I love how this place has such horrific reviews because people only come here to complain. This BWW is in a mall. Nobody who works at a restaurant is 100% happy to be there, but damn if they don't try to have fun while at work. We walked in and told the host we were going to the bar. My hubs has an aversion to high top chairs and this bar had zero booths so back to the host. He was nowhere to be found so we went over to the pickup station. They rudely told us to go back to the front and wait for the host. He came back, grabbed menus and sat us as far away from kids as he could find, which is what we requested. Our server was great. Somehow we ended up with the wrong order and she fixed it immediately. The food is the same it always is. You're going there for mango habanero (I don't make the rules) and maybe 1 or 2 other flavors. The place is huge and was dead as a door knob on a Saturday afternoon. It was an OK visit, easy to get a table and the service was pretty fast. I had the bacon smashed hatch chili burger and it was very good, burger was nicely done. The hatch chili's added a nice taste to the burger and it also had grilled onions and pickled Fresno chiles, then finished with a hatch chili aioli. The ok part was the "6 boneless wings for $1 more", I had the Nashville Hot and it was like they sprinkled some sauce on some chicken nuggets, they were dry, the sauce was dry and only covered half the chicken. The service here just disappoints every time, I come here about once a month and everytime it's the same staff on Saturday nights. The bartenders are never attentive, I've seen all of them on their phones or they will favor certain people at the bar and talk to them for like 10 mins and avoid the rest of the bar. I am not the type to even write a bad review but this happens every single time it's very annoying. Made the mistake of ordering cheeseburgers instead of sticking with wings. Fries were ice cold (and definitely not "hand cut.") Burger was also cold, overcooked, and sloppily thrown together. Service wasn't great but they seem to be understaffed, so it's hard to fault the server. One picky thing is they advertised $19.99 "Pick 6" which includes two fountain drinks. We ordered root beer and did not find out that these don't count as fountain drinks until the bill came (with $10 charge for the root beers). read more

Went here on a Saturday for lunch. The wings were delicious as always. The tots were also good, the pickled jalepeno added a nice contrast to the saltiness. The buffalo salad was kinda sad there was barely any sauce, and the serving was small. The burger was good, we got it without the bacon because my fiance is allergic. First time I've ever eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The good: the server was attentive and friendly, and the fries, tater tots and onion rings were good. The not so good: My daughter's dad said the wings - their staple menu item - were so overcooked they were inedible and this is coming from someone who eats wings 4 times a week at least and who never leaves a plate full of food at the table. Alright so I don't generally come on here to review anything, but let me try and explain this situation in the best way i can because it was absolutely outlandish. Right now there is a $20 for two meal deal which comes with two drinks, two entrees, and two sides. My two buddies ordered this deal to split it among themselves and have a nice meal. They come back with the check, and they gave our server their two cards to split this meal. The server then comes back with two different checks now for them and the price has now basically doubled for both of them, as they are both now being charged 24 dollars instead of the 14 dollars (give or take) they should have charged each of them. So they call her over and let her know the issue, and she insists that's "just what happens when you split the meal deal". So we asked if she can bring back the original check so they can just pay together if thats the issue. She then brings back a NEW bill that has a new unknown 15 dollar charge for wings they never ordered. we now grabbed the manager and she insisted we ordered the wings and continued to yell at us until a woman from another table stood up and said "I will pay for it! Just get them to leave they're disturbing our meal!" while i get her frustration, blaming us for the establishments fault was quite insensitive. After this the manager yelled at us to never come back. After all of this, she finally asks our waitress if we ordered that and she said no. Wow! What a solution that could have been solved in the first place if our waitress had spoken up in the first place. Or if she had told us in the first place we couldn't split the check with the meal deal. At this point my friend got so stressed she got sent into a full blown panic attack and began sobbing, and at this point the manager realizes she done messed up and asked if she needed anything. We politely declined, and still continued to leave a tip, pay, and leave! Will not be returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone else just because of how horrible the service was. we had the misfortune of having Molly as our server. we have been to this location before as the service was better than Burlington. Not this time. Husband ordered beer which makes me the designated driver so I ordered the non alcoholic black cherry lime ade. It was brought in a different glass than usual, maybe they downsized. Food came still no silverware and no ranch for tenders. Food runner got us silverware and she must have told Molly about the missing ranch as she brought it. Then the check. Went in later on a Saturday night and got seated very quickly. I did had a bad experience a few years ago at this location so I wanted to give it another go. We were greeted very quickly and go our drinks and starters in our server Cassie checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were good and have everything. We placed our order but something had gone wrong and our order never went in still Cassie was super apologetic and make sure to get it over very quickly. I got the traditional 10 count with garlic parm and the honey bbq and my boyfriend had the 6 traditional wings with garlic parm the flavors were so good the chicken was still steaming by the time it got to us all around would definitely go again! If anyone wants to visit a sports bar, this is the one I'll recommend just because there's a little bit of everything for everyone. Its a loud place with a lot of energy so if does make for a fun environment to watch a super important game. They have a multitude of tvs and they are all set on different games and different sports. The wings are pretty good too. I follow a low carb diet and wings are my best friends. Last time I ordered a burger without the bun and they did it without hesitation. The burger was great and juicy and a nice surprise for a wing place. I've also ordered to go in the past and I have to say that they are great about getting the order correct and having you check before you leave. This location is always busy, so it is decent food. There are a lot of tv's so it's definitely a great place to catch a game. Food on the other hand, average as you'd expect I mean it's just chicken wings, with plenty of sauce options. I don't come here expecting gourmet chicken wings, but when the waitress clearly forgets about our order for a long period of time and delivers them with the buffalo sauce basically dried onto the chicken, this kind of takes away from the experience. We probably saw our waitress 3 times the entire time we were there. She wasn't great at checking in on us, and the empty glasses at the end of our table weren't noticed once. We had to ask for refills every time. The chicken wings still managed to be okay, just didn't seem as fresh as they could have been. If we had better service, we could have had a better experience because good service to me, will always make up for mediocre food. If our server had been more attentive and friendly, we would've stayed longer and ordered more drinks and that's more money in her pocket at the end of the night, but she just didn't seem to care at all. Overall, an okay experience, not great by any means. Side note- While I sat there waiting for some service, and out of sheer boredom.. I took their tall beer glass, filled it with my water, and poured it into an empty pint glass. End result? Basically all but one sip fit into the pint glass. Don't waste your money on the "taller" beer- just order all your beers in the 16 ounce pint. I would've been better off ordering 3 - 16 ounce beers instead of 2 tall beers. I will never understand why this place keeps so busy. Seems a lot of people just don't understand what good quality food is. These are some of the worst things I've experienced. They were pale looking, the consistency was like rubber, chewy, and dry. Their boneless wings are just tiny little nuggets a little smaller than a McDonald's nugget. Yet they charge you nine dollars for 6 of them. I got an order of coleslaw and it was a short paper cup that literally only had about a tbsp of shredded cabbage and carrots. No sauce of any kind. Went there Sunday March 17th. The noise was similar to rock concerts. Got seats outside the main room. Service was excellent, Briana was great. The wings had good taste, nice bite and hot. The size of the wings was not in keeping with Buffalo Wings I have had in the past. Very small. Had 10 wings and it felt like I had eaten 4-5 wings. Had "Original Buffalo and "mango Habanero". Buffalo had some heat. Mango Habanero was moist, but very very little heat and they are supposed to be hotter than Buffalo. So the next time I will need to order 20 wings and bring my ow2n hot sauce. read more

Me and my family had an atrocious experience Buffalo Wild Wings this past weekend. There was nobody to greet us for several minutes. I never complain about wait times, however the restaurant was too quiet to make me and my party of five wait over 40 minutes. The service was slow, our food was sub par. Firstly, I've tried different flavors of the boneless wings. They all taste flat and like they are missing proper flavor. To be honest, the ready made wings at Stop and Shop are much better and taste less frozen. The service is so bad. Long waits for food, errors in the food order,waitstaff who has no warmth and personality, and the classic time I was given a fork with my ice cream, and told the kitchen had no spoons. My husband and I arrived with gift cards we received at Christmas and thought we would sit at the bar. The bar was "full" because apparently it is okay to have a separate chair or two for your coat or purse while you ate. The manager was just lovely, she found us two seats and she too was annoyed that so many seats were being wasted. It took the bartender a bit to take our drink order but they were made well and quick once she asked. We ordered 2 wings, one with a rub and one with a sauce. The rub and sauce on both were really good but the wings themselves were very dry. Honestly I have had better cooked wings at a pizza shop. We decided not to order any more wings but to split a steak and cheese sub. The "sub" was small.. smaller than a 6" at subways. It was so overly salted that 2 adults couldn't finish it. Pros: - Fairly cheap compared to other choices around. - Fairly generous portions - Pretty good food for a chain restaurant. Fried stuff is fried in beef tallow. It adds a nice flavor to the fries and chicken. - The inside mall dining area while awkward for some is a great spot for people watching and much quieter than inside the main part of the restaurant. Cons: - While I haven't had to wait in most occasions here the times I have had to wait we have found the waiting area rather small and not well thought out. - Some of the wait staff is mediocre. I.e. Asking about dessert or the bill before everyone at the table is finished. - No paper towels in the bathroom at all and only air hand dryers... not exactly fun when you get the mother of all bloody noses.
