Located in the Pheasant Lane Mall in the former Joe's American Grill space, Buffalo Wild Wings of Nashua officially opened for business today at 11AM. I've walked past this BWW several times in recent days and have seen the staff in training over this past weekend. This is the fifth Buffalo Wild Wings location in NH with the other four locations in Newington, Rochester, Concord, and Manchester.   I stopped by for dinner after work. The place is pretty loud here with music playing from the speakers and there are plenty of big TVs surrounding the dining area (tables & booths)/bar section (high top tables/high chair seating at the bar) in one space. This location spacewise is smaller than the Manchester and Concord locations. I counted around 50 TVs here inside including the TVs on the outside patio area and mall patio area. The place has brick fascade walls (similar to Manchester BWW) are decorated with framed jerseys of New England sports teams and local Nashua area teams and framed sports pictures and plaques too. There's also an ATM on premises. There were plenty of staff present including managers and training staff from other BWW locations. I got here around 4:30pm and I was seated promptly at a high top table of my choosing in the bar area which had a good view of most of the TVs. The staff at the time were loud and cheering on a dude at the bar who was in the middle of an "extreme" hot wing eating challenge. The dude completed the challenge and was given a special T-shirt. Anyways, like the other BWW locations, the menu here is predominantly bar food including wings, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, chicken tenders, and popcorn shrimp. Kids meals are also offered here. Most individual items are under $11. There are around 30 draft beers on tap and several bottled beer & cold ones too, plus mixed drinks. Pepsi products served here. At the time of this review, they were not yet offering the weekday happy hour specials including discounted appetizers and beer (offered at the Manchester and Concord BWW 2PM-6PM/9PM-CLOSE/Mon-Fri), but offering Wing Tuesdays and Boneless Thursdays, half price orders, as confirmed with a manager. I had the Hickory Pulled Pork Sandwich ($10.49) served with natural cut fries. The food came out quickly were pretty good.v The fries were salted, hot & crispy. The pulled pork sandwich was served open face, a mound of soft tender BBQ pulled pork topped with crunchy sweet slaw on a toasted hoagie roll. I also ordered Street Tacos ($5.79), 3 small soft tacos filled with diced grilled chicken in a spicy sauce, pico de gallo and cilantro. I passed on the offer for dessert (I would usually order the loaded ice cream). The total check was $17.75 with tax and before tip. The service here was good on this inaugeral visit to BWW of Nashua. The food was served to me promptly and different staff members including a manager kept stopping by to check on me. Overall, this new BWW in Nashua is a good option to catch your favorite game since there are many TVs here and they have DirectTV with NFL Sunday Ticket (shows every NFL game).  If it gets too crowded here during Sunday football, the other option with NFL Sunday Ticket is a "rustic BBQ restaurant & bar" only 1/4 mile to the south in Tyngsboro, MA. read more

I don't know why this location has such low stars as I have had nothing but good food at this location and the location that is actually closer to me I don't go to cause this one is so much better. The cleanliness, the food, the atmosphere, overall great. This one is for their take out mostly though. Got there take out so far twice during the pandemic and it has been delicious. Food had been hot, all the different things have been good! We have had the wings, boneless wings, fries, buffalo chicken wrap, buffalo chicken sandwich, pickle chips, and cheese curds. I come here for wings all the time, but today, I was on my way home from the vet with my guinea pig when I stopped to pick up lunch. My car ended up breaking down, and it was way too hot out for Midna. The manager and staff were super friendly and allowed me to wait in the restaurant while help came, and even gave me some water and carrots for Midna. Incredible service, incredible people. Used to come here often when I lived in the area and recently went back for a beer and some wings. Since the last time I was there they have updated their menu and I guess what they bring the food out on. The food was still as good as I remember. The major thing that brought the rating down is the service we received We said we needed a minute to see what kind of drinks we wanted and that one minute turned to 10 minutes. After finally being asked what we will be getting it took another 10-15 minutes to get out drinks which weren't difficult drinks at all (1 beer 1 mixed drink). The server then after a while came back and took down our order brought the food and never really checked back on us and we only saw her again when it was time for the check. Is the end of summer a bad time to go out to eat? One word summary: Lackadaisical We sat at the bar & the male bartender served us our first drinks. Mine was a shipyard pumpkin head with the rim & he didn't pour the bottle into the glass for me. (it's possible they're not required to do so) After ordering food, we were left with empty beers for about 8-10 minutes. (It was 1:30pm on a Saturday and the bar was empty!) After finishing everything, the check was presented in a glass. We had leftovers and had to ask for boxes ourselves. This is one of those classic examples where the product & atmosphere is setup nicely but the management & staff are poorly run which in turn drives customers away. Went to watch college football on Saturday and have some wings, but our visit was ruined because our waiter, George, had the worst body odor! We didn't know what to say, it was like being punked so we suffered through with 2 word exchanges. I spoke with the manager and he said he had gotten this complaint before. What? If i could give this place zero stars i would!. AWFUL SERVICE, walked in didn't even get greated, once i was sat i had to wait over 10 mins not kidding i was looking at the time, and i dont mind waiting and i understand if the place was busy and the server was busy assisting someone else, but it was nearly empty in there. the server finally came to take my drink order and she was very nice actually and after she took my drink order, the server took a while so i left the table for a second to get my wallet from my car cuz i realized i left it there. but before i left, i left a shopping bag there so they knew i wasn't leaving and when i came back a man was sitting at the table i was given, while my bag was still there!!! so i told him that this was my table since my bag was literally there and the man was very nice and understanding and he got up and i thought that was all, oh it wasnt, when the server came back and was almost done taking my order. the store manager came out storming and told me to leave, i was confused and extremely shocked at his behavior considering im a PAYING CUSTOMER, and you would think someone whos in the service industry wouldnt act this type of way, specially to a customer, i argued with him and told that im literally giving him money and that i was given this table and MY BAG WAS STILL THERE! so i explained to him that its not my fault the man was either sat there or he sat himself but still i was sat there first and i left for not even 5 mins so i genuinely dont understand why he was so mad, im assuming that guy must've been his friend or something cuz i cant think of anything else but regardless i told him he didn't have any right to kick me out since i didnt do anything and that if he was that mad he could call the cops or mall security and then he could explain to them why he wanted to kick me out, i remained firm to what i said because i knew if the cops would've come they probably would've asked to check the cameras and they would've seen me calmly sitting down and waiting for my food and him storming out to kick me out, after that i asked for my food to go and left, NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I GO TO THAT PLACE, seeing other reviews complaining about the managers attitude leads me to think we're talking about the same man. worse customer service experience of my entire life. would not recommend my worse enemy to go there!! read more

I would like to give the bartenders a 5 and the hostesses a big fat zero. When you have outdoor seating and someone asks to sit outside the answer is either yes (yay!) or no (I get it - it's not their turn for a table or they are getting off of their shift.) The answer is NOT "let me see if they want table." At that point - I don't want that waiter to have my money - I'd rather sit at the bar and give it to someone who has been working their butt off. Rating based purely on food and drink. Wings were really good and I've been disappointed by BWW's food in other locations before. Really loved traditional buffalo flavoring on my wings as a dry rub over a sauce. It was different and tasty. Thanks to this location being in Nashua, beers are pretty cheap. They have a decent selection of draft. What really ticked me off is the servers (at the bar where we were sitting, we probably had about seven different people take our order at one point or another) complete lack of organization. I was impressed at first when I joined my friend and my beer was put on a "seat 2" section of the check. We ordered food and the waitress was very attentive with our orders. We both ordered a small order of boneless wings with two flavors. I ordered cheese fries with mine and the waitress and I laughed about our pickiness with cheeses since she asked me if cheddar jack was okay, which I appreciated. My friend got his order free since he is in the military. Also cool. We got our food delivered and no fries appeared with my order. I flagged someone else down and said "I also had ordered some fries with my wings..." and before I could finish the sentence to say they had been cheese fries too she whirled away. I did get a side order of fries quickly, but I also had to tell her when I got those that I had asked for cheese on them. So then I ended up with two sides of fries, which is fine, and they were taken off the check too which is also fine. Halfway through my food I asked someone for some more bleu cheese. I never got it, and spent the next 15 minutes watching her ignore me and eventually just gave up. When paying the bill we realized that everything after our food order had been added to my friend's portion of the check and not mine. Including all my drinks, wings, everything. A little more of an annoyance really but kind of a shitty experience. The wings and cheap beer were the saving grace. Wish the staff was more organized at all. Maybe I'll try a table next time. I will always love the wings here. Ever since they've been bought by Arby's things have gone down hill a bit. Food is still the same and great, but the last few times that I've been the atmosphere is so different, they blare the music to ghetto rap songs so it feels like your in a cheap strip joint. This Buffalo Wild Wings opened on October 24, 2016. When I went, it was packed (probably because the restaurant was new at the time this review was written). I ordered a small platter of boneless wings (half Honey BBQ, half Spicy Garlic) with some fries and ranch. The wings were good, better than the boneless wings I tried at the Manchester B-Dubs. There's something about B-Dubs that makes it delicious, and they didn't disappoint. For dessert, I split some dessert nachos with my dad. Boy, was that a sinful decision. They certainly were big. Dessert Nachos are a crispy tortilla cut into six pieces, topped with cinnamon, sugar, vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauces. They were delicious! Super busy and packed full and yet we still got fast, attentive service from everyone, including our server, Jake. The food came out quickly and he kept our drinks filled without even asking and checked in often. The wings were crispy and delicious, as usual. We love going to BWW when we're down south, so we were happy when one made its way into our neighborhood. We NEVER order out and this is an example of why. My 9 yr old son kept hearing about "Buffalo Wild Wings" from his friends so he asks me if he can try it. I agree. We ordered 10 boneless tenders, a side of fries and a burger for my husband. Arrived right on time to pick up at the mall. My kiddo opens his fries in the car and they are ICE COLD and hard, not even lukewarm. The "tenders" were literally smaller than chicken nuggets. 10 for $17.50?!?! Terrible service, the waitress was not concerned that our food took so long, and only offered to check after 40 minutes. It also took us an additional 30 minutes after finishing to receive a check. Went there on a Wednesday at 1:40 PM. There was no one at the desk to greet us so we just wandered in looking for seats. Coming out of the kitchen was the Maitre d who was chewing food. He asked us if he could help us (while chewing food). He showed us the booth we were standing next to. We sat. Shortly after the waitress arrived, we chose our food and started to wait. The restaurant was nearly empty as there was only two other diners and about four people at the bar. After 15 minutes we saw other staff come out of the kitchen chewing food. I have given this place a couple tries. I ordered on new year's eve and checked to ensure the entire order was there when I left (since I have had this problem before where I got home and my order was wrong or incomplete). The "basket" of wedges appeared to be the size of a regular side, so I ran in to confirm it was, in fact, a basket. The staff assured me the tiny serving of wedges was a basket. I was not super impressed for $7. When I got home, I realized none of the sauces were included. I wasn't going to go all the way back. How hard is it for them to make sure the order is correct? The place was not busy. It said right on the box what sauces we had ordered. But, none of them were there. Although the food is okay, the service is not great and the prices are just way too high. Won't take a gift card that says that it is taken there and I called the card and it says there's $25 on the card so it is activated. I asked to get a manager or to speak to One so that they could fix it and the take out worker comes out and not the manager and just goes it's not working. Went to the bar area and I was assaulted by a stench of a Chinese gutter diaper that did haymakers to my nostrils. I started to bury my nose in my wings to let the hot sauce coat my inner nose hairs for protection. Battle lost . I am now dry heaving like I went to spring break and never drank a bottle of water. This was worse than getting backwash from a flint Michigan toilet bowl . They blame the sink in the kitchen. Doesn't make it better . My wife and I have eaten here several times and have enjoyed it each time. Today was no different so I'm not really sure where the bad reviews are coming from but the food and service were really good. There dry rub seasoning is delicious and less messy than the sauce and the cheese curds are always good. This place isn't perfect obviously but it's a sports bar and that's usually what we go for so it's a plus that we've enjoyed the food and service as well. read more

We came in an hour before closing and ordered right away knowing the kitchen would be closing. We ordered nachos and to our surprise they came out in 3 minutes, cold. The bartender even mentioned how fast they came out hinting that they may have thrown it together without baking. We have ordered them before and they were clearly not the same. I did not want to complain after the bartender gave us beers that weren't even full? I saw her hesitation when pouring but don't understand why they would not fill it with head on it or not.
