Bdubs doesn't have much options for pescatarian vegan foods, but i enjoyed some fried pickles with sauce though. Visited this place last night. Took forever to get our food. When it finally got to our table the fries and tater tots were cold but our sandwiches were hot. The appearance of the food was not great but the taste was even worse. The sandwiches were very dry with no flavor. We ordered the Beer Cheese Steak Melt and the Patty Melt and they are certainly not worth the money! Definitely spent way too much on this meal. Lesson learned. read more

The food was good, but I had an issue with our waiter. He forgot to take the menus after we ordered, then forgot to bring ranch, and finally didn't ask if he could refill anything. That's fine; I would've still given a 4-star review because the food was great, and all of that could've been forgiven since he could've been new. But here's what I'm really upset about: when someone from the kitchen, or maybe another waiter, brought out our food, he also brought out another chicken tender. Our waiter even said something like, "They didn't order that," and I was astonished that he made us pay for it. My husband and I get takeout from here probably twice a month. It's easy to order online and they have curbside picking or you can go in and pickup at the counter. The last time I order wings they give me boneless instead of traditional and I hate boneless wings. Thankfully they said I could stop by anytime and they would remake it for me. Avoid at all costs! It is truly sad how the restaurant industry has taken such a nose dive recently and this location is no exception. Staff looked miserable, checked out and slow. Every surface, cup and eating utensil was disgustingly dirty and/or sticky. I was glad they were open for dining it but, now I kind of wish they weren't so I could have avoided this lackluster experience. Covid The staff are wearing mask. Well most of them. Some are wearing chin straps. I'm not sure if customers are required to wear them to enter. They didn't really seem to be spacing patrons out. The enhanced cleaning seems to be a joke. Over cooked wings. We also asked for all drums. No one checked before it was brought to our table. The waitress apologized and was nice. After finding out about not getting all drums, she offered to correct the order but we said it was okay. That was before getting into the food. Many were either really hard or inedible. Nothing was done after we told our waitress about how the winds were overcooked. She apologized several times but we still ended up paying for overcooked wings and over a third we didn't eat because they weren't good. I've got one word to describe my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings: underwhelming. I was in the mood for some boneless wings after work, so I stopped here for some takeout. Ordering online was really easy. I placed my order at 5:30 and was told it would be ready by 5:50. Around 5:45, I walked in to pickup my order, which was waiting on a table right inside. Love contactless pickup! However, items were missing from my order and since everything was nicely packaged in a sealed bag, I didn't think to check until I got home. By that point, I was too far gone to go back to ask for my order to be corrected. I paid $5.79 for a kid's portion of boneless wings which were basically chicken nuggets. They were cold when I picked them up, despite arriving early to get them. I was excited for the spicy garlic sauce, but it was so salty it was unbearable. I ended up scraping the sauce off. The wings are served unaccompanied. I did not get any dips or carrots/celery with my order. Overall, I loved the ease of the contactless delivery, but every other aspect of my experience was disappointing. I wish I would have just gotten some frozen wings at the store to make at home. Had not eaten here in a long, long time, and were looking for a relatively quick early dinner while out running errands. Some boneless wings sounded good, so BW3s was the choice. We ordered a few boneless wings, which were actually quite bad. Very dry and hard, like they had been cooked an hour before we arrived. Very surprising, given it took quite a while to get our food, even though the restaurant was not very busy at all. Those wings would get 1 star. But to help build the rating back up, the All American Cheeseburger I ordered was great. My wife's Classic Chicken Wrap was also very good, and our server was excellent. Here we go with another review of a chain restaurant that has failed me. We had a hankering for wings while out in Southside Richmond, so we looked for Buffalo Wild Wings and drove 5 miles past where we were just to go eat at BWW. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon and they were not busy at all. There were about six people at the entrance, and we were seated promptly. We were told our server would be with us the momentarily. We had the menus, which have gone through quite a change. They are attached to a clipboard and they are categorized sheet by sheet. We pretty much knew what we wanted to eat already, but as time passed and no one came to bring us water or asked us if we wanted to order appetizers, we started looking around. Lots of employees working, lots of employees doing nothing, and clearly no manager on site. About 10 minutes passed and a man came in with his son, they were seated and within minutes, a waitress walked right past us and directly to them. That was my cue for us to get up and leave. I have absolutely zero tolerance for this kind of experience, something which only seems to happen at chain restaurants. As we were walking out the cheerful lollygagging crew at the front told us to have a nice day. I mentioned that I hope they had fun doing absolutely nothing because we had gotten zero service. They had nothing to say in return. I will never understand, with as many restaurants there are in the Richmond area, including the area in which this Buffalo Wild Wings is located with many many options, there should never ever be anybody seated and not receive service. I was in the area this weekend and decided to drop by this Buffalo Wild Wings location. How did my experience go? To find out, read below. The Good: N/A The Not So Good: Price/Portion- I ordered the Southwest Philly with fries. The price of the dish was $10.99. I could have gone to Glory Days Grill and ordered a similar Philly Cheesesteak with fries and have gotten bigger portions for a dollar less. Taste- Flavor wise, the taste of the sandwich and fries wasn't terrible, but the food was barely lukewarm upon receiving it and the lack of temperature impacted the quality of the food. Service- The food took a while to come out of the kitchen. By while I mean over 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn't even 15% capacity when I went but from what I could gather, the food had been already cooked and was ready to be taken to my table, but the staff waited to bring the food along. Overall- Wasnt the worst restaurant experience, but it was bad enough for me to not wanna come back anytime soon. As for my recommendation... Hooters and Kickback Jacks are right down Midlothian Tnpk less than 10 minutes away. read more

We went back to BW3's with my boyz last night on a whim. They say time heals all wounds. It's true, I read my old review and had totally forgotten how lousy my last experience was. Bdubs really came through last night. We arrived on a Friday night and they were fairly busy (about half full). We walked in donning Santa and elf hats since we just left packet pickup for the 6k Tacky light race. Our server Kayla was friendly and attentive. We ordered 10 teriyaki, 10 honey BBQ wings and an order fries. We also got a side of their yummy mango habanero, celery, blue cheese and ranch. Kayla and the kitchen were on point. Everything we ordered came out hot and pretty fast. The wings tasted delicious. Kayla checked on us a couple of times and kept our drinks full. The total bill was $25 which was i felt a great value for three. The atmosphere was vibrant but a little busy for my taste. We were sat in the middle surrounded with TVs and nothing really on. We like to play the trivia or poker but there weren't any game consoles available. It would have more personal if they offered to change the station. Overall great experience.. read more

So the table she was also serving beside us looks to of either left without paying or had there food paid for by the waitress because i know they didn't pay so hopefully it didn't come out of the waitresses pocket but they were unbelievably rude to her and in my opinion us, they continued to talk over to us about their food not being hot enough and not to there liking (our food was fine) but they ate the plates clean and clear also even got boxes so i'm not sure why they were giving her a hard time it seems like they had nothing better to do because they sat there eating the "horrible" food for over an hour just being rude and attacking the waitress to us when we made it clear we didn't want to talk to them. By far the worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to, and I didn't even get a chance to eat there. Walked in at 10 o'clock on a Sunday night. Someone told us to sit anywhere you want. We sat at the bar area and waited patiently for 20 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager, Miracle came out and stared at us blankly as we told her what had happened. She then proceeded to tell us that they had run out of all their chicken and breading. Last time I checked Buffalo wild wings has more stuff than just chicken. Not once did anyone even give us a menu it was clear despite it stating that the kitchen closed at 11 o'clock and that the restaurant closes at midnight. They had no intention on serving anyone else after 10 when I told Miracle what happened she said not one word of apology and stared blankly at us waiting for us to get up and leave, the store is in desperate need of management as clearly they don't care about customers. This is a very nice brand new Buffalo Wild Wings. Very large with outdoor seating area as well. My only complaint would be that it can get very loud. I know its a sports bar but I'm talking echoing loud. The warehouse style to the ceiling could use some flags or sound dampening panels to break up the sound reflection a bit. Still recommend checking the place out! Note: Also I have never been big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings sauces. They have a few that have rotated through on the monthly sauce of the month thing that I wish they had kept. There are better actual wing places out there in Richmond in my opinion. read more

But Chad tells me I need to stop talking and he doesn't get paid enough to deal with people like me. We went back and forth but this individual had no professionalism. I did ask if there was some sort of system issue and was told no as well. I did verify through the app and they definitely screwed up my order. Chad was more worried about being right and not letting me talk. I'll also add I ordered it on the app ahead of time and my wife still waited 20 minutes for my order once she got there. Waited 45 minutes after we ordered to get food and it was cold. We were only a table of 3 with a simple order: nachos, buffalo chix sandwich, kids wings. Server apologized and explained the kitchen was backed up and we saw her doing the same for all her tables. No Manager to be seen. She said they did. So I proceeded with my order. She apparently wasn't fully trained on the computer because she disappeared to get help.
