Very disappointing experience at the Morrisville Buffalo Wild Wings. The nachos were served cold and with unmelted cheese, and after we complained, we were told the oven was broken. The wait staff should have been made aware and the dish shouldn't have been served at all. The replacement wings arrived with in a few minutes, however they were cold, dried out and clearly not fresh. When I spoke with the manager, he was dismissive of both issues and seemed uninterested in hearing our concerns. His attitude turned a food-quality problem into a very bad customer-service experience. The one bright spot was our waitress, who was professional, sympathetic, and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. She did her best to help in a difficult situation. We ultimately left without eating. The food was removed from our bill, but the manager's response left us feeling completely disregarded. When we sat down an absolute behemoth of a server came up to our bar and said "these seats aren't sit yourself! Go back to the entrance to get seated!" I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and an order of fries with queso I have no idea why they would put the queso on the fries instead of on a cup on the side. Server never came back to check on us unit we were almost done eating. When my husband asked for a refill she brings over a to go cup filled with the drink he wanted and dumps it in his glass. What I thought was interesting was while we were eating a group of 6 guys came in sat down and she immediately goes to their table with menus, greats them and takes their drink order. When I attempted to pay the app had an issue again and wouldn't allow me to pay wasn't finding my tix when I chased her down to ask if she could cash me out at register she said she could but it automatically adds a 20% tip. I mean I suppose I'm glad she told me that because that was a tip she didn't earn but even asking her to ring me out seemed a big ask. We ordered Mozzarella sticks when we arrived which came out fairly quick and they weren't bad but the wings took longer than expected. I'm not sure if it was just because we sat inside, but this time, our waitress was super attentive and great. I split the Traditional Signature Sampler with a friend. And Buffalo Wild Wings was an old favorite but I had yet to check out their new locations. So finally, on a Monday Night football night, we headed out to Morrisville for a visit. Inside this BW3, the space is HUGE! Very high ceilings, tons of four-tops about the space and very casual in typical BW3 sports bar style. We ate in the back room by the bar to watch the game. I ordered up the pretzel app (good) along with the medium wings and onion rings. The wings were really good (garlic-parm) but the mango-habanero put a hurting on my lips! Still, a good mix of fruit and super-spice. Service was ok at this location but it was a TOTALLY dead night so it should have been. My one caveat for BW3, the price. The beer specials were not that good $6 - $8 for 20 oz pours of ok beer meaning I spent nearly $35 for a tasty, but basic dinner. At those prices you're getting into a very good meal at Capital Club 16 or Garland so there's a WTF moment when you get the bill. But sometimes when you're in the mood, you gotta do what you gotta do. And BW3 in Morrisville does it pretty well. read more
