with some better planning. We have been enjoying wings from here for almost 13 years, and we will likely continue; however, I will no longer order online. I was expecting to pay 18.99 for the large size boneless wings and 10.79 for a cheeseburger. When I clicked to pay, the price for the wings jumped up to $22 and some change, and the burger jumped up to over $12. I did not add anything extra and found this very confusing. When I went to talk to the guy at the take out counter, he said he was aware, and "That's just corporate pricing versus their pricing." After I paid, I checked the menu price at the counter to see it was the price I was expecting to pay, and I checked the menu inside to see that again, that price was the price I expected to pay. The same thing happened to my friend's online order. I can afford an extra $6, but I would imagine this would piss off some people. I brought this to the general manager's attention, and she blew me off by saying she will "Put in a service ticket online" and she thanked me for bringing this to her attention. While that's good, she did nothing to solve our issue, and we left feeling blown off and like they didn't genuinely care about our experience. We would have expected this from the guy at the take out counter who was clearly there for just a paycheck, but we were surprised how the general manager did not seem to care at all about the false advertising. We would have been happy if she had been like "I am so sorry. Here is a $5 off coupon for your next visit." Because at least that would make us happy and would increase the possibility of another order in the future, but no. All we got was a promise she would put in a service ticket, which I dont trust she followed through on... and to top off this bad experience, I realized I didnt receive my side of fries when I got home. read more

My daughter and I go here often since they have a balloon lady on Wednesdays and kids eat for .99. I like my chicken wings very well done. Crispy with no rubber skin. I have learned that this takes an additional 24 minutes of cooking time. Most of the time I have the waiter send the wings back here because even though I request it, it never comes out of the kitchen cooked enough. Last week for the first time, I order the wings over the phone and specified that I need them EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA crispy and that they need to cook for 24 minutes. I was told okay. 40 minutes later I come to pick up my order and they were undercooked. The girl at the counter checked my ticket and said that it did say to cook for 24 minutes. I come back 30 minutes later and the chicken wings are done but the fries I ordered were stone cold and so I had to wait to get these. I love their sauces and their wings when the cook them longer but why can they not get my order right!! read more

I was in this BW's location this evening of 7/14. Had a great experience just like every other time I was in there Until...One of the waitresses observed my Son (4yrs old) and my Sister in law playing with a bouncy ball (that we paid $ at BWs for) on an adjacent table that my party was at. Then comes a waitress...with a disgusted look in her voice + the disgusted facial expression + pointing at my son and sister in law like they were just doing some ILLEGAL or something and states "are they just sitting there playing ping pong or something?...". It took a lot for me to hold back what I was feeling. My kids were just having a good time in there (just like every other time we been in there). I can assure you that I have lost all respect for this location until this issue can be addressed. I would Encourage that they do a little Up training to ensure ALL employee provide the service Their Customers Deserve and treat ALL customers (no matter Their Race/ Religion/ Children / ETC) with the Utmost Respect.
