We were out shopping and wanted to get dinner before the long drive home and Longhorn sounded great. It's a pretty standard looking Longhorn with the cowboy decor throughout. There was nobody in the restaurant when we arrived at 8pm on a Tuesday. We thought they were closed, but we were welcomed and seated at a booth. We both ordered sodas, the tonion to share, and each ordered steaks. The stakes came out super thin and were unfortunately way overcooked, but they were seasoned really well. The mash was delicious as were the salads. Our sodas were empty for quite some time as our server was chatting it up with the one patron at the bar and we had to wave her down for more.

Went with some friends on a Friday night, and let me tell you, patience was the real MVP of the evening. We sat down and waited a solid 20 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. At that point, we were seriously considering asking the hostess if we could just go behind the bar and pour our own drinks. The waitress, bless her heart, was friendly--though you could tell she was either tired, overworked, or just counting down the minutes until her shift ended. Food took a while to arrive, and when it did, it was... fine. Not terrible, not amazing--just kind of "meh." It wasn't the steakhouse experience I was hoping for, and honestly, I've had better steaks at places that don't even try to be steakhouses. If you're craving a steak and you happen to be nearby, this place will do the job. But if you're looking for something that'll knock your socks off, this probably won't be at the top of your list. Service was slow, food was okay, and I left thinking, 'Well, I didn't not eat, but I also didn't leave full of joy.'

I get lunch here at least once a week or so. I like the Burger they make and it's always fresh and high quality. I also sometimes get the Wild West Shrimp which is an appetizer but I have it for lunch and although it can be a little hot it's a good dish.

The service here is excellent. We loved everything that we tried! The steak was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavors! Will definitely come back.

Was in the area on a shopping trip to take advantage of NH zero sales tax and decided to give this particular LongHorn location a try. Overall it was a good visit we were pretty happy about our dining experience here. The service was a little lacking but nothing too extreme, I visited on a 2pm Friday afternoon and was quite surprised on how busy it got during this time so we had just a little bit for a table to free up. Our server was very methodical and straight to the point which I enjoyed. The burger I got was very good and really have no complaints, the potato side I thought was a little too salty though, probably too much of the salted butter mixed in but I guess to be expected. The steak portion was quite huge and it definitely tasted great, it was just a bit unevenly cooked as it gets bit more rare toward the middle as it tends to be thicker so I can understand that it wouldn't be perfect. We ended up having some leftovers so that worked out after putting it on the grill again for a few minutes. Overall for a LongHorn chain restaurant this is a good location, food are all great as expected and really had a wonderful time dining here.

My lettuce and crouton "chopped salad" lol

Update: We came for dinner and as usual their steaks are ahmaziiing! Always cooked to perfection and flavorful! I got my steak over a chopped salad and the salad was very disappointing. Cucumbers and tomatoes so small like the size of a fingernail and not many at that. Mostly lettuce. Very chintzy Long Horn, please give adequate veggies in a salad. Otherwise just call it lettuce on the menu. The blue cheese dressing at least made up for it, tasted home made!

Best steak especially the grilled corn on the cob excellent rib eye I got! Nice host 100%

The service and the food is very good. Must try: outlaw ribeye, shrimp and lobster soup, and the corn on the cob

I asked the waitress which she would pick, Hot honey chicken or the fish & chips? I went with her suggestion and got the Hot Honey Chicken Stack.. it wasnt the best. Chicken was a little over cooked and I had a hard time cutting it. And the taste was just blah.. nothing special to write about.. Def pick something else on the menu. The others all got different things and they all liked there meals. The tater tots and sweet potato fries were great side choices. My husband got the steak and cheese crunch melt.. and I don't know if it's just cuz he loves food or if it ws actually good, but he devoured it (he did mention to say it was good). 2 others got steak tips with mashed and broccoli, no complaints and the other 2 got a club and a chicken ranch Handheld. They all enjoyed their meals. Service: its was mediocre. Nothing to brag about. Noone went over and above for me to mention about. Only one check back after our food eas delivered, until it was time to drop off check. Ambiance: its your typical American sports bar scenery. Huge bar throughout the whole place. Pretty busy. I honestly wish I had something more exciting to say about the place. Maybe next t time ill try a dessert and hopefully that will be exciting..

The service was good. A touch slow on drinks and I think our server forgot to put in one of our meals...it came out quite a while after the rest of the dishes. She was such a sweetheart though and they squeezed us in when they were really busy, so I couldn't dock a star for that because everything else was amazing. The drinks were delicious. The FOOD! Oh my gosh, it was all SO GOOD! Calamari, steak tips, chicken, eggplant lasagna, gyro and baked scallops were all winners. The scallops though! I could go on and on about how wonderful the food was. We will definitely be back and recommending it to anyone who will listen!

We had a party of 7 and we were very excited to finally try Dreo. We started with 2 orders of the calamari and the spinach dip special. My husband noticed the calamari also had shrimp which I am allergic to. They happily removed the shrimp but unfortunately it's fried in the same oil (which is completely logical) but everyone at our table (besides me) throughly enjoyed the calamari. I cannot even begin to explain how good the spinach dip was. I'm not sure I'll have want to eat spinach dip without garlic bread again!!! Next up entrees: 2 ribeyes, 1 NY strip, 1 Korean BBQ Bowl, 1 Soy Maple Glazed Salmon, and 1 Tuscan Fried Chicken. I am newly pregnant and to be honest I was not looking forward to eating out because my go to is rib eye but I refuse to eat well done meat so instead I ordered the Tuscan fried chicken. I also asked to sub the mashed potatoes for truffle fries and the veggie medley for green beans. They had no problems with my requests which I loved. I loved every single bite of my chicken and I actually stopped caring that I was missing on steak! In fact every single person at our table loved everything they ate too. We ended our meal with cookie skillets and again absolutely delicious! Now our meal was fantastic by itself but I have to say our waiter Brett was just as amazing!! He couldn't have done a better job and he totally rolled with our parties over the top personalities. Even if the food wasn't outstanding we'd go back just for the service! I really hope of the owners or managers see this; Brett is fantastic and deserves praise!! We will definitely be back and since I still have about 7 and half months to go I will be coming back for more Tuscan fried chicken soon!!

Service at tables is sub par, slow and not managed well. Not one visit. Multiple visits. We've been there more than a dozen times. It's such a unique place that I want to succeed desperately. Sometimes it is full and super busy but overtime. Some of these issues will catch up with them. It's a management issue. Food is consistent, tasty pub food at a relatively good price point. The challenge is food getting to the table in reasonable timeframes, hot and on time (apps not arriving at the same time as main course). There is an issue with the clarity of the service model. This past Sunday evening is a great example. Not busy. Server more focused on closing at 5:45pm than our table. Didn't see for long periods. We were at a table next to the bar and I saw our beers and wine.l sit there. I ended up getting them myself. One of our three appetizers came out ahead of time the other two arrived with dinner and they were warm at best. When dinner did arrive, the onion rings were cold. There seemed to be a manager, more concerned about busing our table and less about our status. In a past visit, a manager acknowledged the challenges we had and offered a gift certificate. I said it wasn't necessary. I just want to provide the feedback because I love the venue, the beer and the pub food. What is necessary is how fundamentally look at how they serve their customers consistently.
